Ich habe gesehen, dass es sich um ein 2023 neu eröffnetes Hotel der Marke Hilton handelt und der Preis sehr gut war, also habe ich dieses Hotel gebucht, als ich mit meiner Freundin nach Jiaxing kam. In Jiaxing gibt es keine U-Bahn und die Fahrt dauert etwa 20 Minuten Ein Taxi vom Bahnhof Jiaxing zum Hotel ist nicht teuer und befindet sich direkt vor der Tür des Wanda Plaza. Der Nachtmarkt ist sehr praktisch zum Einkaufen und Spazierengehen. Die Check-in-Anweisungen sind sehr elegant Der Check-in-Vorgang geht schnell. Unser Zimmer liegt in der 12. Etage und ist nach Osten ausgerichtet. Die Balkontür ist sehr schallisoliert Komplett, das Design ist sehr frisch und schlicht, aber ohne Qualitätsverlust. Die Smart-Home-TV-Bildschirmprojektion ist sehr einfach zu bedienen. Die Wassertemperatur im Badezimmer ist angenehm. Heizung und automatische Spülfunktionen, was erfrischend ist. Ich habe hier für mehr als 700 bis 800 Yuan übernachtet und das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist super Ich habe nur eine Nacht dort verbracht, also habe ich das Frühstück nicht für zwei Personen genutzt. Ich muss sagen, dass das Frühstück auch sehr reichhaltig und lecker war Für Mahlzeiten während Ihrer Reise ist es auch eine ausgezeichnete Wahl, hier zu sitzen und ruhig zu frühstücken. Wenn Sie das nächste Mal nach Jiaxing kommen, wird dieser Ort definitiv Ihre Priorität sein.

Ich bin mit meinem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Alle angesprochenen Probleme wurden zufriedenstellend gelöst, insbesondere die Damen, die am 1. Mai in der Abendschicht gearbeitet haben. Obwohl viele Leute frühstücken, kann das Hotel das Problem sofort lösen und ständig Gerichte hinzufügen, um jeden Geschmack zu befriedigen. Ich werde beim nächsten Besuch in Jiaxing wieder hier übernachten.

Der Aufenthalt hat auch kleine Geschenke an die Babys gegeben, der kleine Junge ist sehr glücklich. Das Frühstück ist vielfältig und schmeckt gut. Das Hotel liegt im Geschäftsviertel, es gibt viele Speisen in der Umgebung, und die Komplexe wie Wanda Square sind auch sehr nah. Es ist innerhalb von etwa zehn Minuten möglich, die Landschaftszone in der Stadt selbst zu fahren. Es ist sehr bequem. Es gibt eine Chance, wieder zu kommen.

Ich wurde von mehreren Orten erzählt, dass das beste Hotel in Jiaxing zu bleiben ist und es war nicht enttäuscht. Die Lage ist prima, direkt neben den großen Attraktionen, mit mehreren Geschäften in der Nähe. Ich habe sogar einen Haarschnitt in der Nähe. Das Hotel ist sehr gut ausgestattet, aber es ist sehr gut. Das Frühstück war ein Buffet sowohl westlich als auch chinesisch, so konnte ich meine üblichen Eier, Bacon und Toast haben. Wenn ich wieder in Jiaxing bin, werde ich sicherlich hier bleiben und dieses Hotel sehr empfehlen!

Ich war vor zehn Jahren zweimal hier und hatte einen guten Eindruck von der Umgebung. Dieses Mal besuchte ich es erneut und hatte das Gefühl, dass sich der Stil ein wenig verändert hatte, aber was gleich blieb, war, dass die Villa im Gartenstil immer noch ihre eigenen Merkmale hatte. Die Umgebung ist gut, die Zimmer haben sich etwas verändert, aber der Service im Bungalow muss verbessert werden. Außerdem endet das Frühstück um 9:30 Uhr, aber das Servicepersonal hat bereits um 9:20 Uhr mit dem Abbau von Tischen und Stühlen begonnen, was etwas unschön ist und nicht den Hotelservice-Standards entspricht!

