Love it for its spacious room size. Other than that, there are better hotels out there. The toilet floor was really slippery when wet, sink is higher than normal, making it hard for kids to reach.

The room is large and spacious, but there were several issues. The pillows were yellowed, the toilet had mold, and the carpet was dirty. The biggest disappointment was that the water was yellow.The water pressure from the showerhead was weak.so we couldn't shower that day. By the end of the day, no water was provided.When we approached the front desk, there was no response, and they only apologized after we mentioned the water issue upon checkout. The room Although the price was reasonable, I wouldn't risk staying here again with this kind of experience.

Overall its a good hotel.  Suggestion future there will be more good if the TV is a smart TV. Thank you.

Quite an old building and smoke at hall way. Reception is okay and helping. Noisy at night.

It’s okay for like a 1-2 nights stay. Spacious and just nice.

Quiet and ulu area. Spacious room with not so well maintained amenities and interior of the room. Toilet curtain is mouldy. There were ants and bugs found in the room and the sofa. The room curtain is old, stained and very dusty. Theres a huge ?cover boarded up space below the window which makes humming noises. The wifi is super slow. Reception lady Rizky is nice and helpful.

More like a boutique hotel to me than a hotel. The room is clean. Towels and bed sheets are replaced everyday by housekeeping. Basic amenities (e.g toothbrush/tooth paste) are available. You'll basically have to grab everywhere from this hotel but it isn't a very big issue for us as grab is very affordable and accessible in JB. The down side to this hotel, and like what many people have reviewed, is the sound proofing of the walls and rooms. The hotel rooms are only 2 storeys. Our room happened to face the multi-storey carpark and garage area where the rubbish truck came in the middle of the night to collect rubbish which was so loud that it disturbed our sleep that night. There's also clubs nearby and we were able to hear the clubbing sounds from our rooms at night. People opening and closing their doors, kids running in the hallways, can also be heard, but these noises comes and goes quickly so no big issue for us. We were only annoyed by the rubbish truck for one of the nights, the other night we slept through quite well. The bathroom shower area is also not separated (as seen from my pictures). The whole toilet gets wet after a shower. That's no biggy for me but my partner does not like it. The toilet also dries up quickly due to its ventilation. Overall, the stay is still rather pleasant.
