hotel is under construction. parking is huge. the drivers travelling with you are not provided with any facilities. the location of the property is not prime and the nearest market is 300 metres away which is a lot while going in the winter. the view of the valley from the hotel is beautiful. sea view is also splendid. it's recommended you carry an oxygen cylinder or pump with you because of the height. you get hot water, mattress heaters but room heaters were chargeable. cleanliness was a huge issue. they also do not provide more than 2 towels per room. breakfast was available but very limited. they were not ready to prepare anything extra or out of the menu. no fruits and juices were available. the outdoor seating of the hotel was extraordinary. be careful of your belongings in the hotel. the hotel service staff will help you with where you can find sheesha. hotel in room dining is good and provides huge quantity of food. do not miss out on the local cuisine and food. do not miss going to GUE village next to Kaza. you can witness a self mummified monk there which is an unforgettable experience.

Pros: 1) Nice view from the room. 2) Good food. 3) Electric heater has been provided. 4) Electric blanket has been provided. 5) Dinning/common area was well decorated. Cons: 1) Wifi can be provided. 2) Little bit overpriced. 3) Only breakfast was included, dinner was chargeable.

The service of the hotel was very bad even the lights were switched off and due to single room occupancy, and the generator was not started. It was not started even after we told.

Centrally located place in main market of kaza nice views. Great host. Tastefully done rooms and full service cafe. Food spread and quality excellent.

What a place. Great views from room balcony. Rooms were clean and tidy. Location is fantastic. Near to the famous cafes of kaza and also to the marketplace. Best part is the cafe downstairs which gives ample opportunity to chill either reading a book or playing some games. And do not miss out on meeting akira.

It was a great trip to kaza. Management was cooperative and helpful. Service staff was cheerful. Have a great cook who is really expert in his field. Room were clean and all amenities were better than expectations.

The hotel is pretty good.They have an good staff which will treat you well and will provide any thing you want without any problem.The rooms there are very clean and neat ,overall I want to said that I have a very pleasant experience staying here.
