Bewertung: Jeju Robero Mein Aufenthalt im Jeju Robero war insgesamt durchwachsen. Die Lage des Hotels ist gut – zentral gelegen und mit einfachen Verkehrsanbindungen, was das Erkunden der Umgebung erleichtert. Die Ausstattung des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet, besonders die Zimmer und Einrichtungen sind modern und gut ausgestattet. Leider gab es jedoch einige Schwächen. Die Sauberkeit war nur durchschnittlich; hier wäre mehr Sorgfalt wünschenswert gewesen. Der größte Kritikpunkt war jedoch der Service, der mangelhaft war: Das Personal wirkte wenig bemüht und nicht sehr hilfsbereit, was den Gesamteindruck leider trübt. Trotz der positiven Ausstattung würde ich das Hotel nur eingeschränkt empfehlen, wenn man über die Defizite im Service hinwegsehen kann.

Although there is no toothbrush available, the hotel has an easy checkout process. Additionally, it is within a short distance from the bus stop and is near the airport.

The location is really good since its near to the shopping center, bus station, coffee shops, black pork market, global banks and its in front of a Gwandeokjeong Pavilion. They also allow you to leave your luggage near the reception, this is perfect for travelers who arrived early and cant check-in yet, you can also leave your luggage after you check out and explore Jeju. The girl in the reception is super friendly and they all speak good English. Will recommend this hotel for sure!

Feel comfortable staying at this hotel. The room is clean and the location is good, it is near the market.

This is my second time staying here, really clore to the black pork street, shopping street, near the ocean and lots of places to eat, coffee shops, markets, and easier place to take the bus and faster

Experience was pretty good. Front desk friendly and help to book a jumbo taxi to gimpo airport from hotel. Location was near underground shopping mall, exit 12 and dongdaemun market. There is two type of rooms so if you select annex type means u have to go to another building to your room, is just a small road across the main lobby. Amenities no toothpaste and no toothbrush. Opposite have palace to try on hanbok, very convenient

The location is super. The entrance of the underground shopping mall is just next to the hotel. Dongmun Market is a 5min walk away so many street food and stall to choose from. Very good choice for shopping and food. The Only setback is that the front counter is often unmaned. Yoy make call out loud to get their attention in their back office.

The general location was easy to find But there are 2 buildings. The lobby is in the main building. Outside of check in hours, there is no one at the front counter. Luggage storage is self service. We have to look for the parking signs on our own. Good size room.

Location is great. It is located right across Jejumok Gwana Government Office. Also it is within walkable distance to the Dongmun Public Market. Good for its price. Across there is also the bus stop to the airport so it's very convenient.

Good location with Dangmun market just about half a kilometres away. Gwandeokjong hall is opposite it. Hotel very strict with check in time at 3pm with or without room available, so we just left our luggage for safe keeping and visit Gwandeokjong hall first, Room not big and carpet needs cleaning urgently.

Clean, comfortable, well located hotel. English is not spoken though.

Everything just nice. The families room is spacious. Worth the price.
