Excellent stay. Room is very spacious and very polite staff. Breakfast is also good. The restaurant is ready and waiting for inauguration 1st february.

The hotel has a great location, and the staff’s behavior was polite and helpful, which we appreciated. However, the room conditions were not up to the mark. The washroom had an unpleasant odor, which persisted throughout our stay. The bed appeared to have insects, and unfortunately, my daughter developed an infection on her neck, which we noticed in the morning. Proper hygiene and maintenance of the rooms are critical and should be improved urgently. While the location and staff were the redeeming factors, i hope the management takes this feedback seriously to enhance the guest experience in the future.

Seems like a reasonably new property but a lot of their fittings appear dated. My water closet simply wouldn't flush properly and you do not need a vibrant imagination to realise the results. The ac in my room too had a mind if it's own, choosing to work and strike work randomly. The buffet breakfast is very pedestrian and the coffee is horrendous (i'm a coffee geek so i might have a bias here. I didn't try other meals as there are plenty of good restaurant options nearby. Most of the staff seem unmotivated and unhappy at their jobs. Beware that if you select the third floor like i did, good luck sleeping as the 4th floor has a party hall where something is always happening and there are always people 'singing' off key into the microphone. This place is rated as a 4 star hotel but i think even 3 stars would be stretching it. I selected it only because i needed to access some nearby areas during my trip.

Ich hatte vor kurzem die Freude, in diesem wunderbaren Resort zu bleiben und kann einfach nicht genug gute Dinge darüber sagen. Von dem Moment, als ich ankam, ging das Personal oben und weiter, um sicherzustellen, dass alle meine Bedürfnisse erfüllt wurden. Die Zimmer waren geräumig, schön dekoriert und unverändert sauber. Die Lage war auch erstaunt.

I had a wonderful experience at State Beach Resort in Kannur. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making my stay very comfortable. The breakfast each morning was delicious, offering a great start to the day. The resort's peaceful setting is perfect for relaxation, exactly what I was looking for. Just a heads-up, it's about an hour from the airport, so plan accordingly for early flights. Highly recommend this resort for a tranquil retreat.

I recently stayed at sneha inn for a one night and overall, it was a decent experience. The hotel had all the amenities i needed and they were all in functional condition. The room itself was clean enough, although i did notice a faint smell of cigarette smoke. This was a bit unpleasant for me, but it wasn't strong enough to ruin my stay. The bed was comfortable and i had a good night's sleep. One thing that could be improved was the service at the hotel's dine-in restaurant. The staff seemed to be understaffed, and as a result, the orders took a while to be delivered. I understand that the hotel might be facing some staffing issues due to the pandemic, but waiting for food for over an hour was a bit too much for me. However, the food was good and i enjoyed the variety on the menu. Overall, my stay at the hotel was decent enough. While there were some areas that could be improved, i was satisfied with the overall experience. If the hotel could address the issue with the cigarette smoke smell in the room and hire more staff to improve the service at the restaurant, it could be a great place to stay.
