We spent one night at the Withinn Hotel before an early morning flight out of the airport. The hotel is very close to the airport, a 5 minute taxi ride (IR300), so very convenient. We had a superior room, which was large, quiet, very clean and comfortable with air conditioning, a kettle and tea supplies and a wide selection of TV channels, the bed very comfortable. The bathroom also very clean, and well equipped. We also ate in the attached restaurant, the food very good with a wide choice, well served and inexpensive. Finally, the staff were welcoming and very helpful, making it a very enjoyable overnight stay. Downsides – the morning shower pressure was low, and the location of the hotel is not conducive to exploring the immediate location, but neither of these points detracted from our stay. Highly recommended for a pre or post flight from Kannur airport.

Good for a business travel based on my two days stay there. The property is very close to the railway station and the main business area. Being at the middle of core business, a family trip expecting some luxurious stay may not find it interesting. The road leading to the hotel is a bit narrow. If one is driving, then should be experienced to navigate the rush. Once at hotel, parking is very good. Rooms near and clean, breakfast buffet is reasonable. The restaurant attached to hotel was not functional during my stay in Oct 2023.

Had booked this hotel on the basis of positive reviews and honestly was not let down. The hotel is just 500 meters from Kannur railway station. Check in was quick as I checked into their residency room. The room is quite spacious with all amenities and toiletries you may require just in case you forget. The restaurant in the hotel provides great food and the complimentary breakfast has a wide spread. check out their Kerala thali which is tasty as well pocket friendly. One suggestion is that the hotel management should put tata sky as most of the channels were Malayalam and since I come from Maharashtra would have appreciated the regional news to connect with my state. Also the buffet breakfast should start atleast at 7 am and it would be worthwhile to pack atleast some sandwich, fruits and juice for those who have to leave early. All in all a nice experience will come back again.

A decent stay @ an amazing price & location, just behind the ksrtc bus station and a lot of restaurants nearby. A decently sized room for the price we pay. Reception staff was also helpful. Thank u team

During our planned stay from 20th to 22nd October 2023 at Mascot, a booking error sent my family and me from Bangalore to Kannur on the wrong dates. Despite not having the chance to stay at Mascot, I feel compelled to share this exceptional experience. Upon realizing our rooms were booked for the 27th to 29th October instead, the Mascot staff showcased remarkable empathy and efficiency. They promptly arranged accommodations at another excellent hotel, continuously checking on our well-being. Their actions were beyond mere customer service; they restored our faith in humanity and the kindness of people. What impressed me most was the full refund of our booking amount, a gesture of goodwill that deeply touched us. This incident didn’t just resolve a logistical error; it transformed us into lifelong patrons of Mascot. Their exceptional handling of an unforeseen situation has earned the loyalty of not just my family, but also our friends.

This is an excellent beach property with great view. The room opens to a Coconut Grove n then a sea which is a very rare view. One should visit this place just to experience the excellent view, peace and privacy. There is no food thatbis served here but can order food via swigy.

Vorsicht für dieses schatten Hotel!! Mein Gold und Geld wurden von Zimmer 311 gestohlen, während ich um Mitternacht im Zimmer schlief, auf 20/11/19. Ich habe eine FIR in Kannur Stadt Polizeistation gebucht. ISSUES: Dampf, geluft und unsichere Zimmer. Kameras in der Galerie NICHT arbeiten. Hohe Preise. AC nicht effizient. Schmutzlint & Handtücher. Telefon im Zimmer funktioniert nicht. Ersticken kleine Aufzüge. Was macht die Dinge WORSE – Rude & unsympathetic Hotelpersonal hat sich nicht einmal entschuldigt oder die Polizeistation mit uns besucht, um den Fall zu berichten (nachdem alle Raubüberfälle auf ihrem Grundstück stattgefunden haben). Tatsächlich war das arrogante, arrogante und nicht-zuverlässige Personal, das versucht, mich zu bedrohen. Eis auf dem Kuchen: Ich konfrontierte die MD, um die Themen zu diskutieren, er interessierte nur sein Geld. In der Tat versuchte er, 50% Rabatt auf den Aufenthalt zu bieten, wenn ich die Online-Bewertung entfernen (von Goibibo). Wenn ich diesen Ort vorher gesehen hätte, hätte ich nie diesen Fehler bei der Buchung dieses gemacht. Ich habe noch nie ein schlimmeres Hotel gesehen als dieses, das oft zu verschiedenen Orten reiste und in verschiedenen Hotels geblieben ist. Wenn es einen Preis für das schlimmste Hotel, Hände runter, sie werden es gewinnen!

I have stayed at the canoe earlier and liked it a lot, when we went as a family group. this time it was a couples visit, and I reiterate my review that this is an excellent hotel. large, well-appointed rooms, including outstanding consumables (like the body wash and shampoo of the Earth brand). the breakfast buffet is also excellent, with a wide variety of items including some unique items. 5* all the way, and also it is only 200 meters from the railway station (though it is a bit of a hike with roll on luggage, and no auto will take you). hidden discreetly behind city center mall (I needed to buy some grocery items, and the grocery is 20 meters from the hotel in the mall).
