Ein Hotel, das ich ernsthaft teile🏨! 🍎Ursprünglich hatte ich vor, eine Nacht zu bleiben und dann abzureisen, aber am nächsten Morgen wollte ich nicht gehen. Dies ist kein Hotel, dies ist ein warmes Zuhause! 🍓Ich war in diesen Tagen sehr müde, nachdem ich zum Nationalfeiertag gereist war. Ich habe nur in der einen Nacht, die ich hier verbracht habe, am besten geschlafen. Hinter dem Haus befindet sich ein Weg. Sie können am frühen Morgen wandern und direkt zur Unterhaltung gehen Platz. Dieses Mal habe ich zwei Seilbahnen genommen🚡! Einfach ein erholsamer Urlaub! Sehr angenehm! 🍅Das Frühstück ist sauber und hygienisch und der Chef ist immer für jeden Gast da, genau wie ein Freund! 🍊Gehen Sie in Zukunft zum Vanke Songhua Lake Scenic Area! Dieses Hotel ist die erste Wahl🏨 Wandriss-Empfehlung, sehr zu empfehlen! Ich werde es nicht bereuen! [Zähne entblößen]

Appreciate the staff's hospitality and friendliness. Even though I can understand very little Chinese, they are all willing to give me the best service using translation app. They helped me deal with all the hassles very well. I'm very much impressed! Most of the services can be reserved via Wechat with a prompt response. The airport pick up service is superb, like a VIP. The driver waited for me at the meeting point with the well-recognized sign of my name. I only reserve for regular car at 280 Yuan The room is great, spacious for two people, heated floor, comfortable beds. They offer many services, such as free zen massage, body measurements. However, I went for skiing and explore the slope, so I didn't use many facilities in the hotel.

I spent 8 days at Vanke Songhua Lake New Story Suites. Usually it was planned for five days only but I extended my stay two times. This place is just awesome 👏🏼🤩 It is warm (floor heating), tidy and very clean. I’m allergic to cigarette smell so they arranged a non smoking room for me I was very happy with. …nice skiing for families, beginners and the faster, more brave ones and the hotel staff is just lovely. They are always nice and kind, help wherever they can ( even without much English or in my case with none existing to rudimentary Chinese 🤣) The Hotel is only 800 m from the slope but they offer a shuttle service (very convenient) during skiing times. I used it in the morning but enjoyed my walk “home” after snowboarding. Ski and snowboard rental plus gear is available in the basement. I booked a coach for every day in the morning for 3h and must say he was best of the best!!! I had no clue about snowboarding but he had the ability to teach me step by step 👉🏼 we both had to use translation apps 🤣✌🏼. After you finish at the slope there is always someone in the kitchen (breakfast place) who is happy to make a bowl of rice noodles or dumplings for you. ❤️🥰. And the flowers inside the hotel are real!!! No fake plastic but real flowers 🌸 huge thanks to the kitchen staff too, they work hard and the breakfast buffet ALWAYS looks clean. I will definitely come back and bring friends! 你们太可爱了❤️

More then I expected: It's a hotel+serviced apartments, very clean and spacious rooms , staff is very nice, sweet and helpful, breakfast is with western+Chinese stuff, better then I expected , almost 30 min far from jilin high speed railway station, 1.30 hours car drive from chang chun airport, 600 metres far from ski area, Basement have ski equipment to rent out, have small convince store, also have small good enough gym also, truly better then I expected 超出我的预期： 这是一间酒店+服务式公寓，房间非常干净宽敞，工作人员非常友好、亲切且乐于助人，早餐有西式和中式，比我预期的要好，距离吉林高铁站约 30 分钟路程，距离长春机场 1.30 小时车程，距离滑雪场 600 米， 地下室有滑雪设备可供出租，有小型便利店，还有小型且不错的健身房，确实比我预期的要好

Great service by front desk and by ski rental manager 胜哥。vehicles ( tesla) to shuffle us to ski area are very recognisable and comfortable. Spacious room with good heating facilities, keeping the space warm.

Excellent breakfast selection, better than Harbin's Hampton.

