Os funcionários são muito prestativos. O café da manhã é bem variado e muito completo, servido em um espaço bem amplo. A academia deixa a desejar, pois só tem duas esteiras, alteres e uma bicicleta, que estava quebrada.

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel while visiting family in João Pessoa. The location is great, right across the beach in Cabo Branco. Lots of great restaurants nearby. The breakfast options were amazing, but often they would run out of clean dishes and specially cutlery, and we would have to wait until they would bring some more. The staff was alway happy and helpful. We had to pay $15 reais for parking per day, which is fine. They would always bring our car for us and take it to the parking area when we arrived. We did not go to the pool. My biggest complain though was the bathroom. It looked so dirty . It was disgusting. Not we’ll keep at all. Unfortunately I don’t think I’d stay there again because the bathroom looked liked it had not been clean in a long time.

Hotel bem localizado, recepção e gerência muito atenciosos, bem limpo, acessível. Café da manhã com muita variedade, piscina com vista para a praia. Sempre dão dicas de passeio, experiência, organizam táxi, emprestam toalhas. Lembraram o aniversário do meu marido e ganhamos um bolinho. Um dos melhores hotéis que hospedei!

I regret to report that my recent stay at Nord Luxxor Tambau in Joao Pessoa was highly unsatisfactory, and I feel compelled to highlight the following issues: * Service Delays: Service was notably slow and inattentive from the start. * Corridor Odor: A strong and unpleasant vomit smell pervaded the third-floor corridor. * Inadequate Bathroom Supplies: The bathroom was stocked with low-quality, public restroom-style toilet paper. * Poor Bedding Condition: The bed sheets were not only musty but also old and nearly torn. * Room Cleanliness Concerns: Bedside lamps displayed disturbing black spots, questioning the overall cleanliness. * Ineffective Noise Insulation: The room offered little protection from external noise, including street sounds and noises from neighboring rooms. * Room Service Issues: Basic items like yogurt were forgotten in room service orders. * Language Barrier: The staff did not speak English, presenting significant communication barriers for non-Portuguese speakers. * Lack of Essential Amenities: Unavailability of international power sockets and standard toilet paper; guests were directed to a nearby pharmacy for basic needs. * Malfunctioning Blackout Curtain: The room's blackout curtain did not function properly, further detracting from the comfort of the stay. These cumulative issues not only fell far below my expectations for a purported 4 to 5-star hotel but also necessitated a change to another hotel, resulting in additional expenses and inconvenience. The lack of basic amenities and attention to guest comfort significantly impacted my overall experience at Nord Luxxor Tambau and my time in Joao Pessoa.

Não recomendo este hotel. Embora esteja em uma excelente localização, a estrutura deixa muito a desejar. Fiquei hospedada no quarto 317, tem um cheiro insuportável de mofo e um sério problema de umidade. Obrigatoriamente deve manter o ar-condicionado ligado no frio , porque se abrir as janelas para aliviar o cheiro de mofo, umedece tudo! Tenho problema de rinite e sofri muito com a questão de ar condicionado e cheiro de mofo! Para conseguir dormir com o ar condicionado frio, precisei pedir cobertores na recepção, pois o quarto fica muito frio e ainda tem uma saída de ar que vem da tubulação no teto e a cama fica bem embaixo; e para completar ainda é barulhento, incomodando o sono. Se desligar o ar, as roupas ficam todas úmidas , mesmo as limpas dentro dos armários. As roupas usadas na praia não secam, mesmo as deixando abertas para secar. Em qualquer hotel que já fiquei em praia , sempre deixei as roupas abertas e sempre secava tudo! Fiquei hospedada sete dias e voltei para São Paulo com todas as minhas roupas ainda molhadas que foram usadas no primeiro dia de praia. Funcionários da recepção não são nada cordiais, não explicam no check in o problema da umidade e sobre a obrigatoriedade de manter o ar condicionado ligado. Tive que ir falar sobre este problema e a recepcionista justificou que era porque o hotel fica de frente pra praia! Desculpe, mas já fiquei em muitos hotéis de frente para o mar e nunca passei por problemas de mofo e umidade. Também pedi a troca de quarto, o qual não fui atendida , porque a prioridade era de quem tinha a reserva e não de quem já estava tendo uma péssima estadia. O banheiro não tem exaustor e nem janela, fica com a parede toda minando água , o chuveiro sempre pingando, mesmo avisando a recepção sobre o problema, a manutenção veio olhar, falou que ia trocar a borracha e nada foi feito, o chuveiro ficou pingando todos os dias em que permaneci hospedada. Colocam uma etiqueta de economia de água, mas o próprio hotel não faz sua parte! Corredores molhados com risco de quedas, também fui avisar a recepção sobre esse problema! Logo no primeiro dia encontrei a toalha manchada ou suja, não dava para identificar e já a deixei no chão para recolherem. Café da manhã bom, mas nada excepcional também! Sinceramente, esse hotel está longe de ser 4 estrelas pois não atende requisitos de conforto. Já pontuei os problemas para a agência de viagem que me vendeu a hospedagem. Superou todas minhas expectativas, SUPER INDICO, atendimento ótimo desde recepção às pessoas da cozinha da limpeza todas prestativas. Quartos limpos com tudo que a gente precisa. Café da manhã delicioso (sim tem tudo isso no café igual a foto) o problema que a gente come de mais kkk. Parabéns a equipe do litoral expresse

