During my stay, the hotel is still under renovation. The swimming pool is close. Nice lobby with lots of seating. The room is clean with all the necessary amenities, like safe box, hair dryer and ….

The hotel was clean and the staffs were really polite and helpful. Food was excellent, definitely recommend to anyone thinking of booking this place. Only downside was some of the facilities were under construction, hence we couldn’t use it.

The mattress and pillows had very bad smell like they had not been replaced for a couple of years. The food in Zing cafe at the lobby was just so so. The plastic table covers generally full of food debris without frequent changing. During the 7-day stay, the service at front desk, restaurant and for our room however was overall up to the standard of a 5-star hotel.

在高山之國的鬧市中，靜謐祥和，房間整潔，服務很好酒店英文環境友好，值得點贊👍

服務：所有的員工都非常親切、熱情！是國內很多五星級酒店都無法企及的高度！ 設施：大堂、餐廳很漂亮～房間設施約等於全季。 窗外景色很棒（見視頻）。 早餐：還算豐富，但都是南亞風味，如果能增加一些中式餐飲會很棒。最後特色的是Butter milk，一定要嘗試一下。

這一間飯店的裝潢很新，房間的風景很美，特別是夜晚從10樓看下去能看到如繁星一般的市容夜景，床很乾淨，食品的菜色也齊全，洗澡熱水也剛好，就是地點不好找，一開始進去房間的時候東西沒有完全備齊，但是後來打了客服電話東西都到齊，很遺憾，這一次沒有訂到有浴缸的房間，但整體而言體驗還是很棒的。

하 진짜 .. 보름동안 네팔에 있다가 이렇게 깨끗한 숙소에 와서 따뜻한물로 샤워하니 너무 좋았었습니다 ㅠㅠ

酒店服務周到，環境良好，在加都是不錯的選擇

從博卡拉徒步回到加德滿都入住凱悦，所有的都太棒了，好像回到了家裡，總能看到真誠的笑容，入住兩天都是在酒店餐廳吃飯，味道可口，服務超讚。

餐點好吃好看

整體環境還可以的，服務很熱心又不會過於靠近我對於行李保管服務挺滿意，存的人很多要檢查一下具體件數。餐廳很好吃，加德滿都吃的最好的

部屋も広く、宿泊料金もとてもリーズナブルでよかった。 またミャンマー渡航の際は是非利用したいと思います。
