Das ist ein tolles Hotel, ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt, ein kluger, gutes Essen die meisten Mitarbeiter sind kooperativ, außer Frau Shazia.. nicht nur war sie brutal, sondern die meisten unkooperativ.. Wir hatten 3 Zimmer reserviert, die fast 3 Monate im Voraus reserviert wurden ....on mit ihr sprechen, dann sagte sie 3400 wäre der Preis pro Zimmer mit Frühstück für Zwillinge teilen wir graziös vereinbarten, aber bei der Ankunft quote sie 3500, wovon wir waren beunruhigt coz wir hatten Nach einer Bewertung mehrerer Hotels auf Geet.. Wir haben uns mit einem Taxi begegnet, weil es zu teuer war ..., dass wir diesen Coz für den ganzen Tag für die Hälfte der Amtszeit bekommen haben, die sie uns sagte.. Nachdem sie ein böses Verhalten gegen uns angenommen hat N war schüchtern ....In der Tat mussten wir ihr guten Morgen/Nacht etc ....we sogar ihr gesagt, dass sie eine schlechte Apfel unter dem ganzen Personal ist.. wer uns ein gutes Gefühl gab.. MrPandey war am hilftlichsten und freundlichsten, pl belohnt ihn mit einer Werbung ....as er ist ein Vermögen für Ihr Hotel.

I stayed at Citi Club located in the heart of the Kanpur city, and while it boasts premium class facilities, I was somewhat disappointed with the room size. The location is undoubtedly a major plus. The hotel's amenities are top-notch and attentive staff who go above and beyond to ensure your comfort. The fitness center is also excellent features. However, the room size left much to be desired. It felt cramped, especially if you're traveling with a lot of luggage or as a couple. Despite the small space, the room was beautifully and well-maintained, but it's important to manage your expectations in terms of size. In summary, if you prioritize location and premium amenities over room size, this hotel could be a great choice. Just be prepared for cozy quarters during your stay.

Booked the hotel through Makemytrip (not good in customer support). 1. extremely bad check-in experience 2. rooms were smelling like sarvajanik toilet 3. staff was not much helpful 4. I am sharing a few photos 5. not good for family stay good for single or couple (few cases) who don't care much about cleaning 6. They will not provide you with toilet paper room locks that are broken and not easy to lock. top of the worst is I booked it with breakfast for a 3-night stay and their staff doesn't even know the basics of booking with breakfast policy and they were asking me to pay the breakfast bill during the checkout (funny). I can put a few staff names but I am not doing it because I will anyways not even think about this incident in the future. I saw all good ratings on trip advisor and I made the decision basis on that, but now I can judge the ratings after my stay there. I will not fool people and putting genuine feedback. the only thing I like about the stay is the food from the restaurant Jo-Hukum else if you are going with your family please please don't book this hotel to stay in. if you are single coming for 1 or few days stay for business or another purpose than this hotel is good for you (even I am managing my company's events and managing the entire team of travel booking of company staff and I will definitely not think about this kind of hotel for our staff to stay. overall, I will not recommend this hotel for a family stay.
