The hotel apartments are situated in a great location. Everything seemed to be going well until the first night. There was a lot of noose coming from the corridor and outside due to a construction site. When someone in another apartment unit was showering, I could hear the water running while in my room (early hours of the morning). Would assume that since guests stay there that the windows would be insulated against noise. The bedding wasn’t clean - felt sandy and extremely itchy. I had red marks on my arm after my stay which makes me wonder if there were bed bugs.

The stay was very comfortable and amazing!the staff was extremely professional and efficient and responded to requests and queries on time.

Our stay was very comfortable. The apartment was extremely clean and had all the amenities we required. The admin staff was extremely professional, helpful and friendly. I have since booked my next visit for the last week of Jan, and I can’t wait to stay with them again. Feels like home away from home!

Nice hotel. Clean and tidy. Very polite and friendly staff. Good facility in room and very spacious. Location was good for us. 7 minutes walk to bars and restaurants and shopping mall. Breakfast was good. They would get you something on request.

This was a stopover before we went on our family vacation.. We got an early new year gift and was upgraded to a room with a beautiful view of the city.. the room was pleasantly clean. Definitely worth the stay

First time stay and I was impressed, there was refurbishment of new reception but I didn't even notice. The reception, the cleaning ladies, the security guards at entrance boom gate and lastly the food, infant everything was superb.

Great hotel room and great service from the breakfast restaurant staff. Very clean hotel room with almost everything white except for the black easter egg items. The maintenance guy is also sharp and efficient. The only thing missing is a smart TV and full-service restaurant.
