Hotel was amazing as it was clean, well equipped and convenient. There are many food options nearby and services in the hotel is great! There are free shuttles to mid valley as well. The best thing about this hotel is their sound proofing whereby I couldn’t even tell there was a storm outside my room due to how quiet the room is!

If you are deciding to stay at Jln Permas area and looking for a decent room, Miyabi is the place. Fuss free, you can get a decent night's sleep without the expensive price. Room is of a decent size, comes with basic amenities like toothbrush and toothpaste, shampoo and body wash. Water is also hot and of decent pressure. Good for couples and families, there are rooms with 2 double beds. Reception speaks English, very friendly. There's a security guard outside the hotel, however I'm not too sure how safe it is to park your car overnight. We parked our car at the opposite R*** hotel.

Very comfortable, friendly receptionist. The room is very spacious and clean. They also provide room cleaning services. The location of the hotel is not very strategic. A bit far from interesting places and difficult to find places to eat. But overall very satisfactory. The price is also reasonable for 3 nights. Might come again.

Sehr sauber und komfortabel Aufenthalt. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer ist modern, sicher und kommt mit guten Einrichtungen. Ideal für alleinreisende.

Room was ok but a little bit tight. bed was comfy. hangers, toilet papers, complimentary drinks and cups were provided. there’s a stool, and apparently the tv have to connect both plugs to watch, which gave no room for us to charge our devices if needed because that’s the only plug point available. toilet was too spacious and got 2 bigger mirrors, at the back of the door and near the sink. towels, shampoo and body wash are provided. there’s an iron with an iron board at the ground floor, you can request at the front desk for them to bring them up.

Boutique hotel at Permas Jaya town, overall was good. Reasonable price still for business trip. Easy to find food

What really stood out was the friendly and helpful staff. From check-in to check-out, they made sure I felt welcome and taken care of. The location is also quite convenient – close to local eateries and just a short drive to key attractions. Highly recommend Hotel Yee if you’re looking for a budget-friendly yet comfortable stay. Will definitely return!

place is convenient, have a alot of restaurant. room is big and clean. The room i choose is cheap and without window. Is fine for me for business trip.
