This new furnished holiday home is situated in place Polača , Zadar county in a peaceful area perfect for relaxing and family holidays. The house consists of 3 double bedrooms, new furnished bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen and great terrace with heated pool (on request) and exit to the yard where other covered terrace is situated with wooden furniture and Bbq station. Kids can enjoy at equipped playground. Free Wifi, bikes and secured parking for all guests. Beautiful heated pool area (Heating is on request with additional payment), fenced yard with a lot of contents (children playground and free use of bikes) where privacy is guaranteed . The owners do not live in the property but we are here at your disposal for any further information or assistance guests might need. Great area for exploring several national parks and nature parks, house offers a free use of bikes so it's a great for some extra activities. If it's needed guest can use heated pool option, on request with extra payment per day. Dear guests, please note that according to Croatian law, a child of any age is counted as one person.
