O Hotel Caiçara em João Pessoa tem uma recepção bonita , elegante, seus funcionários educados, em especial o Ramon. Na própria recepção tem sempre à disposição, um café/chá fresquinho. O café da manhã farto, sortido com comida traddicional de um café da manhã, além de comidinhas tipícas que agradam bastante. Um ponto negativo é a limpeza do quarto: o banheiro com limo dentro do box,as toalhas de banho pequenas e finas (talvez por desgaste pelo uso). o que deixei cair no chão (uma tampinha de alumínio que selava um potinho de creme), ficou no chão por 5 (CINCO) dias, ou seja, ninguém varreu o banheiro. No mais , tudo bem.

Die Hotelstruktur ist gut, aber der Mangel an Reinigung und Hygiene in den Zimmern, Korridoren und anderen Bereichen des Hotels hat eine einfache Nacht zu einer schlechten Erfahrung gemacht, ohne die vielen Flügel im Restaurant zu zählen. Für einen weniger anspruchsvollen Gast mit Reinigung kann man sogar den Tageswert kompensieren. Ich denke jedoch, dass es besser ist, nur einen etwas größeren Tag in einem Hotel/Hotel in der Nähe des Strandes und der wichtigsten Attraktionen von João Pessoa zu zahlen, mit einem umgebenden Umfeld in der Nähe von Lanchones, Bars, Restaurants, Apotheken und in deren Abhängigkeiten sauber.

I would like to start this review by stating that my wife and I loved Joao Pessoa - this hotel only does a diservice to the beautiful city in which it is located, by mistreating their guests and making them feel like they were ripped off, but the city and the beach itself are wonderful places to visit. We arrived to the resort, with reservations paid for online, only to be told at the front desk that we would have to pay 10% more because -they said- my wife made the reservation ”under the senior discount” and we are not senior citizens. My wife assured me that when she made the reservation using the English version of their online web site there was no such reference that the offered rate was for senior citizens. We didn't make a fuss out of this and simply paid (because we could) but right off the shoe, the magic was gone and the front desk people (none who can speak any decent English at all) were in my opinion shady and unprofessional, not a pleasant experience. That same day upon check-in we grabbed our dirty laundry, placed it in a bag, and proceeded to bring it downstairs to the main lobby to be washed, but the front desk person stated that they had no staff to take on these laundry orders (??!!!) and the order would not be ready until a day after we would have checked out. This is not 4-star service (not even 3-star service, mind you). We then decided to take a quick drive around the beautiful town of Joao Pessoa and, upon our return to the hotel later that day, we were met with a jammed-packed, chaotic parking lot scene where there was nowhere to park, even though we had specifically asked (before making our reservations) whether the hotel would guarantee a secure area to park our rental SUV. We had to wait some 10-15 minutes until another staff member came to the parking lot to move a vehicle so that we could park ours - again, not 4-star service, not even close. Back to our room on the top floor, we immediately noticed the air conditioning was not working properly - it was not cooling down to at least 24C and we knew this because we always bring a thermomether on every trip we do) and as much as we'd wanted to get the comfort temperature in the room that we paid for, at full fare, by then we were so disgusted with the staff and their very poor service that we decided to wing it - we were only planning a two-day stay at this resort anyway and we just didn't have any faith in the support that we would get from the hotel staff in the event we'd place a complaint about the faulty room AC unit. Again, not a 4-star experience. The next morning we went downstairs at barely after 9am and asked for two beach chairs and a beach umbrella only to be informed that they were out of beach umbrellas, which in itself makes it impossible to enjoy the beach under the scorching hot temperatures of 100F+ during carnival season. We went to the hotel next door and a very nice guy rented a very large umbrella and two beach chairs, $3 USD out of pocket. B

Primeira vez que tenho uma experiencia tao ruim em um hotel. Chegamos e já soubemos que não tinha ferro de passar roupa, subimos para o quarto lençol sujo de sangue e molhado. Fomos tomar banho água gelada, reclamamos principalmente da água, porque o mínimo que se pode oferecer é uma água quente. Avisaram que iam arrumar, olhamos outro quarto água gelada tbem. Entao o funcionário disse que em uma hora estaria ok a água, porém no outro dia de manhã nada ainda, água gelada novamente. A noite quando chegamos da praia água gelada novamente, falamos com a gerente pedimos uma solução e ela não conseguiu dar nenhuma solução e ainda disse que a água estava morna, chamamos outras pessoas para provar da água e todas concordaram que água estava gelada. Tivemos até que chamar policial para registrar b.o. E eles tbem afirmaram q a água estava fria. Queríamos o check out para irmos para outro lugar e a devolução do dinheiro das próximas diárias que não usaríamos, mas a gerente Patrícia disse que não tinha como devolver sendo que nosso pagamento foi feito no pix dois meses antes da estadia. Conclusão: 5 dias tomando banho na água gelada. E café da manhã que até pão de forma 7:30 não tinha mais.

Hotel mit guter Lage; Freizeitbereich mit Bar und ein fantastisches Pool mit unendlichen Rand, super komplett Frühstück, ausgezeichnet. Herzliche Beamte und Parkservice mit Manobrist. Wir wurden im vierten Stock gestellt, wir lehnen das Zimmer ab, weil der Mophor-Geschmack schon im Korridor untragbar ist, dann wurden wir in den zweiten Stock mit dem gleichen Problem, da gingen wir in den fünften Stock, der jünger ist und wir hatten keine Probleme. Der Antrag auf einen Austausch des Zimmers wurde ohne Zweifel und mit guter Unterstützung des Personals gestellt.

Hotel bem localizado, próximo da praia e quiosques, restaurantes da orla. De noite, muitos moradores em situação de rua nas imediações; porém, eu caminhei pela área e não fui importunado. Instalações simples, café da manhã básico, ar gela bem, quarto confortável.
