Das ZusatzFrühstück war schön und schmackvoll. Die Einrichtungen waren standardmäßig. Zimmer und Toiletten konnten mit neueren Möbeln und Ausstattungen und Gemälde neu renoviert werden. Die Services waren sehr gut. Die Empfangsmitglieder waren sehr freundlich und hilfreich.

Seems like a reasonably new property but a lot of their fittings appear dated. My water closet simply wouldn't flush properly and you do not need a vibrant imagination to realise the results. The ac in my room too had a mind if it's own, choosing to work and strike work randomly. The buffet breakfast is very pedestrian and the coffee is horrendous (i'm a coffee geek so i might have a bias here. I didn't try other meals as there are plenty of good restaurant options nearby. Most of the staff seem unmotivated and unhappy at their jobs. Beware that if you select the third floor like i did, good luck sleeping as the 4th floor has a party hall where something is always happening and there are always people 'singing' off key into the microphone. This place is rated as a 4 star hotel but i think even 3 stars would be stretching it. I selected it only because i needed to access some nearby areas during my trip.

Ich hatte vor kurzem die Freude, in diesem wunderbaren Resort zu bleiben und kann einfach nicht genug gute Dinge darüber sagen. Von dem Moment, als ich ankam, ging das Personal oben und weiter, um sicherzustellen, dass alle meine Bedürfnisse erfüllt wurden. Die Zimmer waren geräumig, schön dekoriert und unverändert sauber. I recently stayed at sneha inn for a one night and overall, it was a decent experience. The hotel had all the amenities i needed and they were all in functional condition. The room itself was clean enough, although i did notice a faint smell of cigarette smoke. This was a bit unpleasant for me, but it wasn't strong enough to ruin my stay. The bed was comfortable and i had a good night's sleep. One thing that could be improved was the service at the hotel's dine-in restaurant. The staff seemed to be understaffed, and as a result, the orders took a while to be delivered. I understand that the hotel might be facing some staffing issues due to the pandemic, but waiting for food for over an hour was a bit too much for me. However, the food was good and i enjoyed the variety on the menu. Overall, my stay at the hotel was decent enough. While there were some areas that could be improved, i was satisfied with the overall experience. If the hotel could address the issue with the cigarette smoke smell in the room and hire more staff to improve the service at the restaurant, it could be a great place to stay.
