Perfekter und zentraler kann man in Korfu Stadt einfach nicht wohnen! Man befindet sich direkt in der wunderbaren Altstadt, die zurecht zum Weltkulturerbe erklärt wurde. Das Hotel wurde komplett durchrenoviert! Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig ausgestattet und verfügen und sehr bequeme Betten 🛌. Ein Safe, ein kleiner Kühlschrank und ein Fön sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Wir waren zu Beginn unserer Reise für eine Nacht, am Ende noch einmal für zwei Nächte im Arcadion Hotel und haben uns beide Male sehr, sehr wohlgefühlt. Da es insbesondere am Wochenende um das Hotel herum am Abend sehr lebendig und laut wird, waren wir von der Schallisolierung durch die Fensterverglasung restlos begeistert! Kaum schließt man die Fenster, bleibt jeder Lärm draußen 👍🏻 Auch die Dusche ist ein Erlebnis - die Armaturen sind etwas „tricky“ zu bedienen, das Duscherlebnis ist aber durch den enormen Strahl sehr angenehm und intensiv. Begeistert waren wir auch vom Frühstück, welches nach Belieben aus einer Speisekarte zusammengestellt und ausgesucht werden kann. Alles wird schnell und freundlich serviert, man kann herrlich auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf die Alte Festung Platz nehmen. Das Personal im Hotel ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Einzige winzige Kritik: der Fahrstuhl könnte etwas geräumiger sein 😉… Falls wir wieder nach Korfu Stadt kommen sollten, werden wir auf jedenfalls wieder im Hotel Arcadion einchecken. Es war ein toller Aufenthalt 👍🏻

Kleines, sehr feines, nagelneues Hotel in perfekter Lage! Privatstrand 20m, Kerkyra 15‘ mit Bus 6 direkt vom Hotel, mit Leihwagen Tagestouren in den Süden und Norden. Die Eigentümer Tasos und Sofia kümmern sich mit Herzblut um jeden Gast, geben Tips für Ausflüge und hervorragende Restaurants, organisieren Leihwagen u.v.a.m.! Die sehr sauberen, großen klimatisierten Zimmer mit Balkon haben alle Meerblick, wunderbare Betten, geräumige Badezimmer, Nespresso Maschine und Kühlschrank. Das gesamte Personal ist überaus freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück a la Carte ist sensationell und sehr reichhaltig. Auch Abends sehr feine ausgewählte Speisen und sehr gute Weine. Das Meer ist glasklar und sehr ruhig, perfekt für SUP (kostenloser Verleih). Traumhaft idyllisch: SUP bei Sonnenaufgang!

Just like a lot of people, we have tasted most of the European destinations, Main Land and Islands and we have been to the Far East. Then we found the Louis Kerkyra Blue and we have made it the venue for all our summer holidays. Three Pools, Three Bars, Four Restaurants, Large Grounds and very nice views out to sea. The Hotel is run by a Super Management Team, assisted by a wonderful of team of Staff. They all give you a warm welcome, they are all eager to engage and they all have a common goal, which is to give every Guest the holiday they desire. In September 2022 we were given the opportunity to inspect two rooms which had been renovated prior to the promotion photos were taken. Later Mr Antonis, the Manager, outlined the plans for renovations which would take place during the winter months. I questioned if the time scale for the programme was realistic. Antonis replied, he was very confident all the work would be completed in 6 months, all the material had been purchased and it was already on the Island. On our return in June 2023, Antonis was right and I was wrong. Wow Wow, 240 Bedrooms were completely redesigned. All the furniture has been replaced, plenty of sockets, LED lighting, new TVs, drink machines and mini bar. The baths have been replaced with Walk in Showers. All the furniture and cooking equipment has been replaced and the Main Restaurant has been divided in to sections, which reduces the overall noise. There is also an Adult Section, inside and out on the veranda. The Greek Restaurant has been brought in to a section off the Main Restaurant. Outside, the Pavilion has also been reinvented, with new equipment, presentation and new furniture. There all four types of new Sun beds around the Pools and in the grounds, all relaxing. On our return June 2024, the second phase of the renovation had been completed. The Main Bar has been moved to back up on the Restaurant wall, also allowing more access from the main walkway down to the Restaurant and the Toilets. The Lounge area has also been re-arranged with different tables and chairs. The Main Bar Terrace has been extended and the roof now covers all the area. Evening Entertainment is offered on the Main Bar Terrace, The Pavilion and the Amphitheatre. Waiter Service is available at your table in the Restaurants, in the Bar and at your Sun beds. There is something for everyone.

