Only a short walk from Mookies to Farang Beach, a truly tropical paradise....The bungalows at Mookies were excellent, clean and very comfortable beds. The fridge is a very nice touch. The food was quick and fast and very tasty. Of course you have other restaurants nearby if you can possibly tire of Wan and her crews offering. Nick her husband was always ready to give some advice and have a good story to share. All in all, good prices for both bungalows and food and drink.

Wir würden hier 5 Nächte bleiben, aber die erste Nacht war einer unserer Bungalows nicht verfügbar, also nur eine Nacht an einem anderen Ort. Es war auch ein Zimmer von geringerer Qualität als wir gebucht hatten, aber dafür haben wir wertvolle Geld zurück. Die Häuser waren gut, in einem großen Garten, der gut gepflegt wurde. Im Garten konnte man auch massiert werden, war gut und sehr gut! Es gab kein Frühstück, sondern Kaffee serviert, also hatten wir eine Lagerkacke gekauft. Vor dem Mittagessen und dem Abendessen musst du ein Viertel durch den Wald gehen und dann bist du bei Fisherman's Kitchen, einem ausgezeichneten und preisgünstigen Restaurant, gekommen. Am Abend gingen wir noch zu einer Art Bar für Nicht-Muslims. Sie können auch kaltes Bier zu den Bungalows mitnehmen. Das Resort ist abgelegen und ist nur geeignet, wenn Sie ein Bromser beim Resort zu vermieten, um die Insel zu überqueren, dann haben Sie die Freiheit. Sie können auch eine private Tour buchen, um die ganze Insel zu besuchen oder ein Boot für eine Dugon-Tour reservieren. Ein Spaziergang durch das Hinterland ist auch ein Ratschlag. Very outdated resort and needs a complete upgrade. The location makes up for all their problems as it is right on a long stretch of beach and the bungalow we booked was very spacious with views over the ocean. Air-conditioner worked but sounded like a tractor, the shower head is ancient and hardly works, the wheels fell off the bed when we moved it slightly. The sewerage outlet pipe runs straight into the property which is very unhygienic.too many issues to mention. Breakfast was not worth eating either so before you book if it's only for price then that may be fine but if you are looking for a clean updated place this is not for you. On the plus side the ”customer relations” person and other staff are very kind and helpful.

We had an amazing stay at Mook Montra in Ko Muk. Kritt messaged us on WhatsApp the day we were arriving to see if we needed any help with anything and they helped us organising a longtail from the jetty on the mainland to the island for 600THB. When we arrived on the island we were greeted by the super friendly staff member (I think his name was Go) who drove us to the hotel. He explained where everything was whilst driving us around which was super helpful and he was an absolute champion during our whole stay, always willing to help us if we had any questions. The room itself, we booked the Seaview Cottage, was really nice. Quite spacious, clean and a very comfy bed with aircon. There was a little balcony with a nice bench and a table at the front which was perfect to have your breakfast in the morning or a drink in the afternoon. The property is beautiful with a lot of greenery and all the different cottages. We'd highly recommend Mook Mantra if you're budget is a bit more limited as you'd still get the luxurious vibe for this price. One thing that would've been nice to have in the room is a water kettle to make some tea or coffee in the morning.

