The concierge service was excellent. Despite her difficulty in expressing her help in English, she went out of her way to answer our queries, as well as working with kitchen to prepare a nice dinner for us despite us not having pre-ordered any. There is also free ramen for supper from 10pm-1030pm at night for guests who feel hungry. And the best part was the mountain view being extremely beautiful.

Der Raum befindet sich in einem Zimmer im japanischen Stil und eignet sich sehr gut für zwei Erwachsene und ein Kind. Der Abendessenteil ist gut, aber der Frühstücksteil ist bereits leer, aber nicht gefüllt. Ich mag den Innenteil der heißen Quelle, aber das Wasser draußen ist etwas warm und zu kalt zum Einweichen, sodass ich es nicht genießen kann. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut, es gibt 7-11 gegenüber und man braucht zu Fuß etwa 10 Minuten, um die Eisfallsaison zu sehen.

아사히카와 공항 픽업,샌딩 서비스가 있어서 좋았으나, 예약을 전화로만 가능한 점이 매우 불편했습니다. 이메일 예약도 받으면 좋겠습니다. 방에서 보는 마운틴 뷰가 좋았고, 조식과 석식도 매우 좋았습니다. 다만, 방과 목욕탕의 청결상태와 노후된 상태는 아쉽습니다.

Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig und sauber. Die heißen Quellen sind auch sehr gut und seidig. Es gibt viele Arten. Die Zutaten vom Buffet sind reichhaltig und frisch und die Vielfalt ist sehr gut für den chinesischen Geschmack geeignet.

整體體驗十分好，入住沒難度，在門口利用平板電腦跟屋主check in後獲得密碼取鎖匙入住，很方便。 屋內設施齊全，煮食用具很多，如焗爐、燒烤壚、電磁爐、電飯煲等等都有提供。 衛生情況很好，只是廁所洗滌位置有蚊蟲數隻，只要關好門就不受影響。 傢具床鋪梳化都很新，電視有免費Netflix ，晚上可以坐在梳化一家看電影。 屋的周圍環境很安靜，遠離市中心，適合駕車人士。

Although the building of the hotel was constructed in 1997, the room was modernly decorated and very comfortable. There were 3 onsens available for guests to use and they could not be missed. The dinner and breakfast were remarkable. The staff was nice and helpful. The hotel was located near mount Asahi-dake. It was good to have onsen after hiking in the mountain. What’s more, the area which the hotel was located was free from light pollution. I saw a sky full of stars and it was superb.
