I must say that from the first contact with the reception, everything went wrong. When we arrived, they didn't even welcome us. A blonde receptionist, who looked like she didn't feel like working, was the one who checked us in with a very bad tone. 1. Without prior warning, she made us pay directly for the car park, without asking us beforehand if we wanted to leave the motorbike in the car park for 20€ per day (we would not have paid for it as we could do it for free in the surrounding area). 2. Before booking, we asked if the dinner was buffet, menu or a la carte and the reception answered that it was a la carte. When we arrived at the hotel, every day it was basically a menu with a choice of two dishes (vegan dishes did not interest us). We were very annoyed by the false information. If we had known this, we would have taken breakfast only 3. During the booking, we ordered a bottle of sparkling wine which we asked to be in the room at the day of arrival. They didn't prepare it and I couldn't surprise my husband (however, they offered us 2 massages afterwards, which I appreciated). The truth is that the hotel is very nice, but the reception staff is not very well prepared. If you don't want to work, resign, but don't offer a bad experience to the guests because thanks to that, all my stay I had a bad feeling about the hotel and this will surely happen with other guests too. I am a hotel receptionist too and I know what I am talking about. Sometimes we have difficult days, but the blonde girl didn't seem to have a difficult day, she just doesn't want to work and that is reflected in bad service. We certainly won't be back.

Hotel Dziki Potok w Karpaczu położony około 2 km od centrum Karpacza, zdała od hałasu i zgiełku tłumu turystów w sezonie, to wszystko jest idealne. Budynek główny z recepcją, restauracją, kawiarnią i basenem. Hotel w kategorii 3 gwiazdki. Moim zdaniem w pełni na to zasługuje, a może nawet na 4 ****. Pokój bardzo dobrze wyposażony. W pokojach duże, wygodne szerokie łoża małżeńskie, sofa , fotele i inne meble. Czajnik i lodówka to również jest w pokoju. TV. lodówka, zestaw do parzenia kawy i herbaty, codziennie uzupełniany oraz bez limitu super woda mineralna. Czystość bez zarzutu. Panie sprzątające codziennie służą pomocą i spełniają. Obsługa w recepcji bardzo miła. Posiłki w postaci bufetu bardzo obfite i dość urozmaicone, z kawą, herbatą i sokami, owoce i ciasto. Naprawdę można się najeść do oporu i nikt nie powinien narzekać. Dodatkowe ręczniki. Trzy działające sauny: sucha fińska, parowo-ziołowa i parowa. Poza tym wszystko było OK. Na miejscu bar serwujący schłodzone piwko i drinki. WIFI w pokoju działa bez zarzutu. Ogólna ocena bardzo pozytywna. Bardzo polecam wszystkim hotel Dziki Potok w Karpaczu. Stanisław, Kwidzyn

The hotel itself is nice, modern (which is not always the best, a great-looking chair which you can not stand up from is useless), and has a a spectatular view over the mountains and the lake. Everybody was friendly, the premises were clean, but.. There is seriously not enough staff! Two bartenders can hardly serve the whole terrace at night, when it is full of people. Waiting 30 minutes for a drink is not acceptable in a 4* hotel. Even the restaurant was slow during lunches and did not have a single vegetarian dish (one was on the menu, but they didn't have it). The food we got in the end was good, so were breakfasts, dinners were the same every day (as a vegetarian I could have a salad or spaghetti 3 days in a row). The pools are too small for such a big hotel and were overcrowded all the time, only one whirlpool was working, so people were waiting. I think it is better to visit in the autumn or winter, when the weather is not as hot, there is nowhere to cool down a little, the water in the pools is heated too. I would recommend this place to people who do not expect too much, if you sometimes stay in a 4* hotel, you might be slightly disappointed. However, the surroundings is great for trips, there is a castle nearby, St. Anna's chapel, Upside down house and much more to enjoy.

Business stay for 2 nights. Very clean hotel, staff very friendly and helpful. Stayed in a superior room, very clean, comfortable bed. Nice bathroom, soft clean towels. Good breakfast and catered for Gluten free. Only downside was the bar closing at 10pm but I don’t know if that is a local thing 🤷🏻‍♂️. Swimming pool again very clean and the water was heated to 29 degrees.

Wir waren über Silvester hier. Unser Appartement war groß und modern eingerichtet. Unsere Kinder haben im Wohnzimmer auf der Couch geschlafen, die ruckzuck umgebaut war so dass wir sie am Tage auch als Couch nutzen konnten :-) Das Essen war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Morgens gab es verschiedene Brötchen, Brot, vielfältige Käse und Wurstauswahl, Gemüse, Salate, Rühr- und Spiegelei, Waffeln, Pancakes, leckeres Obst… Kaffee (auch Latte usw.) gab es aus dem Automaten und hat geschmeckt. Einzig der O- und Apfelsaft war nur Konzentrat mit Wasser. Zum Abendessen gab es jeden Tag andere warme Hauptgerichte, immer Fisch, auch was speziell für Kinder, außerdem sehr leckere Salate. Am Dessertbuffet gab es immer nur ein Speise (Tiramisu, Creme…) plus verschiedene Kuchen und Obst. Sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig war es dass das Abendessen von 16 bis 19 Uhr ging. Da wir immer echt spät gegangen sind, habe ich befürchtet dass wir mit den Resten leben müssen. Dem war aber nicht so, es war immer noch alles reichlich vorhanden. Silvester gab es eine Openair Party. Das Spezialmenü an dem Tag war echt klasse, es gab Sushi, tolle Fischplatten, leckere Häppchen und auch warme Speisen. Dazu verschiedene alkoholfreie Getränke, Bier und Cocktails, also für jeden was dabei. Außerdem gab es eine Bühnenshow mit Gesang, Zauberer und Tanzeinlagen. Die Acts waren alles eher unteres bis mittleres Niveau, aber Spaß gemacht hat es trotzdem :-) Der Aquapark hat besonders unseren Kindern Spaß gemacht. Man musste sich vorher für eine Zeitspanne anmelden, damit musste man den Tag schon am Morgen planen, aber so war es auch nie überfüllt. Das Personal war höflich, aber auch sehr reserviert. Lag vielleicht auch daran dass die Kommunikation schwierig war, da die meisten nur wenig bis gar kein Englisch konnten. Überhaupt fand ich es extrem nervig dass es alle Infos nur in Polnisch gab. Nicht mal das Silvesterprogramm gab es in Englisch. Das finde ich für ein so großes Hotel echt schwach. Dadurch hat man sich teilweise schon ein wenig unwillkommen gefühlt. Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner Kurzurlaub zumal die Gegend auch echt schön war. Wir hatten leider kein Winterwetter, aber dafür waren wir wandern was auch toll war. Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder, wenn Schnee liegt, weil es auch ein paar Skipisten im Ort gibt.

Frisch renoviertes Haus. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig aber geschmackvoll. Das Personal ist sehr sehr freundlich. Das ganze ist extrem sauber. Tolles Frühstück. Wir haben auch zwei mal zum Abend gegessen, war lecker und auch von Preis her sehr gut. Lage ist toll, Szklarska Poreba ist sehr schön und sehr zu empfehlen. Viele tolle Spaziergänge in der Umgebung, vor allem sind die Wasserfälle sehr sehenswert.
