We only stayed one night at this hotel and I don’t usually write reviews for a one night stay unless there is a reason to do so and I will write just one word: Martha. We checked in late after driving for many, many hours, the majority of it in rain – sometimes so heavy we could not see. We were very tired and the front desk person really did nothing to improve our mood! My husband asked if we should stay at this hotel again, and I did not think so until the next morning. We came down for breakfast, and Martha was manning the breakfast area all by herself. She graciously welcomed us, and said to let her know if we needed anything. She then went about bussing tables, checking what food was available, adding more croissants (I had taken almost the last one), more scrambled eggs, and kindly welcoming incoming guests. I went back and forth from my table, adding goodies (I toasted my croissant, topped it with shredded cheddar cheese, and then added a slice of ham and American cheese – yummy!!!!) and Martha again said to ask her if I needed anything. As my husband and I took our time eating, I watched as Martha by herself kept bussing tables, bringing out more food, refilling the coffee station, and welcoming guests. And as we were leaving, she made it a point to kindly wish us safe travels! Martha’s 100% AAA+++ guest care totally changed my mood about the hotel, leaving me feeling welcomed, pampered, and as if I was with family (in a good way). Thank you so much Martha for making a world of difference to me!! Martha deserves a raise or at the very least a bonus, as because of her guest care, I am writing this review and will share this information with family and friends!!

Mein Mann war im Kennestone Hospital und der Holiday Express war das einzige Hotel in der Nähe des Krankenhauses mit einem Urlaub. Ich war sehr zufrieden mit dem Zimmer, dem erfreulichen Frühstück und dem einfachen Parkplatz.

Nice convenient place at a reasonable price

We travel a lot for club volleyball and stay almost exclusively at Marriott properties since we are Bonvoy Gold members. We normally stay at Fairfield’s but since my older 2 daughters were joining us we needed a larger room. After reading all of the reviews we chose the Towneplace Suites, 2 bedroom with a pullout. The hotel was notified at booking there would be 5 people staying. Upon arrival no one was in the lobby. No big deal, he did arrive a couple of minutes later and was super friendly. We checked in and then headed out for dinner. We we came back and pulled out the pull out bed we discovered it was very broken. Not just a little uncomfy but seriously broken. The hotel was full so changing rooms was not an option, plus we were already exhausted and had an early morning the next day. At breakfast the selection was very limited and the food poorly prepared. We do travel quite a bit so we don’t have high expectations but this was really disappointing. Sunday was even worse. Other than those two things the rest of the room was nice, it is a quiet, safe hotel (just ignore the pot smell) and if I didn’t need a pull out I would consider staying here again.

Zuerst habe ich hier etwa dreimal geblieben, weil es zu diesem Zeitpunkt ein anständiger Preis war. Erstes Zimmer Ich blieb in der Badezimmertür war gebrochen und würde fest gehalten, wenn geschlossen, Bürostuhl ist in jedem Zimmer ziemlich viel zweite Zeit Ich blieb hier war noch schlimmer Bett ist nur itchy , Dusche & Tub sieht schmutzig war kein Duschegarten... mein letzter Bleib hier die gleiche Sache mit der Badezimmertür diese Zeit nicht schließen Sie die ganze Straße , Kabel ist schrecklich & WiFi ist ständig auf , Fußboden mit Schmutz , Zähne und Löcher in den Wänden , Ich habe buchstäblich wenige Füße in den Wänden laufen hören und dann hörte schüttelen Ich bin sicher, es gibt Ratten in der Wand, die unglaublich ist... alles, was sie bieten müssen ist ein neues Zimmer, das wahrscheinlich nicht besser ist als das erste . Ich kümmere mich nicht um $75 pro Nacht ist zu viel für diesen Ort ... sie kümmern sich nicht um das Innere oder Außen des Gebäudes ist dieser Ort ein Witz sie haben nicht einmal Frühstück wie Cmon jetzt nicht wert es überhaupt .
