"Very friendly staff most especially the receptionists and restaurant teams. Keep up the amazing customer care, I highly recommend it."

"I had a wonderful stay at Nataaha Hotels in Mbarara. The hotel offers a unique location, tucked away in a peaceful and quite area. The rooms are spacious, modern, and well-maintained, ensuring a relaxing stay. The breakfast spread was fantastic, featuring a mix of continental options and the standout local dish—katogo, a delicious traditional Ugandan meal. It was a great way to start the day. The hotel is quiet and serene, providing a restful atmosphere throughout my visit. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure everything went smoothly. Overall, Nataaha Hotels offers a great balance of comfort, local culture, and tranquility. Highly recommend!"

"We stayed for 1 night here but wish we had more time! The rooms are spacious, beautiful, and well appointed. Staff is friendly and the onsite food is delicious (some of the best that we've had in Uganda). I love that there's a gym and pool onsite too, as well as cultural / farm tours and activities available. Only downside is that we were told that Wifi would be strong, including in our room, but that proved not to be the case. We couldn't get Wifi or cell signal in our room and had to go to the lobby. Still though, this is a GREAT lodge!"

"Vermeiden Sie den Aufenthalt. Wenn nicht möglich, vermeiden Sie einen Service, aber Schlaf. Glaube nicht an ein Wort. Personal kann kaum Englisch sprechen. Lebensmittel können vernünftige Qualität sein. Detaillierte Art von Kaffee, die Sie wollen, obwohl vorzugsweise vermeiden, solche Bestellung. Vorbereitung für Stromknappheit. Die Zimmer sind sauber."
