If you are visiting Katowice, this is the place to stay! Excellent room; an always-friendly and helpful front desk staff; an excellent breakfast; the super Kaktusy restaurant within the hotel; and reasonable pricing!! And it's very centrally located, close to the bars/clubs/restaurants district and near the city centre and main railways station. I cannot recommend this hotel too highly.

Sehr gutes Hotel im Zentrum von Katowice. Der Empfang war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. (vielen Dank an Dominika). Aufgrund meines Status bei Accorhotels habe ohne Anfrage ein Upgrade erhalten. Das Hotel ist neu und die Zimmer sind in einem Top-Zustand. Im Hotel befindet sich auch eine Tiefgarage, die Preise für den Parkplatz sind angemessen. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine große Auswahl an Speisen. Der Service war sehr aufmerksam. Es wurde ständig nachgefüllt und es fehlte an nichts. Das COVID-19 Hygienekonzept wurde gut umgesetzt. Alles top, 5 Sterne für dieses sehr schöne Hotel in Katowice.

Il Park Hotel ha un bel parcheggio a disposizione (a pagamento pero') ed un altrettanto ottima colazione (sbilanciata sul salato e da pagare a parte) Ho provato anche il ristorante, piatti della cucina Polacca, ma devo dire, preparati con cura, il prezzo e' un po' piu' caro rispetto ai ristorantini dell'area pedonale. La camera e' abbastanza spaziosa, con bagno cieco; letto di dimensioni abbondanti, il pavimento datato con moquette d'epoca. Alla TV un solo canale in Italiano RAI1 ed una strana sovrabbondanza di canali in Tedesco ! L'hotel non e' lontano dal centro pedonale, ma neanche vicino, per andarci serve prendere la macchina. Personale gentile e con buona padronanza dell'inglese, nessun problema di comunicazione. The room is quite spacious, with a blind bathroom; generously sized bed, dated floor with period carpet. On the TV only one channel in Italian RAI1 and a strange overabundance of channels in German! The hotel is not far from the pedestrian center, but not close either, to go there you need to take the car. Friendly staff with good command of English, no communication problems.

This is very long over due so apologies. I stayed in this hotel early may in the first week. I was getting married to a polish girl and I had family flying into the country and all staying at the hotel. The first to arrive was my godfather who during his stay had to visit the local hospital a few times. He said the hotel reception was lovely and they organised a taxi for him and to be picked up once he was finished. On his first night we went to the restaurant and we both had the farmera burger. We both had this burger and loved it, I highly recommend for any guest to try it. Two days later the rest of my family arrived where they were all in a very timely manner were checked in and shown to their rooms, the only issue they had wit their rooms were the key cards stopped working for some and had to get them set u again, no one minded. The night before the wedding all of my family and friends ate in the restaurant which again 80% of them got the farmera burger from my recommendation. shortly after our meal we all started to drink, now We are all Irish so we drank a lot. It was about midnight and the bar in the restaurant was closing so the receptionist offered us to use the lobby and we were able to bring booze from the nearby shop, and she even gave us shot glasses to which of course we did use and we drank a lot. we got rowdy, bit messy but we cleaned up after ourselves. Nothing bad was said by the receptionist they honesty never minded but smiled at us quite often. Wedding day itself! the wedding was not in the hotel but away. on the morning I had to be ready at 12:00 as the photographers were coming. I rang reception and asked was it possible for someone to clean the room before they arrived. 20 mins later the room was clean. Once all pictures were done we were off. A few days later when guests were checking out they all could not get over the hotel and found everything was well organised. so here is a brief overview... The room (209) - clean, modern, mini fridge in the room with snacks but i never used the snacks i did buy my own. aircon was good if u left it running for a while but did the job. the window viewed a main dual carriage way but honestly it never bothered me and slept fine. Beds were very comfy and extremely soft. Location- I chose this hotel for a few reasons as I have stayed in Bedzin loads of times and know the area. It has a 24hr kfc, McDonald's, petrol station all a 2 minute walk from hotel, a huge shopping centre (M1) which has everything you may want or need. Overview - I love this hotel and am travelling to Poland again in January but my wife has decided to stay in a cheaper option for our stay. We will be back again in July and will be 100% staying here again.

Located opposite Katowice Zaleze station, this is a nice, family run hotel offers excellent ambience and personalised service. Had a great stay over 5 nights. However, accessibility could be an issue with differently abled travellers and if you have heavy bags as the hotel steps are stiff and do not have any lift provision. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. But may become uncomfortable during the summer as No air-conditioning either. However, the overall personalised service, terrific food and beverages and overall ambience are great attractions for this budget hotel outside Katowice.