ผมมานอนห้อง deluxe sea breeze (ไม่ติดทะเล,ที่พักอยู่ด้านหลัง) 1 คืน ราคาประมาณ 3,600 บาท พนักงานต้อนรับอัธยาศัยดี ยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใส ผมมาเที่ยวกับแฟน และเพื่อนอีก 1 คน มาถึงที่พักตอนประมาณเวลา 18:30 ผมกับแฟนนอนที่เดอ ธารา พอเก็บของเสร็จ(เจ้าหน้าที่มาเปิดแอร์ไว้ให้ แอร์ไม่ค่อยเย็นแต่ยังไม่มีน้ำรั่ว) แล้วออกไปส่งเพื่อนที่พักอีกที่หนึ่ง ราคาประมาณ 800 บาท ไปถึงที่พักของเพื่อน เจ้าหน้าที่มาต้อนรับด้วย welcome drink และแจ้งว่ามีปัญหาเรื่องห้องน้ำมีน้ำรั่ว ให้รอแก้ไขสักครู่หนึ่ง เพื่อนเลยตัดสินใจฝากของไว้แล้วออกไปรับประทานอาหารกันระหว่างรอแก้ไข วันนั้นผมไปเที่ยวเกาะต่างๆ ดำน้ำทั้งวัน แล้วเข้าเกาะมุกมาเพื่อรับประทานอาหาร และรีบพักผ่อนเพราะเหนื่อยมาทั้งวัน พอผมรับประทานอาหารเสร็จ ผมกลับห้องมาตอนประมาณ 20:40 มีน้ำแอร์หยดเต็มพื้นห้อง และ แอร์ไม่เย็น โทรแจ้งเจ้าหน้าที่ตอน 20:44 ได้รับคำตอบว่าเดี๋ยวจะมาดู เวลาผ่านไป 30 นาที ยังไม่มีเจ้าหน้าที่มาดูแอร์ให้ ผมเลยเดินไปแจ้งที่เคาร์เตอร์อีกครั้ง ถึงมีเจ้าหน้าที่เดินตามมาดูให้พร้อมผ้าเช็คเท้า 1 ผืน สรุปคือเจ้าหน้าที่กลุ่มแรกแก้ไขไม่ได้ มาเช็ดทำความสะอาดให้อย่างเดียว แล้วตามช่างอีกที ช่างซ่อมเสร็จเวลาประมาณ 22:00 , ระหว่างซ่อมผมก็นั่งๆนอนๆอยู่ในห้องพูดคุยสอบถามทั่วไป เจ้าหน้าที่พูดเหมือนว่าเรื่องแบบนี้เกิดขึ้นบ่อย เป็นปกติ ผมก็งงๆว่าผมต้องทำใจยอมรับให้คุ้นชินกับเรื่องแบบนี้หรอ, ระหว่างซ่อม แฟนผมก็พยายามติดต่อกับผู้จัดการไปด้วย เพราะเจ้าหน้าที่หน้างานไม่สามารถตอบคำถาม หรือ หาทางแก้ไขอื่นๆ ได้นอกจากรอซ่อม (เช่น ถ้าซ่อมไม่ได้จะให้ไปนอนไหนเพราะห้องอื่นๆเต็มหมดแล้ว รอซ่อมนานเป็นชั่วโมงแล้วมีชดเชยอะไรไหม) เจ้าหน้าที่หน้างานบอกให้โทรศัพท์คุยกับเบอร์ ********** ซึ่งยังไม่ใช่ผู้จัดการอยู่ดี ตอบคำถามไม่ได้เช่นกัน ได้แต่ย้อนถามมาว่าช่างยังไม่ไปดูหรอค่ะ(แฟนผมถามชื่อคนที่คุยด้วย เผื่อได้คุยกับผู้จัดการ แล้วจะได้เช็คว่าที่คุณแจ้งมาตรงกับนโยบายการให้บริการของโรงแรมไหม เจ้าหน้าที่ที่คุยด้วยบอกไม่สะดวกให้) แล้วก็โยนให้ไปคุยกับแอดมินเพจใน FB พอติดต่อไปใน FB ก็ไม่ได้ช่วยอะไรเลย นอกจากแค่ถามว่ามีช่างไปดูหรือยัง ช่างยังอยู่ในห้องไหม คือที่อยากได้จริงๆไม่ใช่การชดเชยหรือเงิน อยากได้ยินคือ “คำขอโทษ/ขออภัยในความไม่สะดวก และความรวดเร็วในการบริการแก้ไข” ซึ่งไม่ได้ยินและไม่ได้เห็นเลยตั้งแต่ระดับล่าง, โทรศัพท์คุย หรือ ทาง FB ในทางตรงกันข้ามห้องพักเพื่อนราคา 800 บาท ห้องน้ำรั่ว เค้ารีบขอโทษ จัดการซ่อม พอซ่อมไม่ได้ เค้าจัดการหาทางออกให้ หาที่พักอีกที่หนึ่งให้ทันที อยากแนะนำ 1. ผมกับแฟนเข้าใจว่ามันเหมือนอุบัติเหตุที่ไม่คาดคิด ทางโรงแรมก็ไม่อยากให้เกิด แต่เมื่อเกิดแล้วคุณมีวิธีการจัดการยังไง ผมรอครึ่งชั่วโมง ยังไม่มีใครมาเลย ต้องไปตามอีกรอบ ระหว่างซ่อมก็ให้นอนรอในห้องที่ซ่อมนั้นแหละ ปิดแอร์ สบายใจเลย, ความรวดเร็วในการแก้ไขไม่มีเลย 2. เจ้าหน้าที่ระดับล่างการบริการอาหาร เสิร์ฟ การต้อนรับพอใช้ครับ แต่เรื่องการจัดการแก้ไขปัญหาหน้างาน ช่องทางการร้องเรียน ช่องทางการติดต่อบุคคลที่มีอำนาจในการตัดสินใจเรื่องแบบนี้ คือ ไม่มีเลย, มีแต่โยนกันไปโยนกันมา 3. WiFi ห้องข้างหลังก็ไม่ถึง ต้องเดินมาเล่นที่โซนรับประทานอาหารถึงจะใช้ได้, ก๊อกน้ำ/ที่แขวนสายฉีด/ฝักบัว น่าจะต้องดูแลความแข็งแรงนะครับ มันโยกเยก ใกล้จะหลุด 4. ถ้าราคาแบบนี้แพงเกินการบริการครับ ทำเลที่ตั้งคุณอาจจะดีติดทะเล แต่การบริการแบบนี้ ผมไปนอนห้อง 800 ยังสบายใจกว่าครับ ขอบคุณครับ