Heute ist unser letzter Tag im Hotel. Zunächst möchte ich darauf hinweisen, dass die veröffentlichten Fotos nicht mit der Realität des Hotels übereinstimmen. Zum Zeitpunkt unserer Ankunft war der Beamte nicht einmal ein wenig freundlich. Das Hotel hat schmutzige, schlecht betreute Einrichtungen mit Schleifen. Wir wurden in einem schmutzigen Sandzimmer, verhärteten Gängen, schlechten Schleier, unbehagliches Bett Sofa empfangen. Der schlimmste Punkt des Zimmers war die Dusche. Das Wasser ist einfach nicht heiß. Wir haben uns an die Rezeption angerufen und wir haben angekündigt, dass wir die Dusche anschließen und das heiße Wasser warten sollten, das so funktionierte, aber wir konnten nicht ein warmes Bad, nur sehr braun. Das Bettwäsche ist nicht ausgetauscht, die Kellnerin nimmt nur das Bett aus, wir sind sicher, denn die Bettwäsche hatte einen Schlag und wir merkten, dass es jeden Tag gleich war. Das Frühstück ist wenig variiert und es dauert zu lange, bis sich ein Ruhezustand erweist. Darüber hinaus ist das französische Brot nicht neu. Der positive Punkt des Hotels ist die Lage. Unser Endpunkt ist: Wir werden nicht zurück in dieses Hotel, weil wir keine günstige Erfahrung hatten.

Instead of being built towards the sea, the very large majority of rooms have a ”view” on the side, that is a view on a wall (and builders on one side). Either they had a larger plot of land and consequently sold it to make profit, or they didn't take in consideration that one day it would be built. We arrived on a Friday afternoon and could see and hear builders shouting 3 meters away from our window. Additionally, sheet was stained. Luckily, staff is helpful but... they can only do what the management allows to do. We got an other room - 2 floors away from our second room, on the ground floor, still with a view on a wall, but at least on the other side. As it happened, in that room sheet was holed, probably because it had been used for too long. Bed itself is good - one of the very few decent things, together with most employees who do their best - reception is open 24/7. Shower is not too bad, but door does not close properly and there are fungus. On the ground floor, customers go through the corridor passing in front of all bedrooms to reach the elevator: the first night, we heard coming and going until 4 a.m. and we could even hear peeing or a tiny object falling on the floor above us. There is no noise-insulation at all. Swimming pool on the roof has a great view, but is maximum 1 meter deep and during the day, you bath under the eyes of the builders. As already said, staff do their best, but the hotel is so badly conceived - not even speaking of the permanent noise on weekdays, from 7 or 8 until 5 or 6 -that it is not sufficient. Regional breakfast on the first morning - a Saturday as is probably the case for most visitors - was very good, with decent options (not the largest buffet, but corresponding to the hotel size). On Sunday, it was not that good anymore as we started to receive cheese bread (paô de queijo) and other stuff like sweet bread which was (at least) 2 or 3 days old. To the contrary, you may order eggs or tapioca pancakes prepared on demand. Wi-fi is free, but network is overloaded and connection hardly reaches the 2nd floor. On the first night, I realized the bulb from the bedside lamp was burnt. I asked the reception, but they told me they had none at the reception, but would be fixed on the next morning. In the evening, it still did not work... until I realized there was a short-circuit... and could consequently only remove the plug and ”do without” night lamp - I had to read or watch television with the powerful, blank ceiling lamp (not very comfortable for my partner wishing to sleep earlier than me. Last but not least, Cabo Branco beach is quite extensive: this hotel is located (almost) at the very end, which means that you will walk about 2 km minimum to get to the beginning of the numerous restaurants available in Tambau and the closest/other end of Cabo Branco. All in all, this is a very poor value for money - and it should not get more than 2 stars. Feeling sorry for the staff: I think this is the first time I eve
