Love the location..Hotel room is big..i had a great stay and will definately come back..

Check in was slow as they had to take deposit and do paperwork. Crowded during peak hours, no space to wait for cars. Do Bear in mind there is no 14 or 4 24 so it's 13a 3a 23a. We pressed the wrong floor 13 instead of 13A as we didn't know there is a 13A button. Wifi wasn't working and technician had to come and help reset system. No pool towels, have to bring your own.

Smooth check in. No hassle. Suite room with 3 bedrooms, one king size bed, 2 twin beds and a queen size bed, 2 toilets. Balcony access. Nice cosy place. Not a smart TV. Location good. Walk around city square, komtar, near to CIQ. Opposite convienient food place. Toilet was clean. Only some towels, there are stains. But you could request it to change. Bed pillow is comfy. Overall, good!

Our 2 bedroom suites were nicely maintained. Process for check in & check out were very fast. Nicely & polite staff all around.

酒店的窗口看出去挺爽的，陽台開闊，我們是三個卧室，一個大客廳，太適合四五位朋友一起出行了。

主要周邊都是仇華的馬來人，對華人不友好，對面還有24小時露天卡拉OK，非常吵

The staff that attended to us was great. She was very helpful and understanding . The room is clean and well maintained. The view from the hotel was also great. Spacious room for group of friends.

衞生堪憂，床也不舒服，最關鍵的是酒店的服務太差，入住當日遇到整個29樓房間內半夜停電，本人洗澡洗到一半，攜程客服及本人撥打酒店前台電話求助始終沒人接聽，結果衹能摸黑換衣服下樓，整個過程至少30分鐘以上，酒店至今連一句抱歉都沒有！馬來西亞對中國免簽，是希望促進兩國旅遊、經貿往來，登記入住時酒店前這位女士很歧視華人，太噁心了！差評、差評、差評

Room had a musky smell upon going in. Cleanliness was ok but we have ants on the kitchen cabinet, toilet and on the bed. Swimming pool area is badly lit as the kids swim area is very dark. Only managed to swim at night upon kids request since we were out mostly during the day. But staffs are friendly and love their service. Location wise is good as it’s nearby all the awesome food eateries and opposite is the Lepak Corner which opens 24/7.

This is the best hotel cause of the location is very convience.