MMarko SSehr saubere und gepflegte Anlage. Der Betreiber legt hier, ganz offensichtlich, großen wert darauf. Ich bin mit einem Freund und seinem Sohn dort für eine Nacht untergekommen. Der Pool ist sauber, die Häuser umfangreich und hochwertig ausgestattet. Da wir etwas früher als geplant eintrafen, konnten wir die verbleibende Zeit am Pool der nahegelegenen Hotelanlage ”Anita Hotel” verbringen. 3 Stunden haben wir dort an der wunderschönen Poolanlage gelegen und die Sonne genossen. Keiner hat was gesagt! Alle waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Auch am Tag des Abfluges hatten wir noch viel Zeit, die wir in der Anlage verbringen durften. Die Speisen im Restaurant der Hotelanlage sind sehr lecker, werden frisch und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Dafür gibt es schon mal 5 Sterne. Der Betreiber hat uns sogar kostenlos vom Haus zur Hotelanlage und zurück geshuttelt (etwa 800 Meter). Sehr freundlich, gastorientiert und ohne Stress. So wünscht man sich das im Urlaub!

Wunderschönes Hotel, saubere und schön eingerichtete große Zimmer mit Balkon mit Blick auf den sauberen und schönen Privatstrand. Das Essen ist köstlich, vielfältig und reichhaltig – mir ist kein Wunsch offengeblieben. Das Team ist stets bemüht, ihren Gästen den Aufenthalt so schön wie möglich zu machen. Das Rezeptionsteam ist das freundlichste, das ich je in einem Hotel angetroffen habe. Der Hotelmanager ist gefühlt ständig anwesend, um sich darum zu kümmern, dass alles gut läuft und stet ansprechbar für Anliegen. Auch dieses Engagement habe ich in dieser persönlichen Intensität noch nirgends sonst angetroffen. Das Hotel liegt zentral und fußläufig zu Restaurants, Bars und Diskotheken - und ist trotzdem ruhig, nie wurde ich bisher durch heimkommende Gäste gestört. Daher komme ich schon viele Jahre in dieses wunderschöne Hotel und fühle mich stets bestens bedient und pudelwohl.

Die Einrichtungen: Die Einrichtungen sind noch relativ komplett, Spa drei Restaurants, das Restaurant mit Tagesmahlzeiten, fünf Sternen, das Essen ist frisch, der Service ist sehr herzlich ❤️ Der empfohlene Rote Wein 🍷 ist ein Absoluter. Das Buffet im Hotel ist auch sehr üblich, der Sandstein ist ein halbes Niveau.
Hygiene: Wir bestellen einen größeren Balkon, die Landschaft außerhalb des Fensters ist immer noch wunderschön, weil das Hotel vielleicht alt ist, der Geschmack des Badezimmers wird sich widerspiegeln, der Geschmack ist immer noch schwer, die Klimaanlage ist nicht sehr kalt, das Hotel hat das heiße Wasser auch lange wartet, Dann ist die Blume auch alt und wasserdicht. Der Zimmerservice ist nicht gut, aber jedes Mal wird 3.5 Euro geholt. Also ist es besser, ein bisschen mehr in den Kühlschrank zu setzen 😂
Umgebung: Das Hotel ist sehr groß und es gibt ein eigenes Resortzimmer, und die grüne Fläche ist auch groß. Die geografische Lage ist auch gut von der alten Stadt nahe, die Tür ist mit einem Tourbus und einem Bus im Zentrum der Stadt 1.7 Ein europäischer Mensch, der in das Stadtzentrum ist bequem zu gehen. Es gibt zwei gute Bars und Restaurants, die nicht gerne Hotels essen wollen, können Sie auch hier essen. Es gibt einen kleinen Bequemlichkeitsgeschäft an der Tür und ist auch bequem zu kaufen.
Dienst: Die 70-minütige Ölspa ihrer Familie und Massage-Meister haben einen Monat 700 Euro pro Jahr für sechs Monate gearbeitet. Die anderen sechs Monate als Kellner im Restaurant fühlen sich nicht einfach.
Der öffentliche Pool ist nicht sehr sauber, die gesamte Grünlandarbeit ist nicht gut, aber ich empfehle den Laden, frisches Essen sind wir sehr zufrieden, ich habe fünf Euro gezahlt, in Griechenland ist es viel, aber es ist auch sehr glücklich.

