value for money, comfy room been here multiples times highly recommended to solo travellers as well

The room is so big and nice. Clean is good. But the bed should be king size. I feel for big room shout have big bed. Otherwise, the stay was good

Room size is quite big, with carpet floor and big window. The toilet is also quite spacious and clean. The furniture and room design is a bit old, but still comfortable to use. There wasn't any halal restaurant nearby, so for food, better to order online or drive to I-city or Shah Alam for more choices. There is a small mall beside the hotel, but not much food shop available, especially halal food. The hotel policy required RM100 deposit to be paid during check-in, and they only accept cash : maybe can improve to accept card payment, or better to abolish the deposit requirement altogether. Most hotels doesn't required for deposit anymore.

Its old, but at least it has no cigarette smell. We requested a non smoking room, but we could see cigarette tray in the room. Cleanlinesss could be better. There are sand on the floor even after the 3rd day. It shows that they did not vacuum the floor in the room.

Large room. Got few tables, sofa. Tv is watchable. Only some stains here and there. (Hope management can change the carpet)

When we first night there the aircorn was not working at all. The room like sauna room.

The toilet facilities Not good. Water pressure too low, toilet slippery.

The location near by centro mall, just walk by around 1 minute. The hotel at the back of chinese restaurant. The hotel lift quite scary but just have less than 10 level, so not so worries. Front desk staff india women friendly. The hotel no kiblat signage and sejadah, for muslim need to bring our sejadah and compass for preparing solat time.

Nice to stay with family..clean and comfortable 😉

Aircond too noisy. Hotel should provide toothpaste as well.

The hotel is old and not maintenance at all, tap water is yellow, carpet is dirty...
