疫情前幾乎每年都來一次KC，每次都是住這個酒店。
離機場7-9分鐘車程，有shuttle，環境不錯，就是周邊吃東西的地方比較少。
早餐是正常的Holiday Inn水平，整體還行。

The customer service here was amazing, upon checking in and throughout our stay. the rooms were clean and so spacious. Definitely enough room in each room to accommodate. The breakfast was full of options and very delicious. Definitely would stay here again.

Very nice place and great place to leave the car when we fly for work.Handy to have restaurant and bar on site and the shuttle to the airport is top notch.The staff are very attentive and the rooms very clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone needing a park and fly.

Every thing was smooth. Staff was very friendly. There was a burger restaurant on site which was also very good. Offered a shuttle to the airport that ran every 20-30 minutes so it made getting to the airport seem less. Would stay again if needed.

Wonderful hotel! It is a very clean and comfortable facility! Very nice room! Great restaurant! Best of all so close to Kansas City Airport! Close to gas stations with other eateries close by. This is definitely my new "go to" hotel when flying out of Kansas City!

On arrival, front staff were quick to respond to our needs, this was the case throughout our stay. Waiting staff for breakfast and evening meals were efficient and service was great. Menu items limited but still a varied menu. Food items of a high standard. Would stay again.

Arrived very late, night stsff were helpful and assist where needed. Everything from breakfast staff to the evening meals were helpful and quick to serve. Day staff at reception also performed well above the standard as it appeared that there were a staff shortage. Would stay again.

I checked in on the afternoon of August 31, 2024. The young man at the front desk was awesome. I believe he was a new employee who was in training. So, I want to make sure to give him special recognition; he did a great job! The room was nice and comfortable. I ate at the restaurant that evening. The food was very good and the service was excellent. I noticed that the staff were so friendly to everyone dining there.
