Das Hotel ist wirklich super! Es ist sehr sauber und total schön eingerichtet. Das beste aber daran ist das Personal! Sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Der Barkeeper Alphonse macht tolle Getränke! Wir buchten außerdem eine Ausflug mit Andrew, ein wirklich toller Guide und guter Fahrer. Danke an das gesamte Personal für unseren unvergesslichen Urlaub.

Die Aussenanlage mit Pool und Yogaraum ist sehr schön. Das Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind zweckmässig eingerichtet aber falls die Klimaanlage der Nachbarn läuft sehr laut. Das Mobiliar ist alt und bräuchte dringend eine Renovation.

Am Hotelpool gelegenes Restaurant mit romantischer Beleuchtung. Professioneller Service, gutes Essen, das Beste, das ich in Kigali schmecken durfte, obwohl ich auch andere 4-Sterne Hotelrestaurants besuchte.

Das Heaven Hotel war ein wunderbarer Ort um Kigali kennenzulernen. Alle Mitarbeiter*innen sind sehr freundlich, die Leute im Villahaus, wir wissen leider nicht genau ihre Namen, und auch das Breakfastteam mit Evas und Chantale haben all unsere Fragen beantwortet uns die leckersten Omelettes und Pancakes gebracht und wir haben uns rundum sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch die Massage im Haus war prima! Das Frühstück war wunderbar und ein toller Start in jeden aufregenden Ruandatag. Für unseren Safaisusflug in den Akegera NationalPark hat uns das Heaventeam ein perfektes Breakfast-Paket vorbereitet und uns um 4:00 Uhr nachts, wie bestellt zur Abfahrt übergeben. Vielen Dank für alles!👍👍👍😚🌝🌞🌷...und wer Zeit hat soll unbedingt das Heavenbuch mit der Geschichte des Hotels lesen. Es bringt einem Ruanda sehr viel näher!!!

Das Hotel liegt zentral nahe den Sehenswürdigkeiten von Kigali und trotzdem vollkommen ruhig in einem Villenviertel auf mehrere gepflegte Grundstücke verteilt. Es gibt einen großen, gepflegten Pool. Das große Restaurant bietet einen tollen Blick über einen Teil der mittlerweile 3 Mio. Einwohner zählenden Metropole und gilt als eines der besten der Stadt. Dort wird auch das reichhaltige Frühstück serviert.Der Service ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war etwas klein aber komplett ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Atmosphäre ist zwanglos, entspannt und viel schöner als in einem der internationalen Großhotels. Eine echte Oase !

We recently had an incredible stay at Heaven Boutique during our safari adventure, and we can't recommend it highly enough! The staff were exceptional—friendly and attentive from the moment we arrived. Even though we arrived early, they warmly welcomed us and let us enjoy the facilities and pool while they quickly prepared our room. If you’re planning a stay in Kigali, Rwanda, we wholeheartedly recommend Heaven Restaurant & Boutique Hotel. You won’t be disappointed! Chris and Rebecca

We came to the Heaven restaurant. I had a delicious fried avocado salad. Our server, Yvette, was kind and helpful. The atmosphere in the restaurant was easy and mellow. The art on the walls is beautiful. Next time I will come for the pool and a swim.

Dinner was beyond our expectations! I had the crusted Perch and my husband had the pork ribs- atmosphere and the service attention was excellent! Let’s not forget the atmosphere!!! Wine list and cocktails were the best! We would come back again! A must stop on your travels!

We were only there for one night but it offered everything we needed. OK, the room was smaller than what we normally would use but it had everything we needed including our ‘must have’ black tea. It was also located close to a fair sized swimming pool which my wife made use of and which she really enjoyed. Breakfast and dinner was served in the Heaven restaurant located just up the road at the ‘sister’ hotel, the quality of both being very good. The evening meal was in fact made even better due to the excellent service and friendliness of Juvin the waiter. A really nice fellow. An enjoyable stay.

This place has nothing boutique about it. We had booked 3 nights after staying at the Park Inn Kigali and only managed to stay one night. Warm towels on arrival smelled horribly and left our hands stinky. There were mosquitoes all over the room and we got bitten right away. I discovered later that the mosquito net of the bathroom window was open. There is no space to put your suitcase on the room, so you basically have to do it on the floor. They offer room service and there is no place to eat eithre (tiny desk for only 1 person) and you can't sit on the bed because of the mosquito net. You can only get inside to sleep. There was no branded bottled water, just a couple of big glass bottles with water coming from who knows where... I have read other reviews saying that it is somewhat cheap. If you pay 100 USD or so, it is probably good for the money. I does have air conditioning. Our travel agency sold this to us at 288 USD per night saying it was a boutique hotel, so for that it was unacceptable. We talked to them and they managed to realocate us for the other 2 nights somewhere else. We later heard that there is another property here called The Retreat which is supposed to be the boutique part, so if you are looking for that kind of stay, please double check which part of the hotel you are staying at.

4.5 Stars would probably be the most accurate rating. Everything was great, but there are some amenities that I could imagine being nicer, but only very minor things. The most important part is that it was very comfortable, with an exceptionally nice staff. The people we interacted with including George, Happiness, Nina and others were all incredibly nice and accommodating.

We loved our experience at Heaven Boutique Hotel! It is located in a beautiful part of the city and the staff are warm and caring. We enjoyed making Banana Wine with Cedrick and Babtiste and the mixologist, Lucky, makes delicious inventive cocktails with unique ingredients. We also enjoyed a half day city tour which included the Genocide Memorial and the local market. The food was excellent, the rooms were spacious and comfortable - we totally enjoyed our stay!

A wonderful stay and excellent food. For dinner Patrice was a terrific server. He was friendly and provided great conversation. Highly recommend this spot to sleep and in great food! I would definitely stay here again next time I am in Kigali.

Just the most wonderful hotel. We had a pool villa and it was one of the best rooms I’ve ever seen in my entire life. Our villa was called gratitude and that’s exactly how we felt whilst there. Fusion restaurant was wonderful too. I loved every second I was lucky enough to spend there. Lucas and Ross from Australia.
