The hotel is very good, the staff are wonderful, especially a maid named Andreia, she is very wonderful, everything is very clean, but the internet in the hotel is very bad and I my opinion the mattress to be old and a little smell mold in the room. the breakfast is excellent. I think it just needs some minor improvements to be the hotel is very good.

Old facilities. Parking lot small. A/c I. The lobby was off. They don’t provide device to support with the luggage’s. The windows are not noise cancel so you can hear all the noises from the traffic during the night. As they are located near to the fire fighters station, in emergencies you can her the sirens sounds from the ambulances.

The location is great,. The place is clean and the people were very nice. Breakfast wasn't very good. Not much of a selection. The cakes and bread were dry, tasteless. Only eggs for a salty choice, the rest were all sweets.

Good prices and above average rooms.

O hotel é bem agradável, de forma geral, mas pelo valor da diária eu esperava um pouco mais. O café da manhã é bom, porém não explora produtos mais regionais. As camas eram muito pequenas e uma delas estava um pouco inclinada, o que é bem desagradável. O estacionamento é amplo e gratuito. A localização é boa, dá pra fazer um monte de coisa a pé.

Foi muito boa a estadia, os atendentes muito educados, ambiente limpo, apenas a torneira do quarto era barulhenta. Mais o hotel é excelente.

Hotel com excelente localização, próximo a lojas de conveniência, shopping a poucos metros e de fácil acesso ao parque zoobotânico. Destaque para a camareira, meu filho adorou as montagens dela com toalhas.

Hotel extremamente confortável. Quartos amplos. Precisa apenas de um restaurante para atendimento noturno.

Limpeza, estrutura são boas. Hotel com condições mais antigas, porém da para ter uma hospedagem tranquila. Porém da pra ouvir barulho do corredor.
