The staff was cooperative but the hotel wasn't that good. The room had cockroaches and it was near a drain and smelled really bad. The mattress was not comfortable at all. I wouldn't recommend this.

Accommodation of the room was average. Cleanliness wasn't up to mark. Moreover there was no provision for AC. Terrible experience! Hotel representatives have refused to offer room in spite of providing booking details. Oyo personnel even tried to convince the hotel management but they refused again. In spite of booking almost two months ago, myself, ***** with my family members faced an awkward situation. This was really a worst experience I have faced ever and is not expectable

I stayed at utopia hotel for 5 days. It was very clean. Quiet being it was off season. Staff were very polite. My vehicle was in their guarded parking lot. I've been staying in utopia many times over the last 15 years. I consider it the best for the price they charge.

At hotel utopia, staff was helpful. Rooms were clean but later we came across three cockroaches in the washroom and the wardrobe. The matress had an undulating surface. The tv was working, hot water was available and room service was prompt. I went in march end so ac was not required. For low budget stay this room is okay.
