Es war schön, großartig Aussicht auf den Pool, nahe dem Essen und schnelle Reise! Empfehlen!

Dieses Hotel befindet sich im National Register of Historical Places und in einem historischen Bereich von KC. Dies schafft einen nostalgischen Vibe. Das Hotel-Gym ist ausreichend und viele Geschäfte und Restaurants sind in der Nähe zu Fuß. Insgesamt hatte ich einen großen Aufenthalt.

Ich habe jetzt fast alle 21C Hotels geblieben (ich war nicht in Iowa). Er bekommt eine Gesamtfeinster mit einigen stärkeren Punkten und einigen schwächeren Punkten. Stärker: die Kunstwerke dieses Mal um war schlagkräftig, das Denken provokierend, und kohärent. Das Restaurant und das Restaurantpersonal waren hervorragend (The Savoy, separat bewertet). Auch der Zimmerservice war großartig. Die Betten bei 21C waren immer komfortabel und ich mag ihre Toilettenprodukte. Schwächer: Das Front Desk Personal war ein gemischtes Beutel. Im Allgemeinen hilfreich und schön, aber ich wurde hier kühler empfangen als irgendwo anders. Hauspflege. Ich bin 1000% zu verstehen, dass wir noch mit COVID und Wirtschaft und Arbeitsfragen kämpfen. Und ich weiß nicht, wer mein Zimmer vorher hatte, aber es gab mehrere kleine Glasschärfe im Sitzbereich, es gab ein Paar Unterwäsche hinter dem Sofa (die ich nicht berührte und dort verließ), Und ich fand irgendwie ein Paar getrocknete alte Kontaktlinsen auf dem Bettspread. Bitte beachten Sie, dass das Zimmer im Allgemeinen sauber und gut ausgestattet war, aber die drei Dinge, die ich erwähnte waren ziemlich große Dinge. Auch, wenn wir nicht zurück gehen, um Minibars zu haben (womit ich gut bin), können wir in den Zimmern Minikühlschränke haben? Ich bekomme Sie versuchen, den Zimmerservice zu verkaufen, aber ich möchte nur, dass ich in der Lage sein, mein Wasser zu kühlen oder etwas cool zu trinken, ohne zu fragen (zu klein) Eis. Ich würde wieder bleiben. Der positive weit überwiegt die negativen. Tipp: Kein Parkplatz, aber es gibt eine Garage über die Straße, die 10 Dollar pro Nacht bezahlt.

Das Hotel ist gut für die Gesundheit und den Service. Es hat keine Schnauze für drei Nächte. Das Hotel ist nicht gepflastert, es sind zwei Betten zusammengefasst. Das Hotel bietet keine Schleusen, die Zahnfäden können Sie die Rezeption fragen. Das Hotel ist sehr nahe am Country Club Plaza, die Wang Street ist bequem zu kaufen, neben den Roten Jacken, dem Schalenfleischgeschäft und dem Bolin chinesischen Restaurant, sowie der Cheesecake Factory, zum Nelson Museum zu gehen etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß empfehlen.

Wir hatten zwei Teams, etwa 20 Familien, die hier für die MLK VB Tour im Konferenzzentrum gehalten (einfaches 3-Block-Wandern). Das Hotel war sauber und ruhig, ein wichtiger Faktor, wenn man versuchen, eine gute Ruhe als Athleten zu erhalten. Hauspflege wurde täglich angeboten. Ich habe die Anzahl der Handtücher im Zimmer sowie die Qualität geschätzt! Wir bestellten von dem Restaurant vor Ort und das Essen war gut mit anständigen Preisen, vergleichbar mit den Restaurants in der Nähe. Keine komplimentarische brkfst. Das Hotel bietet einen Parkplatz für $28/day, oder es gab eine Garage von $10 direkt um die Ecke, und eine andere für $18 in die entgegengesetzte Richtung. Das schwierigste Problem, das wir getroffen haben, war, einen Ort zu finden, um tatsächlich zu parken/zu ziehen, um Taschen zu entladen, nur um zu prüfen, wenn wir erst angekommen sind. Das gleiche für Check-out. Hotel ist auf einer Straße Ecke w zero benannt Hotelparkplatz. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel und würde hier nochmal bleiben.

