This is probably 4th or 5th time staying at the club room. We like to stay here because the Service and cleanliness is good. The service at the club lounge is good as always. The only inconvenience we had this round was that our room was only ready at 6.30pm 😐.

Nothing is worth mentioning other than the service. The room was ok just for 1 night stay but the toilet meh, the room was quite dark too. We asked for high floor but got a lvl 2 instead. But service was still good for the reception very polite just a pity the room feels like a backpacking hotel.

Very comfortable, friendly receptionist. The room is very spacious and clean. They also provide room cleaning services. The location of the hotel is not very strategic. A bit far from interesting places and difficult to find places to eat. But overall very satisfactory. The price is also reasonable for 3 nights. Might come again.

Hotel room is clean but quite old. The sheets are clean but the pillowcase looks greyish because it’s worn out. The bed for the queen size one is so hard and uncomfortable that you can feel the hard spring inside the bed. Room is quite spacious and you can even dance there. There is a table and chair that you can sit and do your work. The toilet has hot water and toiletries. The toilet door is wooden and old but has a row of hooks on it, however your clothes will get wet cos the shower is there. Bottled water is provided on the table. There is hot and cold water dispenser outside the room. The hotel is highly secured because you need the card to go to any level, even when you want to go to the ground floor you need to tap your hotel room card.

Room is tad dusty, shower head was leaking and there's no fridge.
Having said that, it's in an excellent location! bed was clean and comfy. there's an included TV and wardrobe but that's about it for amenities.
Parking is aplenty infront of the hotel.
More imptly, the hotel felt safe.
For its price, it's well worth every penny.

I recently stayed at this hotel for the first time. Overall, it offers good value for the price, even though breakfast is not included. The front desk staff were polite and friendly, making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free.
However, there are a few drawbacks to consider. The room did not have a fridge, but there was a water cooler outside and a shared public fridge for guests to use. My biggest concern was the soundproofing—staying in a ground-level room, I could hear conversations, footsteps, and door slams from the hallways and adjacent rooms, which made it difficult to rest peacefully.
If you're looking for an affordable stay and don’t mind some noise, this hotel could still be a decent option.

Diese Hotelreinigung ist akzeptabel und besatzungsgemäß ist gut, mein Zimmer TV hat Probleme erhalten Programm, aber sehr schnell gepflegt nachdem ich Rückmeldungen zu widersetzen,schätze für schnelle Antwort. Aber der einzige Punkt ist, wenn ich checke in , Zimmerzuweisung für mich ist ohne Fenster, während meine Buchung ist Zimmer mit Fenstern, Ich brauche zusätzliche Top-up-Geld, um Zimmer mit Fenstern zu haben

GGastnutzerIf just want to sleep,it’s fine. Near to many eating places(cafes and restaurants) which is 1-2min walking distance. Have to bring own toiletries. Hand soap and towels provided though. Toilet door faulty, needs to exert force to open and close and loud noise when doing. No lift, have to climb up 3 floors but treat it as exercise. Overall, good if u want everybody to be in the same zone.
