Die Service-Haltung ist sehr gut, die Damen sind enthusiastisch, akribisch und nachdenklich. Der "Kleine Bär" an der Rezeption half auch bei der Aufwertung des Zimmers. Das Zimmer ist geräumig, mit guter Beleuchtung und einer guten Aussicht. Sauber, hygienisch und ordentlich. Auch das Frühstück ist sehr lecker, frisch und lecker und abwechslungsreich.

Ein etabliertes Fünf-Sterne-Hotel mit großen Zimmern. Am Nachmittag unserer Ankunft war der vorherige Nukleinsäuretestbericht gerade mal 48 Stunden vorbei und er war nicht verfügbar. Das Hotel arrangierte sorgfältig einen kostenlosen Nukleinsäuretest in einem nahe gelegenen Ganzjahreshotel. Die Einrichtung des Drehrestaurants im 49. Stock ist schon etwas alt, aber der Service ist sehr rücksichtsvoll!

Wonderful experience staying here. The staff's very friendly, especially Luna, Abby, Julie and all of them. Room is very clean. Facilities are great! Would recommend staying here if you are coming to Jinan.

Pretty good hotel. Temperature very comfy at everywhere. I didn’t check the breakfast. Meria gave me a Chinese new year gift for my door. Very nice people. Recommended.

Very nice hotel and very friendly staff. Rooms are very good and the view from the 49th floor revolving restaurant while having a tasty breakfast is a one more very good reason to stay there.

Very nice stay, the front desk staff was very helpful and assisted us with every need. Thanks to Marie and her colleagues. We got here after hiking to mount Tai'an and was the best choice to recover.

The hotel had no or faulty air-conditioning, making the stay uncomfortable. However, the Counter staff, including the Manager, were very friendly and had rendered helps to provide us with portable air-conditioner unit and fan.

The staff at the door and in the lobby were fantastic. They upgraded our room. big, comfortable. breakfast in the revolving restaurant on the top floor was great. parking in the basement was a bit tricky tho.

The two managers Isabel and Maria were hospitable, attentive, and considerate. While it’s no longer a Sofitel Hotel, the rooms are comfortable, clean, and breakfast options are varied.

It was a great stay in an excellent location. Good selection of restaurants in the area.

This hotel is amazing..very clean and all staff are kind and very friendly. Also food are really good and delicious. Especially it is 5 stars but price is best of best. Highly recommended.
