Der Empfang ist sehr nett und das Badezimmer mit großer Badewanne ist auch sehr schön. Das weibliche Personal, das Ausländer ausbildete und am 9. Oktober gegen 10 Uhr antwortete, war sehr gut. Es war eine Freude, Hallo zu sagen, dass das Zimmer flexibel ist und guten Morgen. Der Service ist ähnlich wie in anderen hochpreisigen Hotels und sehr günstig. Das große öffentliche Bad gibt mir ein sehr gutes Gefühl. Das billigste Doppelbettzimmer ist jedoch zu trocken und hat Halsschmerzen, wenn ich also mehr Klimaanlage aufdrehen kann, Ich werde es wieder verwenden, wenn ich nach Kanazawa komme.

My best stay in Japan by far in a whole month through the country. Price was excellent for all the service and quality the hotel has. The staff is extremely helpful and very kind. I’ve never seen such a level of cleanness in absolutely every corner. The spa included is a big plus. The bed was very comfortable and I didn’t expected such good size of the capsule. Having fridge and chance to heat food is very considerate too. The location is simply perfect and the whole place is very silent (even relaxing music played all times). I will definitely come back!

Great stay with hassle free check-in. Onsen was great with cubicle shower facilities. Definitely will stay again when I'm in Japan.

Maybe I didn’t read properly upon booking. There is no bathroom in our room. Sharing washroom although on premium floor. Quite far distance when we walk from Kanazawa Station. There is bus station at hotel entrance.

Really big and spacious! Took awhile to find the correct place because if you key in on Google maps to look for the place it will bring you to another hotel. Other than that. This is probably the biggest pod hotel I have ever been in. And it's also the same for both categories of stay.

15 mins can walk from Kanazawa JR station to hotel. Place is clean and tidy! Even though the toilet and shower room is for common use, the facilities are still clean. The servants are nice and helpful. Will definitely recommend to others.

Torifino pod hotel was just one of those experiences that goes beyond what you can expect from a $20 USD hotel, Clean private bathroom, proper sauna and hot springs. Super friendly staff, they offer pajama and earphones for the TV in the room so it's something new for me,because usually is just the sandals The location is good I walked 15-20 min from the train station and there is also a nearby bus station

I had a nice experience there. Great service from the front desk staff and clean place.
