Very satisfied, the surrounding area is close to the tomyam restaurant. But I ate ( dinner) at the hotel restaurant at the back of the hotel building facing the sea. Very calm eating while being blown by the breeze. It's just that the kettle is less clean.

The room is nice, clean, and big. The beach in front of the hotel is so peaceful, but there is trash here and there. The swimming pool is huge, and the kids' swimming pool is interesting; my kids love it so much. We also ordered food, and the pizza tasted great. The hotel is so big, and sometimes it gives off some scary vibes at night, but luckily it was Raya time and there were a lot of people around. Overall, I am super satisfied with the services, staff, environment, food, and everything.

Ok for short stay. Car park is a short walking distance but really dark at night, go out of carpark no clear signboard. Overall ok kids happy with the pool but not a place for me to repeat.

Location is near to my business meeting sites but need to travel rather far to reach (1.5 hours) from Sultan Ahmad Shah Airport.

Good location near the beach. Facilities is good. Only thing to complain is the food choices and food quality.

Everything was fine. It's just no bellboy ready to assist us without begs. No welcome drinks. The hotel staff were friendly. From the front desk, housekeeping and bar by the beach (I forgot the name). Unfortunately, there were 2 bad experiences we’ve encountered. The BBQ dinner at the bar was served warm and the food got cold instantly. The spread menu was limited and the quality was almost the same as a BBQ party that you throw at home. The highlight was the scenery. The music they played should set the mood for the customers. But too bad they played songs that most of the customers cannot relate to. During my breakfast at the Kampung Kitchen? (I forgot the name also), I was the first who got there and unfortunately, the chef at the egg station wasn’t available due to the need to perform solat. Look, I get it. But at least put a replacement. I was there for 20 minutes and the chef was still a no-show. The establishment has a huge potential because the activities provided will make the guests just stay there without going out so much. They gave RM100 f&b credit which for me was an A plus. Am I gonna coming back? Yes of course. I just hoping that they will refurbish the rooms and fix wherever the flaws to be an excellent resort.

#weekendgetaways Fun escape and nice view overall. The stay at the hotel was good in terms of food, facilities and entertainment. Went to the Spa which also quite good and underestimate their capabilities. Spend time at the beach which is good vibe and view, nearby places are not so much amenities however we doesnt stop in Kemaman only, try and went to Kuantan which is really nearby. In overall Stay was good and food also descent. Definitely can repeat.

The air conditioning unit is not providing sufficient cooling. Consequently, during hot weather, particularly around midday, the room becomes uncomfortably warm due to the inadequate cooling capacity of the air conditioning system.

Good place to rwlax and drain your stress.

The room was OK. I am a frequent guest to this hotel as I need to travel to Kerteh almost every week from KL and I choose Resorts World Kijal.

This is a very old resort but im surprised the place is well maintained. The place is middle of no where. Getting food will be difficult. You have to drive out to get food. Grabfood has limited choices.
