Second time staying in this hotel. It is in a perfect location. Will definitely stay here again.

Located near Airport and very convenient to access the city and restaurants around. Lotte duty free mall is in same buildings. Reception could be more friendly towards guests instead of being robots just doing their job without any smile and welcoming feeling. Also if you ask them any query reply will not be so friendly. Jeju Lotte city experience was completely opposite to Seoul Lotte city hotel. Seoul team was awesome in hospitality. Jeju team doesn’t care.

Very clean hotel. Nice view at restaurant at highest level, serves good breakfast and lunch (buffet) with good views! Good place to shop.

Love the hotel. The space is considerably big for us. I love the cleanliness of the room and the stunning view of the mountain! They have amenities such as coin laundry as well. The only downside is that the choices for the 7-11 was rather limited.

I recently stayed at LOTTE City Hotel Jeju and while there were some positives, I left feeling a bit underwhelmed. Firstly, the location is fantastic, with stunning views that truly enhance the experience. The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained, which I appreciated. However, I was disappointed to find that most facilities come with an extra charge. This made my stay feel less value for money, especially considering the overall cost. Additionally, I encountered an issue with early check-in. Even though my room was available, I was required to pay a fee to check in early, which felt unnecessary and frustrating. Overall, while the hotel has its merits, the additional charges and policies detracted from the experience. I would recommend exploring other options that offer better value for money.

It was not to expectation comparing to its price. For me of if I go to Jeju island again I would select another. Despite the fact that it has good view and modern.

Close to the airport (around 15mins bus ride) and gift shops can be found in this neighbourhood! Helpful staff with welcoming smile levels up the service.

Nice and spacious hotel. Location is great. Close to many conveniences such as marts, restaurants and shops. Carpark is plentiful and complimentary parking is provided for your stay.

The room type we booked included the outdoor swimming pool but when we arrived, the staff said it did not include.

The location is just near the city center however needs a bit of walking to find the restaurants. Needs deposit before checking in. Has a luggage storage

My daughter and I had a very pleasant stay at Lotte City Hotel Jeju. The location is good - near to the airport, shopping streets, public transport, eateries, etc. The hotel staff at front desk, reception, and housekeeping were all very polite and helpful. Front desk staff could communicate in good English. Lotte Duty Free is in the same building and offers good discounts for skincare products. I would highly recommend Lotte City Hotel to anyone visiting Jeju.
