Best Western Plus Kelowna Hotel & Suites Bewertungen

I reserved a room with kitchen. It is very convenient for my family. We enjoyed cooking our meal in the room. This is the second time I stay in this hotel. I like the location. If the breakfast can have more choice, it would be better.

We stayed here for a night and our experience was quite amazing with all facilities. Their dining area was quite spacious and can accommodate high number of people as well as have much more food options than other hotels.

I was forced to leave the second night due to extreme bed bugs attacks

Service was great, Front desk people were helpful. Got a nice room with mountains and lake view 👍 Breakfast was good too. Will happily stay again.

The staff was nice and it’s handy to have a breakfast bar included in the price. It was a nice experience in a convenient location. Great view from the tower we watched hot air balloons going by and the Snow Birds!

Upon checking in about 10:00 pm, I was asked for my credit card. I handed it to the receptionist whom then confirmed hed put the charge of room plus deposit on the card. I advised it was prepaid via trip advisor, but he insisted on charging the card. It was late in the evening so I let it be. Then I found out I had to roll the trolly outside around half the hotel in the cold wind and up a ramp to get to my room. It would’ve been a great help if he would’ve offered to help me pull the trolly up 3 stairs directly behind reception so that I could get to the same room approx 4 doors down the hallway. Pool was under construction. I needn’t say more. I receive a call in my room from desertion asking me to go back to reception as they made a mistake in charging my card and needed to reimburse the room rate. I needn’t say more.

泳池、早餐都非常好，但剛好碰到假日、全店入住滿員，周圍都是人、下次來Kelowna還會住這家，在主幹道入口處，非常方便。

早餐不錯，能吃到熱的早餐，品種不多，但夠吃了，水果也不錯，吃完後會及時加上。塔樓的房間有一個開放式陽台，坐在椅子上可以眺望外面景色。房間較大，離開開市客步行12分鐘，性價比可以的，推薦！

OK。非常不錯的，設施比較齊全，可以微波爐加熱食物，可以取冰塊

環境和服務都不錯的，唯一不能讓人忍受的一點就是隔音太差！！！塔樓房型靠近高速公路，晚上炸街的車絡繹不絕，躺在床上就像睡在馬路中間一樣，吵的人根本睡不着覺。最後酒店給拿了耳塞，勉強半夜兩點鐘睡著了，早上六點又被吵醒了。房間的空調聲音大的跟有輛摩託車在房裡開一樣，真的毫不誇張。這不是度假，是來渡劫了。