I recently stayed at DiShang Hotel , and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort.
The room was spacious, spotless, and equipped with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the view from the room was breathtaking.

LlschungWe recently had the pleasure of staying at the Splendid Clubhouse, and we couldn't be more satisfied with our experience. Originally, we had booked our stay at Eden Clubhouse, but due to maintenance, we were upgraded to Splendid Clubhouse. This unexpected change turned out to be a delightful surprise.
From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. We are especially thankful for Butler Fan's 范家辉 warm reception. He greeted us at the car drop-off point, assisted with our luggage, and facilitated a seamless check-in process. As he guided us to the hotel, he graciously pointed out several key spots along the way.
Upon reaching the hotel, Butler Fan continued to ensure our comfort by showing us around the premises and helping with dining bookings. His attentiveness and friendliness set the tone for our entire stay.
Our hotel room was incredibly spacious, providing us with the perfect environment for rest and relaxation. We had a wonderful night's sleep, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was serene and inviting.
The service we received from beginning to end was exceptional. Every staff member we encountered went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. One of the highlights was the foot bath, which was an unexpected bonus and a lovely touch to our stay.
In summary, our stay at Splendid Clubhouse was nothing short of splendid. We left feeling refreshed and grateful for the outstanding service and amenities provided. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway.

MMelody Cowe took a bus from shanghai pudong airport to jiaxing north station then just took a taxi via didi in alipay to get here. the homestay location was great since they were just beside the No. 2 Gate. For foreigners, we needed to get tickets and show our passports to the visitor center just around 100 meters away from the gate and hotel. from before our arrival all the way to check in, i was in touch with them already via wechat and the response was always very quick and helpful. we liked that the inn also had a free shuttle service on call for us and took us back and forth to dongzha (and old street beside it), as well as the bus station to get to suzhou. The uncle was also very helpful and friendly, ever ready to help us with our luggage all the way to the 3rd floor and to give us his recommendations on timings, directions and such. The younger family member in the front desk was also very helpful! They told us not to engage with the many people offering day trips outside just to be safe. They also lent us umbrellas for the rain and sun, and even band-aids.
We would gladly stay at this B&B again but request a lower floor like the 2nd just because we usually go back mid-day and tend to forget stuff so the flights of stairs is something to consider if you're not up to the exercise. The room and toilet were very clean and good value for money! They were also very considerate as to putting all scents away upon my request. Just beside the B&B were small groceries, eateries and stores so we walked around also at night. For wuzhen, we did xizha only first next to the hotel from 4pm onwards for one day then dongzha ,old street (morning to afternoon) and xizha at night again the next day to save on the ticket costs.

EEUC riderFantastische Zimmer. Sehr groß und gut ausgestattet. Restaurants tun nicht gut für Vegans, aber sonst ist es gut. Service in der Paulaner Bar war langsam mit nur einem Server am Abend, den wir versucht haben. Es ist nicht billig, aber es ist sehr gut für das, was Sie erhalten. Ich habe zweimal geblieben und würde sicherlich wieder bleiben. Empfehlen, wenn Sie in der Nähe der Bahnhof sein wollen.

KKazzy travelerInspirok Hotel Tongxiang- First time back in Tongxiang after 4 years. 7 nights in a spacious ”Business Room” in building B with 2 very firm king single beds that gave me a sore upper back. (I don't have back problems normally...) Flat pillows. The hopeless Air-conditioning struggled to get to an absolute low of 23C and was noisy. (32C days and 26C nights.). Huge bathroom with bath. Flow limited shower with hand shower and rain shower. Mostly quiet due to reduced occupancy and outside traffic. Good blockout curtains. International power points with USB power but you must have an earth pin if you want to use an Aussie plug. (Or risk manually pushing up the earth lockout.) Many free english movies available now on the tv in reasonable quality. One thing that I found particularly handy was that a small tube of liquid laundry detergent is supplied and some hooks above the bath.
There was no bar fridge in my room on arrival but one was quickly supplied, gratis, when I asked. (Empty).
Large shopping mall one block from the hotel and small 7-eleven type shop very near the front entrance where you can buy tsing taos for 6rmb.
The included buffet breakfast was pretty average with fewer choices and poorer quality than similar 5* hotels. Very average automatic coffee machines and coffee pots. It was also so overcrowded on the Sunday- with a convention booking- that many people could not be seated. Most mornings it was reasonably quiet.
Excellent room service Indonesian fried rice. I also had the ”all you can eat” buffet a couple of nights but thought that it was over priced for the quality of food available at 138RMB (approx 30aud.)
Reasonable wifi access throughout the hotel and I was able to read my Gmail but not send it. (I couldn't even download it in Jiangsu.)
There is no option on the Trip booking page to ask for 'special requests” for this hotel. Also no option to ask for a non smoking floor and I wasn't asked at check-in. Very annoying.

