Good location and 24hrs front desk reception for late night check in. Fast check out services. Room to room poor noise control. Able to hear next door baby crying.

Very nice sea view from the room, bath tub water flow abit slow and not hot, night time was a go walk along the seaside. Hotel built up was like a cruise. Nearby got KTV. Will consider revisit again in the future.

An average hotel with decent space. Connected to a duty free mall. You can find local foods within 5 minutes walk from the hotel.

Nice view overlooking the sea, decent breakfast. But not so good sleep due to noise from music from the clubs around the hotel.

The hotel looks quite old but still okay. The room smells of smoke even the room for non smoking room. Breakfast quality not so good. Lots of food didn’t get refilled and have to wait for it, for example the coffee, the fried egg, the noodles etc. and can see the cleanliness not there.

This hotel is 4 star very near to s’pore city & the hotels surrornded with many restaurants & club & pubs Osm . Dont miss out to Go to NZ Spa which is located at facility flr level 7 . Its sauna , body Massage & jacussi is super good open till morning from evening to 5 am the rate fir this spa is reasonable rate & can pay via cash or online payment . The Front desk officer is very friendly too . I really enjoy staying in this hotel but only think the swimming pool area now is closed due to Maintenance work . The Gym & NZ spa facilities is a available . Great trip & i really enjoy staying here & spend my weekends .

Memorable trip with my friends A very good location near CIQ But a bit jam. The Duty-free shop is just below the hotel. Starbucks beside the lobby. Breakfast is normal

Great facilities and location for those who wants to drink and party. However, the room looks abit run down but for location wise, no complaints

Nice view but at the time we came the pool was not available and no alternatives to do swimming on that day. Looks like Bedsheet wasn't new to use

Check in was quick and easy. Had a deposit of RM 100.00 paid and the Front Desk explained the details. Room was very spacious indeed, clean and neatly arranged. The interior is dated but no doubt everything works fine for a night stay. Traffic going out of the vicinity can be a challenge as there is a ferry terminal next to the hotel, and an immigration check is required on all vehicles leaving the area. It took about 15-20 minutes as only 1 officer was on duty. Nonetheless, I would say it is worth the price!