GGuest UserDas freundlichste und freundlichste Hotel. Unsere Familie wurde von Nordkorfu evakuiert und südlich nach Korfu Stadt geführt. Das Sunset Hotel hatte keine Urlaubsmöglichkeiten, aber zögerte nicht, die Lobby-Lounge für strandierte Familien zu öffnen. Sie lieferten sogar Morgengraten und Kaffee kostenlos. Sie gingen oben und darüber hinaus und zeigten wahre griechische Gastfreundschaft. Obwohl nicht in einem Zimmer verblieben, war der Lobbyeingang und Locker, den wir verwendet hatten, unaufhaltsam sauber und gut vorgestellt. Danke für das Hotel Sunset.

I have been returning to this hotel for years and I don't recognise the negative reviews. This is an excellent family run hotel with obliging and friendly staff and high standards. Any room we have stayed in was ultra clean and well maintained daily. Hotel bar and restaurant provided decent menu and quality food. The majority of rooms overlook the harbour and beyond to Pantokrator Mountain over the bay. There is a street cafe attached to the front of the hotel. We expect value for money and we have always had a genuinely pleasant stay at this hotel.

Well come back from 4 days on Corfu with my Daughter for a long weekend. Stayed at Kanoni at the Grant Hotel I have to say like other people there are +/- to the Hotel and area. Trasfer time is about 15 mins so if you are on a coach shuttle going round the houses a taxi would only be a small fee about 15 euros. The hotel is set across the way from the Runway. Planes do come down low and it can be very noisey. So If you don’t like noise I suggest don’t book this. As it does show the proximity to the runway on most adverts. Its surprising how many people complain about the noise when there. Not disabled friendly, no ramps, high steps. If you have problems with stairs and steps or disabled this place is not suitable. There is no porter server either. Plus side: Views from our the bedroom lookin over the runway Reception staff nice Clean Comfy bed Maid ”Toscana” who was lovely as gave us mossy spray and extra pillows etc Close to bus stop – round the corner Great view of planes Close to other resturants and couple of shops Air conditioning Good signal tv Fridge works Blackout curtains Our flight back was 23.45 but we got an ext room 11-6pm for 50 euros Views from nearby area are lovely Against Glass doors on bathrooms not very private and also same in public toilet in Hotel, also no locks Bed sheets bobbly No tea and coffee In the room Shower fallen off wall and Connector all pouring water out. Top shower in ceiling only letting cold water out. Have to put toilet paper in bin and not flush. Pillows non-existent only one so ask for more. Not disabled friendly, no ramps, high steps Only one 2 person lift does t always work Stairs to floors not lit very dark and worse at night, and steep Bar in reception not open, so for drinks after meal you are expect to cross the road go down steep steps in the dark and use pool bar. Where there is even more mosquitoes 😪. Bar is always empty as its dark down there too. Do getting proper drink or soft drink non existent. Pool by the day the area is all and people are seen queueing at 10am for beds then all gone. Not an inviting space to be honest. Resturant: No alcohol with food, no soft drinks ie fanta. Water, apple and orange which are the powdered ones. Terrible coffee machine too. Take your own coffee and t bags Food... breakfast some of the food hot and cold even mins after opening . Hotplates don’t keep things hot as I don’t think switched on. Bacon, eggs ok. Porridge very sweet and rice pudding? Cold meat and cheese ok. Cakes biscuits yogurt etc lots of flies round. People were making cheese toasties for breakfast. Adequate choices. Lunch : meats, even though put out at 12.30 hot ones are cold and hot plates don't keep things hot. Its as though they were cooked at 11 and left around and brought out. Bolognese, chicken and pasta ricer etc . So beware of rice, chicken as they are usually luke warm. We saw wasps swimming in the ketchup too. It's not food
