1. Check-in Process Great, a few minor questions but was very smooth experience and process. Friendly check-in procedure and follow-up. 2. Restaurant Unfortunately, I didn’t get the chance to have breakfast, but hopefully next time. 3. Rooms Very clean rooms and well prepared. The cleaners did a great job too. 4. Air Con and Amenities in the Room Temperature controlled remote and good basic amenities for stay which is refilled during daily cleaning procedure when asked. 5. Laundry They have a self-service laundry, which is very good and helpful. They even provide small amount of detergents for cleaner clothes. The bonus is also the dryer machine that comes with it. 6. Check-out Very quick and smooth. 7. Location Good location which is near local shopping small if you want to do some small shopping or have a quick bite or tea/coffee break. Feedback / Improvements for attracting more foreigners (Tourists) / Businesses (My opinion) 1. Basic/Simple English in front-desk would be helpful, but not important. 2. Translation on Laundry Instructions (self-service) can be helpful or pre-recorded video to help elderly or first-time visitors the correct procedures. 3. Restaurants to open not only for breakfast but option for different hours (such as afternoon/evening) but for short duration ordering time-period. Even though location is superb for local shopping mall, it would be great to experience afternoon/evening meal in the hotel and/or in-room dining services in the future (if it becomes popular). 4. Ironing board. There is a self service ironing but can be helpful to have an ironing board within the room, especially great experience with washing and drying clothes. However ironing clothes individually requires time and the ironing which is shared in the communal area can be time consuming if it is popular in demand during the time of use. Overall, definitely superb hotel for the price and cleanliness. There is room for improvements but nevertheless, the experience and my stay there was nice.

Best value and satisfaction even including the 4 and 5 star hotels of our trip. The room was modest size and basic but all details for comfy stay are extremely well provided for, eg., Shower, bedside light controls and charging ports, and the high tech heated automatic toilet seat has not been matched on our trip.

酒店位置不錯，就在東滙城對面，房間很大，衞生也還可以，房間唯一缺點就是少了一個全身鏡，還有酒店只有一個電梯，等電梯時間會比較長

門口停車場方便。房間雖然不大，但佈置合理，應有盡有，乾淨整潔。夜燈很方便又不刺眼。智能馬桶。淋浴水大。床也舒服。早餐一般，加熱不給力有點涼。

不理想的一次以這價錢不值，只是位置優越，但只能是旅館,衛生條件差，垃圾桶滿滿都沒人理。沒冰箱，前抬男仔不𢤦廣東話，對於國語有限公司就溝通唔到。我訂咗豪華房但給了我低層4樓要求高的但不理會。豪華房只值普通房。

環境很乾凈 晚上睡得很安寧 設備一流 維護的非常好 工作人員熱心友善 早餐豐富 床墊舒適又不會太軟 酒店對面有數不完的美食 住的開心滿足

位置十分方便，對面有兩個商場，新裝落成，有智能座廁，叫**有机械人送外賣 Check in 時 再三推廣加入會員，連鎖式酒店送早餐及可以延遲3點退房 切勿加錢（差不多$20）早餐，早上7-10早餐時段，沒有太多選擇，9點已經被吃光，也沒有太多補給

就在東悦城附近，交通方便，對面就是大商場，又乾淨，真的把周邊酒店都看遍了，這裏真的是同等價位乾淨是頂的了，預算有限，對衞生又有要求的，這裏真的是首選。

酒店地理位置優越，就在開平最繁華熱鬧的東滙城對面。東滙城那邊也很多公寓式酒店，價格便宜很多，整體感覺不如這裏。前台服務小哥禮貌親切，給升級了房間。房間乾淨整潔沒有異味，性價比很高的酒店，下次來開平還住這裏。

酒店整體入住感受特別滿意，房間採光特別好，電視屏幕大，清晰度也高。房間很智能化，可以用小度來操作房間的電器，智能馬桶體驗感滿分，前台服務也特別棒！招待我吃前台的小零食，非常豐富，小姐姐小哥哥都很熱情，我非常滿意！

房間挺好的，就是如果花灑能調水速的話帶幾個小盆友就就更友好了！因為實在太猛了，不過大人沖涼確實爽！前台好多好多零食，小盆友可愛了！19年後再次來開平，體驗感太好了！城市便捷酒店出行是我的首選！
