The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was big, clean, and had a nice view. Great location. Nice rooftop pool. The room service took almost an hour to come, and the chicken chop was cold and undercooked... Otherwise, we would have given 5 stars.

Room aircon is fantastic. Nice and cold. Shower heater is awesome too👍 I requested via this app, that it is our anniversary and it is fulfilled👍

Location good. But sometimes too packed. Check in and check out can be more seamless or convenient. 1 counter staff attending to both check in & check out at 10am on Sat morning.

Impeccable service with Ms Sangeeta. Even though mine was a trip.com booking, the entire hotel crew did not discriminate. They was able to accommodate our room & last minute breakfast requests. Ms Sangeetha has the most genuine smile and we could feel warm service from the heart. We felt secure staying at this hotel and the lobby had enough seats to accommodate guests at various times. Our stay was good. Hotel location great. Next to two shopping malls. There were many food options such as Mac, kfc, subway, oriental kopi etc.

I had a 5-night stay at this hotel, and for the most part, everything was great. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the overall service from check-in to housekeeping was consistent and professional. However, I found the breakfast selection quite limited, especially when compared to nearby hotels. A wider variety would certainly improve the overall guest experience. Unfortunately, on my final night, there was a leakage issue in my room. I was exhausted and looking forward to rest, but had to pack up and move to another room late at night. While the staff did assist with the room change, the inconvenience left a disappointing end to an otherwise good stay. I hope the hotel can improve on breakfast variety and conduct regular room maintenance checks to prevent such issues. With those improvements, it has great potential for a much better guest experience.

amazing location, located right next to the checkpoint. the only downside is the lift situation; you need to take the lift to the 8th floor (where the lobby is located) before switching to another of three lifts to get to the room. almost always a long wait. soundproofing of the room can be improved as well, but beyond that, a great and convenient stay!

The AC in the room was terrible. After many calls to the front desk. We finally got through and informed them of the heat in the room. Was told someone will come to check. After waiting an hour, I fell asleep in the heat. Middle of the night it was still hot. By the morning the aircon had finally gotten cold. What a horrible night we had. The towels at this hotel are also subpar for a holiday inn. Breakfast and service was good. Location is good too. Free car parking.

This is our 7th or 8th time staying in Holiday Inn, always our top choice. Location is the best we can find and room is spacious and well maintained. Highly recommend for sure!

My room was daving sea of Singapore . Service @ the counter was good . Room was clean . Location very good , it was in-between City Square & Komtar Bfast was good too Will be back again

We booked King Bed Suite Sofa Bed, but found the sofa bed quite uncomfortable. The spring of the sofa bed is noisy and the mattress is thin. Unfortunately, toilet rolls were not replaced during housekeeping. Other than these, the bathtub is large and nice. Location and view are excellent.

Good location conveniently links to train station and 2 malls. Easy to grab from hotel lobby as well.

Lovely hotel with excellent and friendly staff. Room is spacious and comfortable. Fantastic location provides easy access to dinning, shopping and entertainment.

I’ve been staying at this hotel whenever I visit Johor! No complains.
