Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage, nur wenige Meter vom Liebesfluss entfernt und auch nicht weit zum Pier 2. es liegt nur wenige Meter von einer Metrostation. Das Fitnessstudio ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Zimmer waren sauber, waren aber sehr hellhörig. Die Betten für meinen Geschmack zu weich. Trotz der Angabe in der Beschreibung 20-23 qm erhielten wir mit Zimmer 956 leider ein wesentlich kleineres, maximal 12 qm großes Zimmer – laut Notfallplan das kleinste der Etage.

Insgesamt empfehlenswert. Die Lage ist ganz in der Nähe der MRT-Station, es ist bequem, in der Nähe zu essen, der Supermarkt ist in der Nähe und die Pier 2 Special Zone ist ebenfalls in der Nähe. Im Vergleich zum Stadtgebiet ist es relativ ruhig, man kann nachts zum Love River laufen und die Umgebung ist ruhig.

Family Room is big, shower head pressure is awesome. Happy hrs for guest at lvl 7 is good with unlimited beer, drinks and snacks. Breakfast not very tasty but not a concern to us as we, as tourist will prefer eating out. Overall is worth the stay with the price.

Pro: Quiet near to mrt station, variety of choice for breakfast, free flow snack & drink available at night at level 7 lounge. Cons: Room a bit aging, room with low ceiling, housekeeping staff didn't refill bathroom amenities and in room snacks when do daily cleaning even we stay for 5 nights, didn't provide luggage delivery to room service after we store luggage on first day before check in time

Convenient location, many public transport nearby. Clean hotel with helpful service staff. Like the 7th floor biz lounge

Great location, good breakfast, and staff was nice. One small note was that the room wasn’t heated. It was one of those colder nights and the ventilation can either be set for cold air conditioning, or with the fan running.

The counter desk staff and door service were friendly and helpful. The lounge staff were helpful and kind when we were having a birthday celebration.

Had to stay an additional night due to a typhoon. Couldn't think of a better hotel to do that. Gym and the VIP Lounge were nice.

There was an immediate odor when we entered the room. The bedsheet has a bleach smell as well. They provide used plastic slipper but with the sticker saying it’s been sannitized. We couldn’t believe it when we saw the slippers. Who wants to use a used pair of slipper? The odor in the room is the biggest reason we would not recommend this hotel. It felt like a 2/3 star hotel.

Location of hotel is near to 愛河。Hotel staff very polite, they even have happy hour where you can enjoy free flow of drinks include beer and snack.

An enjoyable stay with great location and nice services. Highly recommended.

Checking in process was smooth. Parking was also available at a parking building in front of the hotel. Room were suitable enough for four adults(we travelled as a family of two adults and two kids). Generally clean, staff was great. Breakfast was decent. Drinking water dispensers available at every floor. The only downside is you need to do laundry before 10pm as it’s mentioned that the room will be closed. It is free though, so good job for that.

It is a great hotel located downtown Kaohsiung. I enjoyed my stay because their service is excellent and friendly. Will come again to stay!!
