We want to say a HUGE thank you to all the wonderful staff at the Canale Suites we had the most incredible time, from the moment we arrived we felt like we were staying with friends and family. A very special mention to Costa, Petros and Christina they were superb their dedication and attention to detail kind and friendly attitude was like nothing we have experienced before. The room was beautiful with a stunning view, with a jacuzzi on the balcony it took our breath away WOW. We want to thank Costa for his recommendations his knowledge of the Island was second to none and especially the fish restaurant Vinaries where we had the most fabulous meal in a beautiful setting. Also a big thank you to Petros for all his help and top tips of the best beaches and hidden gems on the island. He helped us with renting a car so we could fully explore, when we had a problem on one of the days we just rang him on WhatsApp and sorted it for us, nothing was to much trouble.He also booked front row sun-beds on Costa Costa beach which are complementary for guests which is stunning. Then we come to Christina the beautiful young lady who brought us breakfast every morning. She was always smiling and was genuinely interested in our what we been up to and what we had planned for the day. She tempted us with all the amazing food that had been freshly prepared everything was exceptional and never ending. We cannot recommend this hotel enough every single member of staff were incredible so thank you for an epic holiday we will never forget, it totally exceeded our expectations. Wow wow Wow we will definitely be returning Many thanks Carl & Karen❤️

We have recently returned from our first stay at the Hotel Aenos, Argostoli, Kefalonia. What a wonderful experience!! We were warmly welcomed at reception by a charming and delightful Kate who explained all about the hotel services. Our room was spotlessly clean and well appointed with constant air conditioning available. Breakfast service was buffet style and offered a comprehensive range of cereal, fruit, bread and sweet and savoury pastry choices. In addition there were hot offerings of sausage, bacon and various egg options. Beverages were made by the lovely Maria who greeted us cheerily each morning. She was ably assisted by Marinela and Lefteris. No request was ever too much trouble and the aim was clearly to please and deliver a good experience. The location is ideal next to the town's main square that is bordered by a huge variety of restaurants , tavernas and shops. So much to see and do in easy walking distance around the town, we found the position ideal. All in all we felt valued and were well looked after. Rooms were serviced to an excellent standard every day. We loved our stay and shall return. We'll done Mr Metaxas and your wonderful team.

This was a perfect choice for my solo visit to Argostoli. The location is superb; centrally placed in the town but very quiet and with wonderful views. I had chosen a compact room . The room itself was plenty spacious, the only really compact thing was the tiny shower space! Breakfast was tasty and plentiful, the Greek yogurt and the coffee were great. Staff were friendly, accommodating and very helpful. The best part for me was the roof terrace. Luckily for me, other guests rarely used it during my stay so I had it all to myself many times during the day/evening! It was bliss. Stunning views, comfy sunbeds, towels provided, a not-so-hot tub, cool showers, nice bar…….utterly splendid!

Schönes Hotel Personal sind erstaunlich Die Aufmerksamkeit auf die Details ist unglaublich (wie die WhatsApp Anlage tendieren zu Ihren allen Bedürfnissen, frisches Wasser, frisches Pool und Strand Handtücher täglich , schließen Sie den Service , willkommenes Getränk und lokale Kenntnisse geteilt von der Mitarbeiter , Nikolas willkommen im Hotel und aus dem Hotel, Angeline und alle aufmerksamen Mitarbeiter am Frühstück ) Es ist ein kleines, ruhiges Hotel und eine schöne Basis für die Erforschung von Kefalonia Das Frühstück ist hervorragend und serviert bis 11 was für uns perfekt war Das Zimmer Wir hatten einen Seitenblick auf das Meer und waren im Aussehen unverschmutzlich und täglich gereinigt und geprüft - schuldlos. Der Spa ist speziell und eine schöne Möglichkeit, einen Morgen/ Abend im Hotel zu verbringen, wenn Sie wünschen - Sauna /steam Zimmer /thalasso Pool/Salztherapie Zimmer - wieder alle unschön und schön dargestellt. Der Pool ist klein, aber perfekt für eine Tauchung. Es gibt 5 Sonnenbetten um den Pool so manchmal konnten wir kein Bett bekommen und ich sah andere nicht in der Lage, auch - die Betten, die meistens den ganzen Tag frei sind, gehören zu den Zimmern( wie in den Bildern ich habe hinzugefügt) und nicht von anderen zu verwenden - diese Betten erhalten die meisten Sonne, die frustrierend ist, wenn Sie wollen, die Sonne baden. Ich habe nichts anderes als gute Dinge zu sagen über dieses Hotel und es ist hart arbeitendes Personal, aufmerksames Personal Es ist ein schönes Vibe und Sie werden nicht bedauern, hier zu bleiben - in der Tat werden Sie nicht gehen wollen !

