First time here with family and overall is good. This accommodation 1st time we have that thing in the toilet.

Location was abit out of place. Room is abit old and not the cleanest if i may say. Pool with slides is a plus but unfortunately not as clean as we would expect. Service staff were friendly and accommodating though which was great.

So clean. Big and spacious room. The hotel is opposite of Pantai Lido Danga Bay (Have BeleTime Mall if im not mistaken) The swimming pool so nice. Have 2 slides that suits children/toddlers. Also have normal height of pool and kids pool. No need swimming suit. Just wear what suit for swim. Breakfast just so so but its okay. Basement Parking is free (take a ticket and validate when you want to go out). Bell boy is helpful & all staf are so friendly & function. Love this hotel. But if youre so so so Malay, you will not comfortable with their no hand bidet toilet concept. Hehe.

Its beyond expectation that the room is so nice and clean. All new innovation. We enjoy and chill for the rest of our stay.

Basically , the hotel is quite old with limited amenities. The cloth wardrobe is quite smelly along with the kitchen cabinets. Housekeeping should leave them open or spray to remove the odour smells. The CAFE is nice with its Choice of dishes and the prices are reasonable. It has a pleasant environment. Good.

The room was big and the swimming pool was nice. The kids had so much fun. The breakfast at Melor Restaurant is delicious 👌

The location is great. The room was good enough. The pool is okay but has concern on the safety of the customer since no life guard was available especially on using the slide. The slide is very high but no life guard is monitoring the users. Overall is good.

Super satisfied with the hotel. Breakfast not many options but gosh the currypuffs were so good.. Big pool and slide.. Kids will love it here

The hotel's location was ideal as it is only less than 15 minutes away from the Customs and is conveniently located directly opposite Beletime Mall, making ordering and getting food convenient. The price of the hotel is reasonable as it includes breakfast. The room was spacious and well-equipped, the bathroom was clean and huge, the mirrors had lights and the toilet bowl had an automated washing and drying function. The downside of the room was the WIFI as you will have to constantly log in after a very short period of inactivity, the connection wasn't the strongest although the room had a Samsung smart TV. However, the price, location and room size are reasons for me to stay at Avenue M again. Would recommend.

I love the hotel very clean, the staff are all nice . Simple breakfast. . Night is very noisy because of the highway. I took a grab to the Beletime mall even just opposite as I'm too lazy to walk for an overhead bridge just a walking distance. But the mall is nothing much so just go for lunch. I will come back as I like the room very specious and affordable.

Poorly maintained room, with hygiene problems were a serious breach of cleanliness standards. Issues such as bird droppings and multiple strands of hair were found at the balcony area, dusty fan blades right above the bed, and white particles found below the bed. Blatant disregard to Housekeeping, causing us to check out early from the room. Upon contacting Trip.com support team, we were informed that the hotel management had rejected our appeal for a refund as they did not receive any complaint to reception and left hotel without telling them. Such Housekeeping issues should have been identified and addressed well before our arrival and not during our stay, causing disruption to our trip.

Evem though the hotel is quite old but everything's great from check in to check out. Breakfast was not so good tho.

The room was very big and spacious and was good for big family with young, active kids. The bathroom was decent with good toilet (with many functions like seat warmer and bidet). The pool was big and has fun slides that keep children entertained. The location was also decent. The buffet breakfast was ok with some local food choices. The downside is the the room bathroom had many cockroaches (we saw 4 live ones and 2 dead ones). There was a bad smell in the bathroom also. It could have been because the room was on the first floor, I specially requested for high floor but it was not provided. The facilities are old and the hotel in general had alot of old infrastructure that desperately needed maintenance including the lobby, pool and rooms. All in all, very average stay.

Me and family came for 1 night staycation and the hotel was fully booked. The house keepers were still cleaning our room when we arrived and apologized to us. Well it is understandable as the hotel was fully booked and they were working back to back. The rooms were big and very clean. With kitchen and fridge and bar table. The swimming pool has pool towels provided. The pools were not big but they have slides too! There is a shopping mall opposite the hotel with a bridge to cross the road in a walkable distance. We all love this hotel. This is definitely a place to come again!
