Lage nahe des Stadtzentrums, umgeben von Baustellen. Ambiente daher nicht so schön. Frühstücksbüffet ist reichhaltig, das Personal freundlich und aufmerksam. Zum Zeitpunkt der Buchung war lediglich ein barrierefreies Zimmer verfügbar, daher waren Badezimmer und Raum großzügig ausgefallen. Die Matratze war steinhart, das Bett mit ca. 180 cm Länge für europäische Körpergrößen zu kurz. Das Fenster war in einem schmalen Nebengang zu finden. Das Hauptzimmer in 501 hat kein Fenster! Sehr beklemmend. Siehe Foto. Insgesamt waren zwei getrennte Klimaanlagen vorhanden, so konnte eine zugluftarme Belüftung erfolgen.

This is already our 3rd staycation away from Singapore, everything had been great ask usual. The staff are all very polite and accommodating.

Short vacation trips with family. The hotel needs to grab down to Pasar Karat The walking distance is about far. The place is quite quiet at night not much entertainment around the area. As for us we managed to grab down the nearest shopping mall. Hotel food is so-so.. There are few places that have good delicious foods.

The hotel was located in a rather quiet place of JB. Need to travel a distance around to get to the hotel. The room was a decent size and cosy. There are limited TV channels and foods in the breakfast which are areas which I think can improve on. The hotel also provides pick up from Holiday Inn Hotel near JB City Square (In pic 2) to their hotel at limited timing. Last but not least, the walls are thin (in pic 1), so if you are a light sleeper, this hotel is not the one for you. Overall for a non crowded hotel, the hotel is not bad for just a short period of stay.

There are only many flies inside my room and the pillow and mattress are not comfortable. But the room was clean and breakfast was good. Will consider staying again if I can get another room hopefully not flies 😄

Clean and comfortable beds. Toilets are quite clean and it is a good 1 night stay for my family. Breakfast service was prompt and the staffs are very friendly. It’s a value for money hotel that is pretty comfortable for the price you pay .

Pleasant stay overall. Me and my family enjoyed the cleanliness of the hotel. The lobby looks impressive for a 3* hotel. The room layout is well thought out to have separate room for children. The beds are understandably small (queen and single), but they are new and fresh. The rooms are also well sound proofed from one another. We had a good night sleep. Maybe the location is far away from noisy places that might be the main reason. Only problem we had was the shower knob was stuck permanently on rainshower, we had to ask for technician help in order to use hand shower. But they reacted very quickly so that's great. The breakfast offering was above average. The parking is a challenge. I didn't know need to drive a far distance from the hotel front entrance to get to the back for parking. Also extremely tight spaces, will be a problem for large cars like MPVs.

Overall, it was a great stay except the aircon and soundproofing can be improved. The carpark on the check-in day needs to drive around to the rear entrance. After that, there is no issue cause the carpark connects to the hotel room lift. Breakfast is basic and good enough if you are not too picky.

All great and got complimentary upgrading room. Delicious breakfast. But please provide iron each room due to price was not suitable if no iron provided. Thank you

Very suitable for families with young children. They have free shuttle at few places on scheduled timing, but more convenient to drive by car as its away from the city. Carpark is behind the front of the hotel but staff was very helpful to show us with map on how to get there in 2 minutes. Overall, the room is clean BUT there were 2-3 table tops which were sticky, we had to clean it ourselves, looks like sweet residue. There were also ants on the sink area & wall in 2 single-bedded bedroom. We are glad we had the privacy of 2 separate rooms, but we kept them opened. There is no view outside the window but we are okay with it. We still like it though as staff were very prompt, polite & helpful. We can feel the hospitality. There is a reasonable size gym with variety of equipment but no swimming pool. Maybe during checkout can remind us to let the counter tap our Touch & Go for complimentary parking, luckily there were many posters at the lobby to remind us to do so. Breakfast buffet was included, the spread is reasonable and the food was good considering its included in the room. Thumbs-up for the price which trip.com offer with my coins. Staff was welcoming, breakfast was good. There’s nothing nearby and hotel carpark was hard to find. Room size was ok and clean, except stained bedsheets.