I read extensive reviews before I booked this hotel a few months ago, and my experience staying 3 nights here did support those excellent reviews. The services were superior and the staff very friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was good and packed with sufficient proteins and nutrients to prepare for a full half day skiing. You can rent ski equipments ( even clothing) right at the basement conveniently after you are done eating. Ski passes and ski classes can be purchased right there, with the channel discount prices, so you avoid the hassle of doing these things at the Ski Service Center. There is a Tesla Model Y always ready to take you from hotel basement to the ski slopes (the ski-in and ski-out access was closed during my stay there but in most cases you could do it) and take you back to hotel whenever you call them a few minutes ahead of time). The hotel itself is located within walking distance to the ski lifts, so even without the transportation assistance, it is manageable by putting on ski boots and just walk back and forth with your skis. The room I booked has a bedroom with 2 twin beds and a living room with TV and dining table and a kitchen sink and stove ( but no utensils yet so don’t expect to cook meals there). Bottle waters and snacks were replenished daily for free. Besides its own dinning facilities and a small grocery store on the basement, there are plenty of options to eat and shop on the Main Street just down the road from the hotel. Overall, the New Story is a happy story and I look forward to returning in a year or two. (My advice for those who can afford flexible schedules, try to come here in slow season like now outside the Xmas and Chinese New Year windows, the snow is still quite good yet the crowds are not existent and you can get really good deals in staying, though the lift ticket is still not cheap, 430 RMB a or some $60-65 a day. Much more in busy season).

老闆人特別隨和，“新故事”在吉林市風景區在這個價位來説是天花板級別的，我強烈建議家庭出遊，時間寬裕的家人們預訂這家。 酒店一樓有小孩玩耍的地方，大廳也很寬敞，地下有健身房，自主超市和餐廳。 一樓院子裏可以自主燒烤，跟帥氣老闆説一聲安排妥當。 肉什麼的可以自帶，也可以上附近商家購買。 附近的景區夠玩兩三天的了。 唯一的遺憾是時間太短，以後有時間我還要去一次。

訂的是親子房，孩子們很喜歡，雖然滑梯對於7歲的孩子有點小，但不影響孩子的熱情。卧室兩張單人床，客廳一張單人床，一個沙發，還有陽台。 早餐可以，米線出彩，品種不算少，衹是客人過多，早高峯有些擁擠。 酒店服務一流，説房間冷就給拿來一床被，加了兩個電暖氣，態度沒得挑。 負一樓有健身房，超市，遊戲機。 老闆準備了兩台特斯拉來回萬科松花湖景區客服中心，一台粉色噴漆了草莓熊，全景天窗；另一台是白色噴漆了冰雪奇緣，這台白色帶大翅膀，特別拉風，孩子格外喜歡。特斯拉隨叫隨到，特別方便。 總之，體驗感很好。 下次還來。

酒店位置優越，就在山腳下，出門就是小區小童樂園。樓的外立面有明顯的標識，自駕方便，可以免費停在地庫，車庫入口在著名的青山食堂旁邊。地庫直達酒店地下一層自助超市，東西多可以借用酒店的購物車。一個樓層房型很多，但雙床一層好像衹有一間。我定的是兩個雙床，到店是一個雙床一個大床，為了在一層就沒再調換。房間北歐風格，簡約大氣，鄰山卻一點不潮，不冷。全屋小米，有加濕器，廁所有一次性馬桶墊。有電磁爐，衹要有個金屬容器甚至錫紙碗都可以加熱食物。前台小姐姐服務熱情，幫上碳，點碳，晚上下雨滯和孩子留在商業街還派車來接，鷗式開門特斯拉，很帥。老闆早飯餐廳裏親子忙活，有現磨咖啡機，有製冰機！美式冰咖腦袋的救星！總之推薦，天在暖和一點還會再去。

離滑雪場超近的一家民宿，你值得擁有 其實步行距離也還好，但是店家捨不得讓你走一步，專門安排特斯拉Model X給你送到滑雪場。 房間都是小套房，很安靜，玩了一整天回來又累又困，老闆還專門給你送排酸按摩給你放鬆。 如果自己沒有帶裝備，負一樓的裝備該有的都有，你租就好了呀 早餐也豐富，從蛋白質到碳水，該有的咱都有哈 來吉林滑雪的寶子們，住他家，感覺就是回了家。

第二次入住了，但是相同的房型上一次住的有空調，這一次的屋子沒有，地熱也不如上一次的好，房間裏的地毯還有一些臟的東西，希望下次保潔可以用吸塵器清掃一下地毯。衞生間裏的地上有上一位住客的頭髮，沒有打掃乾淨。這一次入住發現電梯中的油煙味很重，尤其到了-1樓之後走進餐廳有很大的油煙味。

房間住着還算舒服，客廳地毯有點臟了，不忍直視；地暖不是很暖和，降温了晚上有點冷；在外科度假區裏面，離雪場有點距離，每次到B1車接車送，還算方便；B1可以租滑雪裝備；比較方便； 老闆跟滑雪教練、冰釣老闆都有合作，冰釣半小時體驗贈送是個偽概念，到了以後肯定都是要買釣魚+午餐套餐的，介意的可以不去；不過蠻好玩的
