No bad, not excelent

шикарный спа-отель в городе-курорте Джермук. отель большой, красивый, он не новый, но ухоженный, чистый и без посторонних запахов. очень дружелюбные и всегда готовые помочь сотрудники отеля. большие номера с французскими балконами. белоснежные полотенца и постельное белье. правда подушки очень мягкие. большой спа-комплекс с огромным бассейном, парилками, большим джакузи. правда хотелось бы чуть потеплее воду в джакузи. вкусные и разнообразные завтраки в просторном ресторане. отель очень достойный!

Отличный отель, качественное обслуживание, имеется лечебная база. Питание без излишеств, но все вкусно и качественно.

這個酒店很好，包三餐，也都很豐盛。味道也不錯，美中不足是咖啡太次了。傑爾穆克真是個非常美麗的小鎮。以後有機會秋天再來一次。

Приятный отель. Просторные номера. Красивый вид из окна с любой стороны. Вкусные завтраки и соки. Все поддерживают в чистоте. Видно, что часто делают косметический ремонт.

Großes eigentlich relativ neu errichtetes oder saniertes Hotel, dass aber doch ein bisschen aus der Zeit gerückt erscheint. Nettes Personal. Lage innerhalb von Jermuk perfekt. Essen ist ausbaufähig bzw. auf den Umstand von All In in Buffetform zurückzuführen. Nettes Cafe am kleinen See unterhalb des Hotels. Zimmer sauber und bequeme Betten.

We went with our adult daughter. First entering beautiful nice and clean. Reception girls beautiful and very helpful. Room’s specious and clean, shower was fantastic. Spa noting that we were expecting, still clean, and very polite staff.down side was the buffet, the food were mostly cold and not much test. Too many small Childers and too noisy. But the best part is the staff so helpful, that I left my gold ring in the safe box, after calling they find it and send it to Yerevan by taxi. Because of that I forgot about all other’s experiences. And beautiful view.

The best resort complex in Jermuk. High service, excellent breakfast, large rooms. The hotel includes mineral water treatment, spa, gym. Cental location, near the mineral water gallery, lake, Statue park. Day time may visit Jermuk waterfall.

I spent some days in Jermuk Grand Resort. The room is very well with fine wood furniture in art deco style. The room view was very nice on mountains with snow. The sauna an the swimming pool ar not at the same level, but I had no health treatments, so I can't judge..

A fine, somewhat outdated hotel, limited spa facilities (pool, Jacuzzi, sauna only) Food is ok, not really outstanding, although I have to admit after a week in Armenia that having fresh bread available was a welcome novelty. For a locally owned and managed hotel it is really good, centrally situated in Jermuk, which in itself is worth the visit for its park-like atmosphere.

We stayed at Grand Resort for 4 nights with my family and enjoyed every single day. In the mornings staff would welcome us in the breakfasts especially the waiter Vahe who was willingly helping us. We also had dinners there, special mention to Erik who was so kind to us, always smiling and helping us while deciding what to order. Receptionists from spa made our stay exceptional, they were always patiently answering to all our questions. And of course we are thankful to the manager Mr. Gagik for being so professional and made sure our stay was going well.

A beautiful big hotel with super comfortable large room. Bathroom was great, bed comfortable, pillows nice and overall very good place to stay. We walked half a mile to a local restaurant that was delicious and the path was off the main street and very pleasant. I would highly recommend this hotel. You can walk to the waterfall from here but we had already visited so there was no need.

Nice hotel with clean room and beautiful view. They also have good facilities with gym, swimming pool, massage, jacuzzi, sauna. I got a massage and it was one of the best I’ve ever had. Although, I can’t say the same for the food. I had dinner and breakfast at the hotel and food was very bland. I had chicken sandwich for dinner and the chicken had no flavor at all. It was over cooked and I felt like I was eating rubber. I would stay here again for the facilities but will definitely eat somewhere else next time.

Amazing hotel in Jermuk. The room is spacious and the view is so peaceful. It is overlooking the lake and the mountains. The food is delicious. The spa and the medical treatments are relaxing. The doctor checks your overall health and recommends the best treatment for you. Jermuk waterfall is 5 minute drive from the hotel. It is worth visiting it