Fabelhafte Erwachsene nur Hotel mit großer Aussicht auf die Bucht, wir wurden auf ein Premiumzimmer upgraded und es war schön mit einem Balkon, geräumigen Zimmer und ein paar Flaschen Wasser geliefert kostenlos jeden Tag.Frühstück war sehr gut mit einer großen Auswahl an Früchten , Yoghurt, Toast und Paste sowie die alten englischen Lieblings-Bacon, Eier, Tomaten, Bohnen usw., es gab genug Sitze in und aus dem Balkon und viele Leute, die das Frühstück ein schönes Erlebnis machen. Die Pools und der Außenraum sind gut für und sauber. viele Sonnenschränke, auch wenn Sie immer noch die Leute, die Handtücher gelegt und dann ging für den Tag und kam nicht zurück bis ca. 4 Uhr, machte mein Blut kochen !!!!! . Es gab nicht genug Betten mit Schatten über ihnen (so konnten Sie auch nicht die Schatten bewegen, so dass einige unnötige und überhaupt keine Schatten angeboten) so machte mich dieses Bett sparen, Wir konnten täglich schattenbetten bekommen, aber einige Leute konnten nicht schattenbett bekommen. Die Außenbar und auch die Cocktailbar waren ziemlich teuer für Getränke im Vergleich zu den Getränken auf der Hauptstreifen.Das einzige negative ist, dass es einen Hügel bis zur Hauptstraße, wo alle Restaurants sind, Es war nicht einfach mit der Hitze im August, das würde mich nicht wieder ausfahren. Alles in allem ein fabulöses Hotel und freuen sich auf wieder im Jahr 2025. Das einzige, was das Hotel vermisst ist ein Duschezimmer, wenn Sie einen Nachmittag oder später nach Hause fliegen, Sie müssen Ihr Zimmer um 11 Uhr frei machen, aber es gibt keinen Dusche, bevor Sie verlassen, Das Hotel wurde voll reserviert, und es war nicht gut, dass es nicht wechseln/duschen konnte, bevor es verließ.

GGastnutzerLeivatho Hotel met all our personal criteria: good location and prime view, fine sense of design and architecture, green areas, attentive and friendly personnel, large beds with sleep-friendly mattresses, good nearby infrastructure with good taverns, a non-crowded sandy beach (Avithos Beach) located nearly at the door and last but not least ... SUSTAINABILITY We like the hotel's ambitious environmental engagement (supposedly pretty rare in Greek tourism so far). Suggestions for further improvements: Why not become “plastic-free” (the beautyful island partly sinks into plastic waste, you can find plastic bottles seaming roads, covering fields, waiting in dry waterbeds just to be washed into the Ionian Sea by the next autumn rain). Why not strictly use paper straws, offer honey and butter from local acriculture in glass cups? Why not provide a charging station for electric cars (we saw more of them than expected)? CULINARY The rich breakfast offered some typical greek elements and is fine, if your definition of the perfect breakfast is not equivalent to fancy bread. Since we've had outstanding nearby taverns (like Avithos Preview) we didn‘t even try the hotel's cuisine. But we liked their tasty smoothies, welcome-juice and the free accessable flavored water. WIFI Even if full WIFI access is not granted all time in all studios (bugging Youtube-loving teenagers) the hotel complex always provides free accesses, e.g. in the lounge. WEBSITE COMMUNICATION and EXPECTATIONS Concerning the Hotel's communication and in this regard potentially raised expectations: please don't build on an expansive pool or cold, sterile, polished architectural magazine-like perfectionism. If you can live with a small (but neat) pool and overlook tiny ravages of time flaws you can have a great relaxing time in this resort. So, why a 5 star rating? Despite the above-mentioned minor things that could easily be fixed or improved, we love the hotel's overall package (attitude, design and staff). We would choose Leivatho Hotel again at any time.

