Our stay at Jinjiang Zhixing was absolutely amazing! The place is extremely clean and the staff is very kind, whenever in need of something there's someone in the reception ready to help. In the room many little useful items are provided, like slippers, toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, towels, tea, etc! So, just in case one wants to save some space in his luggage something can be left at home. It was near tons of restaurants and located in a lively part of the city, so we could enjoy a nice night walk and an authentic experience with local people, priceless! Thank you for all the kind service you provided us. We also left some notes in the room out of our gratitude and satisfaction. Hope to come back!

1.景觀較好！
2.馬桶有加熱功能！
缺點：
1.衞生間氣味大，下水道會回湧上一股味道，實在難聞。
2.高樓層風聲非常大，風從管道進來，所以即使關門關窗還是有很大的呼呼聲。
3.掛衣服的地方僅圖6的外置架子，還是重疊的，根本沒辦法掛洗好的內衣褲，這個實在太太不方便了，衣服架除了廁所裏面根本沒地方可以掛。
4.大年三十住店，第二天睡的晚，9:10分到餐廳用餐時候幾乎沒有任何可以吃的，而酒店所在位置沒有任何餐館，也就是説，初一早上我們就衹吃了饅頭包子，連牛奶都沒有了，畢竟過節還是要考慮全面一點。
5.其他全季大堂都有特有香味，但這家並沒有。
在服務方面確實需要好好改進！！！

Das mittlere Kind hat sich einmal unbehaglich gemütlich gefühlt. Der Chef hat um mehr als zehn Uhr die Nacht geholfen. Ich habe nicht gebeten, uns auch zu helfen, ein Gästezimmer zu wechseln. Der Frühstücks- und Abendessensherr hat auch persönlich ins Zimmer geschickt. Jedes Mal, wenn er ins Volk kommt, spricht der Boss. Es ist zu behutsam. Es ist ganz zu zufrieden, dass ich nächstes Mal Freunde mitbringen muss.

NNquokWe are very pleased to locate and stayed in this hotel. The location is superb whereby all amenities are nearby. Approx 250m away. Bedroom is big , bed, mattress are very comfortable and clean. The only setback is that the hotel is undergoing some repairs and refurbished work that causes some inconvenience to us , like noise and dusty.It will be great if they can stop the work during our stay since it is their lull period and there are no other customers.
Breakfast is hot and acceptable though is China Style.
The front desk personal is helpful and kind to suggest to us to cut short our stay due to 2 scenic places at Yuntai Mountain are closed for upgrading work.
We did not do so as the place nice and relaxing.We booked 3 rooms in total. We enjoyed our stay very much.

AakjinnyeternalWie das Zimmer aussieht, ist eine andere Geschichte! Die Damen an der Rezeption haben bei mir wirklich einen sehr tiefen Eindruck hinterlassen! Beide Hotelmanager sind sehr seriös und verantwortungsbewusst! (Es hat den Eindruck staatlicher Hotelmarken wirklich völlig verändert)
Als ich eincheckte, wurde ich vom ersten Hotelmanager begrüßt, der dann die Initiative ergriff und sagte, dass in den nächsten Tagen ein Team im Hotel sein würde und man darüber nachdenken könne, außerhalb der Hauptverkehrszeiten zu speisen. Dann fragte er sie, wo die Chinesen seien Restaurant war und empfahl ihnen, zum Abendessen ins Buffetrestaurant zu gehen. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr hoch, 80 pro Person~ Es ist in der Tat ein gutes Angebot, wenn man nur nebenbei isst~
Dann, nachdem er das Zimmer bezogen hatte, ergriff der Manager die Initiative, anzurufen und zu fragen, ob das Zimmer zufriedenstellend sei! Um ehrlich zu sein! Als ich das erste Mal eincheckte, war ich mit dem Zimmer sehr zufrieden – es war überhaupt nicht schlecht! Es ist wirklich toll! Es steht einem Vier- oder Fünf-Sterne-Zimmer in nichts nach! Aus persönlichen Gründen war ich jedoch mit der Aussicht aus dem Fenster nicht sehr zufrieden. Ich habe es dem Manager mitgeteilt, und der Manager hat uns sofort beim Zimmerwechsel unterstützt, da das Hotel an diesen beiden Tagen tatsächlich sehr voll war , er hat uns bei der Auswahl von zwei Zimmern geholfen. Wir haben uns für eine ältere Standard-Suite entschieden, die in ein paar Tagen renoviert wird Am nächsten Morgen wollen wir aufstehen und den Seeblick fotografieren. Dann räumen wir das ausgepackte Gepäck ab und gehen essen zu Bett, aber mit dem Bett stimmte etwas nicht. Die Rezeption hatte einen Schichtwechsel. Die Dame ist super nett. Sie haben die Sache sehr ernst genommen und viele Leute mitgebracht, die bei der Bestätigung und Anpassung des Zimmers an eine andere Suite mitgeholfen haben! Wirklich überrascht! Aber wirklich jedes Servicepersonal ist super! ! Obwohl es einige Wendungen gab, war ich überhaupt nicht unglücklich. Ich habe wirklich alle Probleme beim ersten Mal gelöst, und es hat dich überhaupt nicht unglücklich gemacht! Nachdem er das Zimmer gewechselt hatte, half er beim Bringen heißer Milch und half, den Check-out am nächsten Tag zu verzögern. Dann erkannte er uns auf den ersten Blick. Es ist wirklich heiß ~ Super Team! ! Ich werde das nächste Mal wieder hier wählen ^_^ Ich liebe es!

The special moment is the owner of the hotel is very kind and helpful. He helped us to find taxi to pick up us from Jiaozuo station to the hotel which take about 1 hr by car. Breakfast also fresh making. I would recommended everyone to stay here during there stay at Yun tai shan. Personally Special thanks for his assistance to contact ticket office to refund our cable car tickets.

However the receptionist was absolutely fantastic, with a five star attitude and customer service mentality, who deserves a huge praise.
