Hotels in Yaohan Shopping Mall Area, Jiaxing

Ich bin mit meinem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Alle angesprochenen Probleme wurden zufriedenstellend gelöst, insbesondere die Damen, die am 1. Mai in der Abendschicht gearbeitet haben. Obwohl viele Leute frühstücken, kann das Hotel das Problem sofort lösen und ständig Gerichte hinzufügen, um jeden Geschmack zu befriedigen. Ich werde beim nächsten Besuch in Jiaxing wieder hier übernachten.

Einfaches und futuristisches Hotelzimmer. Gute Lage und mit nahe gelegener Bahnhof verbunden.

酒店在公寓樓內。店家描述房間五十平，實際上根本沒有五十平，就放眼望去的大小。衞生間倒是挺大的，説話有點回音，但是設施很老舊，洗澡沒有任何取暖設備暖風和熱燈都沒有，冬天洗澡凍得不行。 空調也不行，不暖和不暖和不暖和！！！ 説是2023年裝修，其實哪哪都是舊的，空調也不行，開一晚上都不太暖和，在屋子裡拖了外套都冷，得穿上外套。只是説距離八佰伴附近比較方便罷遼。這個價位住漢庭之類的體驗感更舒適。

Das Zimmer ist ruhig, es hat intelligente Pferdeschneider und das Frühstück ist reichhaltig. Das Hotel ist etwas nervös, aber die Schönheit der Halle hat einen Autoplatz im Voraus gebucht und das Frühstück für Kinder geschickt. Die Menschen sind wunderschön! Das Hotel hat ein willkommenes Obstdich, und das Gästezimmerpersonal hat auch Milch und Dampfschnüre geschickt. Das Hotel ist ein Wolken-King!

酒店房間是新裝修的，温馨舒適，乾淨衞生，衞生間乾濕分離，大床和枕頭軟硬度剛好，設備全部都是小度語音控制，非常方便，前台服務熱情，早餐非常豐富

Das Haus ist sauber, das Zimmer verfügt über ein intimes kleines Geschirr, es gibt einen kleinen Nachtschlaf, das einzige ist, dass das Wasser im Badezimmer nicht groß genug ist, nicht warm genug ist, und es ist gut, dass der Tag warm ist. Ich hoffe, das Hotel kann die Geräte prüfen, sonst wird es das Kundenerlebnis beeinflussen!

Es ist ein sehr neues Hotel. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber. Es gibt auch einen Roboter im Flur. Es gibt ausreichend Parkplätze Unten finden Sie ein Hotel in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Supermarkt ist ebenfalls sehr praktisch.

We booked our stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel in Jiaxing, to celebrate my wife's Birthday, and to enjoy Dragon Boat Festival. The initial impact when entering the Hotel is good, the fragrance is pleasant, and the decor is modern and sleek. During the online booking process, I had some Special Requests ”Romantic Theme” for the room, the request, was promptly approved. Upon entering the Hotel, we were greeted by Sandy, at the front of House / Reception area. Her service was prompt and professional. She was friendly and informed us, that my wife would be receiving a cake for her Birthday. The check in process was efficient. We had the opportunity to briefly meet Edith, the Manager on duty. She was friendly and welcoming. The Birthday Cake and Fruit Platter, was delivered to our room, shortly after we checked in. In my experience, the ”Restaurant” is the ”heartbeat” of any successful Hotel. A restaurant with poor service and / or bad food, will surely lead to the demise of the business. Fortunately, that's not the case for the ”Eatery Restaurant” at the ”Four Points by Sheraton” in Jiaxing. The Restaurant's Staff are all very professional, and take pride in what they do. The Buffet Dinner is available, during the weekends, and is very reasonably priced (great value for money). The variety and quality of the cusine, is on International standard. Western and Chinese dishes, are professionally prepared, and served at this Restaurant. If I were to single out on special dish, it would most definitely be the ”Beef Wellington”, it was perfectly cooked and presented (the Best I have eaten, to date). Compliments to the chef/s in this regard. Special thanks to Tina, whom is always courteous, when I / we, visit the Restaurant. Infact, Tina is the reason for my return and stay at the Hotel, this time around. As she was most courteous and professional, during another visit to the Restaurant some time back. Thank you again, Tina. We would also like to thank Gary, whom provided superb service and courtesy, during the Dinner service. I could not help but notice, that Housekeeping were cleaning the rooms thoroughly. Their service should not be overlooked, as their hard work, ensure that the facilities remain on standard. Breakfast was excellent, with a superior variety of quality dishes and ingredients available. We can recommend the ”Four Points by Sheraton” Jiaxing, to all guests, foreign and domestic. We look forward to our next stay, and hope to enjoy many more special moments at this Hotel. See you soon.

設施非常新 很好的體驗 做特價時訂的 入住後房間窗户很小  跟前台溝通 還給升了級 送了一份早餐 超值 唯一感覺不好就是淋浴間木有沐浴露 放了兩瓶洗髮水+ 1瓶護髮素 可能是搞錯了吧

房間很舒適，窗外就是秀洲公園的摩天輪。服務態度也很好。還給小朋友們準備了牙刷和拖鞋，打電話讓總枱送水，也不嫌麻煩，每次都會安排機器人送上來，好評！！
