Top notch! Rooms were comfy and bed is comparable to high end hotels.. Breakfast was delicious! The spa has very reasonable prices and excellent service.. I wil surely book in this hotel again when I got back to Tacloban

The room was just enough for a couple. Nice view from the restaurant at the top.

WE LOVED the room that we paid 8,500 pesos for one night for. I mean that is a lot of money, BUT it was an incredible room. It had two floors! First time I've ever witnessed anything like that in a hotel. Perfect for a big group. Bad part? neither Air Con was working. Sweated our butts off that night, in style for sure, but sweating all night none the less.

Everything is way above I expected. I would say best I stayed in Tacloban, facilities wise. Rooms are generously spaced, restaurant serves good food, even the breakfast hub. Staff are polite and understand hospitality. However I have to comment on the sheets/ towels. They don't smell fresh, even if it is clean. As I would love to return to the hotel for sure, I think it is important that this is looked at by the management - esp if laundry is an outside service.

The hotel is clean and has a big rooms,amenities is quite good. Just keep up the good work🥰

Customer service was slow, but polite. Water supply in room toilet not so stable

We enjoyed our stay as always but we would like to complain about one worker who was asked to check on our refrigerator ..he said came in our room 303 and spoke no words ..just look at me and my Wife as if we looked crazy..even as we offered thanks for help he just walked out..my Wife and I could not help but feel low because of his look and treatment. We did not see his name but we will remember he wears glasses .. Thanks .. Thomas Ward

Good Food. Comfortable place and accessible since it is near the city proper

It was good because this hotel has a really nice cfe and a really nice restaurant with awesome food. Their bfast is also very delicious and generous servings

The amenities was super nice.

Everything was great except the pool closed early and the wifi was that slow we didn’t bother using it