Stayed here recently for a conference; requested and received Suite Night Upgrade to the Presidental Suite! WOW! Now, the hotel and surrounding area had been without power for the previous 22 hr and just regained it a few hours before I arrived. Suite was def warm- and I thought it was because of the power outage. Tried to turn up the fan which didn't change a thing. (in fact, I turned all 3 thermostats I found in there down to 60 and high fan and it never changed over 4 days! So- this suite is on the 38th floor and spans the width of the building so different views of the city from LR/DR and BR. Large 4 poster bed-- but there is a 4 inch ”ledge” around the mattress which is waist high to me (at 5-6”) making it extremely difficult to get into! Then discovered the bedside table and lamp was too far away to reach from bed...3 of the 4 pillows were incredibly lumpy- glad I only needed one pillow! Flat sheet on the bottom which wasn't long enough to be tucked in on top or side so it looked like a war had occurred in the morning (oh- and 2 comforters on the bed but don't know if it ever got cooler than 75 or so!). HUGE bathroom- big double size tub (but the row of lights over it had 3/4 of bulbs out), big steam shower with fabulous water pressure (but mildew on ceiling and amongst the marble tile), large bottles of fancy products in the shower (that could not be opened for those of you worried about that-I'm not, but see lots of angst about this). Several spots in teh BR had mildew, and lightening wasn't great for makeup. LR has 2 love seat sized couches (found some sort of canisters in between the seat cushions- ew!) large desk, table for 8 on the DR side plus a full kitchen (but a dirty black plastic serving spoon was on the stovetop!). Lots of nice artwork throughout. Carpet was stained in many areas. Never saw a TV remote though TVs were in the bedroom, bathroom and LR (didn't look real hard in LR, wasn't watching TV anyway, but thought it was odd). Housekeeping did come in after 2nd night, remade the bed with the same (wrinkled) sheets. Conference rooms were pretty darn cold. Oh, and did tell front desk that the AC wasn't working, but nothing changed. (Heard someone else on 38th floor complaining too). Lounge hours are limited- never made it there. Did have a bite to eat in the restaurant bar one evening- def not worth the calories or $. Unfortunately not much around open after 5 or 6, esp on a Sunday evening. Lobby is gorgeous, lots of seating in many areas incl tables with outlets for working.

Der Eincheck war sehr gut, ein Agent mit einem spontanen Lächeln verteilte uns ein sehr ruhiges Zimmer mit schöner Aussicht. Das super saubere Zimmer mit allem, was Sie brauchen, ausgezeichnete Bett, Handtücher, Ausstattung, wir mussten nichts anfragen. Leckere Abendessen, vernünftiger Preis, bequeme Parkplätze im Gebäude, sehr guter Service.

We stayed here on January 5. The property itself was very nice—large rooms, comfortable beds, good breakfast. Our problem was dog-related. We checked in around 8 p.m. and went to our room to be immediately met with the consistent barking of a large dog in the adjacent room. We immediately called the desk and asked for another room. They didn’t have any other king rooms so the lady at the desk said she would come down and take a look. My husband waited for a few minutes then went up to the lobby when he didn’t see her. There was a steady stream of people checking in and the desk attendant was completely alone. My husband talked to her briefly and she called the room where the dog was, but of course, no one answered. She tried to move us to a room with 2 queens, but said she couldn’t register us to a different room because we had booked the room through AAA and the system wouldn’t allow her to make us keys. Eventually, she was able to call someone who told her just to take us to a room and let us in. To make things worse, the lady at the desk had a disability and walked with a walker. We felt terrible that she had to walk us to our room. We couldn’t believe there wasn’t a manager or security person who could have helped out. At some point during the night, they figured out how to make us keys and put them under our door. While my husband was in the lobby, another man came to the desk and said he needed another room because there was dog poop on the floor of his room. We’re okay with people travelling with their dogs, but this hotel obviously had some issues.