Schönes Hotel, ruhig, sauber und modern und das Personal sind alle so freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Spa ist eine absolute Notwendigkeit, das Personal wunderschön und die Preise sehr gut. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt. Direkt am Meer vorn, wo man die Promenade für etwa eine Meile wandeln kann, durchqueren viele Essen und die Schildkröten. Auch viele Geschäfte. Ladungen zu sehen und zu tun. Wir blieben 10 Nächte und haben kein Auto geleistet. Auf der Promenade links ist der Hafen, wo es halbstündige Fähren nach Lixouri oder Busse nach nahe Lassi gibt, von denen beide schöne Strände haben. Wir haben die semi-private Tour mit George, der ein Gemälde und so wissensvoll über die Gegend war - das ist ein toller Tag aus 😁

We had such a lovely week here in the middle of August and we will definitely look to return. Transport to/from the airport was so quick as it’s so close. Watching the planes come and go was a real treat - especially from the beach where it almost felt as though you could reach out and touch them as they landed. The beach was sandy and only a short 5 minute walk away. The pool at the hotel was clean and had the best sunbeds I’ve been on. There were plenty of beds still available come 10am. The edges of the pool were quite rough as was mentioned in previous reviews - I’d suggest taking socks for the kids to wear in the pool if they’re going to be going in and out or jumping in a lot as my sons feet did get grazed a lot in the first day or two. Bar service was good with (mostly) friendly staff. Service was a little slow at times but once you relaxed and went with the chilled out pace you didn’t mind so much. We were All Inclusive and I felt that the range of drinks included was more than sufficient. Not all cocktails were included in the package but that is to be expected. Still a good amount to choose from and lots of spirits included so I never felt that the choice was lacking. The food for lunch and dinners was absolutely delicious. Not a massive range to choose from as it’s a relatively small hotel but there were definitely enough options, even for kids and picky eaters. I’m from Cypriot heritage and was really looking forward to having some lovely Greek food and can say that I was extremely pleased with the quality and taste of all of the traditional foods which were available at every meal. The waitress that looked after us for every lunch and dinner was so friendly and really made an effort to make us comfortable. Breakfast had great choices too, mostly the same each day but with some variations. For example one day smoked salmon might be available but another day there would be something else on offer, all in addition to the usual hot buffet options, pastries, yogurts, cereals, breads, meats and cheeses (and probably more that I’ve missed). The sunsets by the pool were stunning. We didn’t do any excursions ourselves but the other half of our party who stayed an extra week did and by all accounts they thoroughly enjoyed them. The rooms were basic but sufficient for our needs and in truth we were hardly in them as spent all day by the pool/beach. The rooms were cleaned daily and the cleaners were lovely.

Die frisch gemachten Lebensmittel und Getränke sind wertlos mit der atemberaubenden Aussicht ”Window to Kephalonia”, wie jemand es dort genannt hat! Sonnenuntergang am Pool sind hier einzigartig. Die Zimmer haben sicher, Feuerjacken, Kleine Backofen und Backofen mit allem für Kochen und Kühlschrank ... aber warum kochen, wenn sie so gut sind Kochen 🤩. Ich brauchte nicht den Ac, aber es gibt auch eine, sowie zusätzliche Schalen, wenn Sie brauchen. Wenn Sie einen Haartrockner oder Eisen brauchen, können sie Ihnen einen auf dem Vordertisch lenen. Wenn Sie Autos fahren kam ich Alex von Via Venetia für große Autos zu erstaunlichen Preisen empfehlen, wenn Sie eine internationale Fahrerlizenz haben, sonst erhalten Sie eine bekannte Autogesellschaft Enterprise etc. Ein Auto wird nur empfohlen, wenn Sie die Insel sehen wollen.
