R&F Princess Cove View Residences by WSD

Happy to have booked here — no regrets! The scenery, location, and surroundings are interesting, and the apartment is new and looks luxurious. It was a good experience with a smooth check-in process. The host was responsive and helpful when I had questions, which made everything easy, even though I was initially a bit worried. We plan to come back again — it’s superb, especially for families!

We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights at this apartment with my family, and overall, it was a very pleasant and comfortable experience. The staff members were polite, efficient, and helpful throughout our stay — from the smooth check-in process to assisting us with extra amenities and even helping us figure out how to operate the TV. Every request was handled promptly, and we really appreciated their friendly attitude and professionalism. The check-out process was equally fast and hassle-free, which made our departure just as pleasant as our arrival. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable environment for our short family getaway. If I were to suggest a small improvement, it would be to include a floor mat for the bathroom, as that would make things a bit more convenient. For our next visit, I might consider booking a unit with an additional toilet, especially for larger families, as that would make the stay even more comfortable. Another point I’d like to mention is that the stool at the dressing table in the master bedroom could not be moved, and I’m not sure why. Because of this, my mom and I had to sit on the bed whenever we wanted to use the mirror, which was slightly inconvenient. It would be much more comfortable if the stool were removable or adjustable for guests’ use. All in all, it was a lovely stay — great service, good facilities, and a relaxing experience for the whole family. I would definitely consider coming back again.

Had a pleasant stay at this place with my friends. The location is near to customs and it’s quite convenient. It also has 2 convenience stores downstairs and some shops opposite to get necessities if you require any last minute. Owner is nice and friendly. Very helpful and also delivered extra toilet rolls when we ran out of them. Thank you for the pleasant stay and service!

1- was expecting we got the princess cove tower "A" but instead is seine region. 2- request for early check in at 2pm, but we got to pay additional. so we didnt proceed. 3- when checked in, washing machine plug was spoilt, bidet was loose and leak, TV no sound. 4- request for change of room but was ignored, worker came to fix the issue, took about 1 1/2 hr to settle. need to off and on TV then have sound. 5- sofa was dirty. 6- stayed for 4 days 3 nights, only given 1 plastic rubbish, no broom, no laundry soap. 7- windows dont have safety lock, so please becareful especially if have kids.

Nice and clean condo. Can walk to R & F mall through the link bridge. A lot of facilities. TV has no live channels though.
