I didn't realise the hotel location is so fantastic. Near Asan Bazaar, Kathmandu Durbar Square and in the heart of Thamel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room reasonably clean. If I ever return to Kathmandu, I will stay in Hotel de Universal again. Thank you so much for the great service.

The hotel services are incredible,the hotel workers are so nice and very respectful…my favorite spot was the rooftop restaurant and bar,very good for chilling

The location is perfect, right at the heart of the city. The view is great, too. The staff are amazing: Bibek informed me about everything I asked, from means of transport to some specialties. I didn't have a kettle in the room, and he got me one. The breakfast was nice, although served only starting from 11 am (which is a bit late to my taste). The biggest issue is hot water that is warm, but i guess that's the case pretty much everywhere in Nepal. There's an AC, a bar of soap, a toothpaste and a toothbrush, a towel, two chairs, but no desk.

I expected air conditioner, but there isn’t.

Room and service was bad and unorganized.

Excellent emplacement en plein coeur de Thamel, très bon rapport qualité-prix et vue magnifique sur les montagnes de Katmandou et la ville depuis le roof top. En revanche, il y avait deux cafards dans la chambre, qui était relativement propre toutefois (mais pas impeccable)

Hotel tranquilo ,me deram um susto quando me avisaram que eu tinha cancelado 2 dias pela ******* kkkk fiz reserva coma trip .com kkkk depois tudo resolvido café da manhã muito fraco do resto tranquilo

繁華街とローカルエリアの中間に位置しているのでいろんな場所に行きやすい。 室内に灰皿があるので部屋でのんびりタバコが吸える。エレベーターもあってエアコン、ホットシャワーも使えてコストパフォーマンスは良いと思う。 本当に便利なホテル。

좋은 위치였고 프론트의 직원분들이 너무 친절했어요. 제가 문제가 있을 때 연락하면 바로 해결해주어 너무 감사했어요.그리고 7층 레스토랑도 너무 맛있었고요. 시티뷰가 보이는 방이었는데 창이 커서 햇빛이 잘 들었고 히터와 뜨거운 온수도 잘 나왔어요. 너무 따뜻하고 편했는데 주변에 편의시설, 가게들, 약국, 커피숍, 세탁소등이 바로 근처에 있어서 추천해요👍다음에도 타멜에 간다면 다시 예약하고 싶어요. 감사해요

hotel de universal have Clean room, free parking, free wifi,they have 24 hr security service, rooftop restaurant 7th floor, dosen't matter they have elevator. It is located cety center Kathmandu and near to ashan bazar. Thahity chock jyatha marg. .

The service here is excellent. I can't say enough good things about the service at this hotel. The staff here truly cares about their guests.The service was impeccable from start to finish. Our server was gracious and accommodating, ensuring every aspect of our dining experience was perfect. We would come back just for the service.

Impeccable Cleanliness and Maintenance"Rooms were spotless, and the facilities were well-maintained.The hotel's cleanliness surpassed . We stayed here for 5 nights and we had a pleasant stay. The room was very big, clean and modern. Breakfast was also great. We are definitely gonna go back to this hotel if we stay in hotel de universal again.