+ zentral gelegen + parkplatz vorhanden + pool vorhanden im Preis inbegriffen - preis leistung stimmt nicht - 50zl für Frühstück pro Person da erwartet man mehr - viele Familien und Junge leute ( lautstärke hoch) - Ambiente altbacken - unangenehmer Chlor geruch im ganzen Hotel - sehr kleiner Waschbecken - keine zusätzlichen Hygiene artikeln wie Watte pads usw - keine zusätzliche Decke und Kissen - keine Schlappen - keine Preislisten/ telefonnummern/willkommenskärtchen im Zimmer - personal teils überfordert - man wird auf dem Flur vom Personal nicht gegrüßt - person nicht entgegendkommen (wollten Frühstück abbestellen ginge aber angeblich nicht weil über booking gebucht) - maskenpflicht würde nicht eingehalten - zu wenige desinfektionsspender FAZIT unter 4 Sterne Hotel versreh ich was anderes. Es war gerade eben so das nötigste da. An jeder Ecke würde gesparrt. Frühstück war auch nichts besonderes für den Preis hätte man in der Stadt etwas besseres haben können.

Charme Aufnahme, mit einer sehr professionellen jungen Person. Schönes Gebäude. Schöne Innenausstattung. Große Garten schön gut gebaumt und dekoriert. Sauna, Jacuzzi. Zimmer nicht sehr groß, aber gut geplant und gut dekoriert, ebenso wie das Badezimmer mit hervorragender Beleuchtung. Schöne und große Restaurantsaal zum Essen mit seiner großen Außenterrasse, die über die Gärten versorgt. Sehr gute Qualität und schöne Präsentationen. Frühstück wird im kleinen intimen Zimmer serviert, angesichts der Parkseite. Schönes kleines, qualitativ hochwertiges Buffet und schöne Produktpräsentation. Dienst von einem angenehmen, benutzerfreundlichen und verfügbaren Personal. Parken kostenlos. Hier ist eine hervorragende Aufenthalt in jeder Hinsicht! Nur die Beschuldigung, die Empfangsstelle hat zum Zeitpunkt des Abflusses, eine unbehagliche Dame.

Fantastisches Hotel im Zentrum der Stadt. Die Zimmer sind groß nach europäischen Standards. Die Möbel geben den Eindruck, neu und modern zu sein. Dies ist, weil das Hotel nur fünf Jahre alt ist. In einem Badezimmer eine komplette Sache von Kosmetik. Aber nicht in kleinen Rohrleitungen von 20 ml, wenn das Gel ausläuft. Überall ist sauber und es scheint, dass die höchsten Hygienestandards eingehalten werden. Ein paar Schritte zum Hauptplatz, im Gegensatz zum historischen Schloss, viele Geschäfte und schnelle Lebensmittel rund um. Ein 24-hour Gemüsegeschäft mit einer riesigen Auswahl an der Tankstelle BP, nur 4-5 Minuten zu Fuß. Das Hotel liegt am Fluss, wo es Wander- und Entspannungsbereiche gibt. Es ist bekannt, dass die Atmosphäre und Qualität von Menschen geschaffen werden. Ich war von einer Dame aus der Rezeption sehr herzlich willkommen. Sie war sehr freundlich, bietet alle Arten von Hilfe und alles schien sehr professionell, obwohl ich nach Mitternacht angemeldet. Ich hatte zuvor ein paar E-Mails mit Martyna, dem Vorstandsleiter, ausgetauscht, der alle meine Bedenken hinsichtlich des sehr späten Eincheckens gelöst und ein Zimmer ausgewählt, mit dem ich zufrieden war. Außerdem wurde mir eine Beratung darüber gegeben, was während meines Aufenthalts zu besuchen. Ich habe das süße Geschenk und den Willkommensbrief geschätzt. Die Zimmer kosten nicht viel pro Nacht, für so wenig Geld ist eine wirklich hohe Qualität angeboten. Ich war auf vier Kontinenten in Hiltons, aber dieser Hampton ist viel besser als viele Hiltons, die die Flagge des Unternehmens ist.

Das Hotel ist erstaunlich. Gutes Frühstück mit Aufenthalt enthalten, aber nicht viel Variabilität zu wählen. Restaurant eingerichtet war etwas seltsam. Websiteliste 3 aber es gab nur 1 Lage. Was auch immer Sie tun, NICHT eine Thai-Massage! Sie verwenden ihr gesamtes Körpergewicht und passen nicht die Menge des Drucks, den sie verwenden. Ich bin 5 ft 6 Zoll und 125 Pfund (58 kg) der Massenverarbeiter wieg mehr als ich. Nach weniger als 2 Minuten musste ich die Massage aufhören, weil es so schmerzhaft war. Ich bat sie, weniger Druck zu verwenden, und sie sagte gerade: „Traditionelle thailändische Massage ist tiefer Druck“ Ich musste endlich mehr Geld für eine andere Massage zahlen, anstatt sie nur den Druck zu verringern, den sie nutzt.