BBionaIt suppose to be a great stay as this is the most expensive hotel during my trip, but it was terrible that aircon is not supply during a 30 plus degree's weather. Several way was propose by the hotel to settle the aircon issue, the end were change to other building with no sunlight could get in but still not as comfortable as if we have aircon. Thanks to the hotel providing fans for our room but would appreciate we can be informed during check in, it will simplify us from changing the room. Hotel said is because changing the aircon system from hot air to cold air will take 2-3days but I don't understand why cold air is available in the lobby. Plus my hotel at Shanghai can change the cold air to hot air in a second.

MMichael & Nici Exploring China and BeyondWe booked our stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel in Jiaxing, to celebrate my wife's Birthday, and to enjoy Dragon Boat Festival.
The initial impact when entering the Hotel is good, the fragrance is pleasant, and the decor is modern and sleek.
During the online booking process, I had some Special Requests ”Romantic Theme” for the room, the request, was promptly approved.
Upon entering the Hotel, we were greeted by Sandy, at the front of House / Reception area.
Her service was prompt and professional.
She was friendly and informed us, that my wife would be receiving a cake for her Birthday.
The check in process was efficient.
We had the opportunity to briefly meet Edith, the Manager on duty.
She was friendly and welcoming.
The Birthday Cake and Fruit Platter, was delivered to our room, shortly after we checked in.
In my experience, the ”Restaurant” is the ”heartbeat” of any successful Hotel.
A restaurant with poor service and / or bad food, will surely lead to the demise of the business.
Fortunately, that's not the case for the ”Eatery Restaurant” at the ”Four Points by Sheraton” in Jiaxing.
The Restaurant's Staff are all very professional, and take pride in what they do.
The Buffet Dinner is available, during the weekends, and is very reasonably priced (great value for money).
The variety and quality of the cusine, is on International standard.
Western and Chinese dishes, are professionally prepared, and served at this Restaurant.
If I were to single out on special dish, it would most definitely be the ”Beef Wellington”, it was perfectly cooked and presented (the Best I have eaten, to date).
Compliments to the chef/s in this regard.
Special thanks to Tina, whom is always courteous, when I / we, visit the Restaurant.
Infact, Tina is the reason for my return and stay at the Hotel, this time around.
As she was most courteous and professional, during another visit to the Restaurant some time back.

We would also like to thank Gary, whom provided superb service and courtesy, during the Dinner service.
I could not help but notice, that Housekeeping were cleaning the rooms thoroughly.
Their service should not be overlooked, as their hard work, ensure that the facilities remain on standard.
Breakfast was excellent, with a superior variety of quality dishes and ingredients available.
We can recommend the ”Four Points by Sheraton” Jiaxing, to all guests, foreign and domestic.
We look forward to our next stay, and hope to enjoy many more special moments at this Hotel.

GGastnutzerThe owner is very nice and friendly. There’s no lift in the building, but the owner helped us to carry our luggage to the room. He also recommended us hanfu and photo shooting studio which provides a superb service.
The room comes with 2 beds, hence, it’s a bit pack with our luggage open up. The room type a bit old (traditional feel) but overall we had good experience here.
The owner also very helpful, he helped us to arrange transport from wuzhen to Suzhou with a low rate. He also give us souvenirs before we left.
