Die Rezeption hat kostenlose Upgrade gegeben, besonders danke. Das Haus ist groß, die Einrichtungen sind komplett, der Preis ist auch gut, die Geschäfte in der Umgebung sind sehr bequem zu essen.

Frühstück ist super. Zimmer mehr als komfortabel. Bad ist klasse und immer sauber. Pool ist klein aber vollkommen ausreichend. Fitnessraum ist klasse. Sevice ist perfect. Ich kann das Hotel sehr empfehlen. Werde bestimmt wiederkommen!! Ach Parkhaus ist kostenlos, super. Das Zimmer ist sehr leise.

Das wunderbare Fitnesscenter mit allen Ausrüstungen, die Sie brauchen mit einer schönen Stadtblick ist die Mitgliedschaft 2500SR/year wenn Sie monatlich bezahlen möchten und 2000SR wenn Sie 6 Monate im Voraus bezahlen, empfehle ich es 100% wunderschönes Personal mit einem wunderschönen Lächeln immer.

Das Hotel ist sauber, der Service ist perfekt, das Frühstück ist sehr gut, und wenn Sie Probleme haben, rufen Sie den ägyptischen Mohammed, er hat alle Probleme gelöst, gab Ihnen Tipps, und wenn Sie über Philosophie reden wollen, sprechen Sie mit Mohammed.

The Aluya Hotel is situated in the Al Hamra area of Jeddah and a perfect position for getting around both in a taxi or walking. The location is very close to Palestine Street which is full of shops, cafes and restaurants and leads to the middle corniche. As soon as I entered the hotel I was impressed. There was a beautiful aroma in the air and the entrance way and ground floor area well presented. I have to say that a stand out for me about this hotel is definitely the staff. They are all delightful, welcoming and eager to make your stay the best it can be. I would like to thank all the staff but in particular Naif, Nadia, Samar and Ahmed Bin Afif (the owner). They are clearly all working hard to make this hotel the best it can be. The facilities of the hotel are superb. I reserved a deluxe king room and on arrival for one night I was upgraded to the executive suite. What a wonderful treat that was. The hotel thoughtfully provides all the traveller may need. There are nice toiletries, a hairdryer, tea/coffee and water, good air conditioning, entertainment and if required an iron on request. The rooms are exactly like the pictures on the hotel website. The king sized bed was wonderfully comfortable and I was afforded a nice view from the room. My room was at the front of the hotel. Breakfast was included and was served on the 6th floor. The choice was very good. They have traditional breakfast items and then also continental breakfast items. There is plenty of tea and coffee and juice to accompany the breakfast and the restaurant is really pleasant and provides a fantastic view. They also encourage guests to visit this area of the hotel at other times of the day to enjoy tea or coffee. While I was there I was served Saudi Arabian coffee by Hamid. He took the time to explain to me how the coffee was made and it tasted delicious. All in all I cannot recommend this hotel enough. If you are looking for a hotel in a great area, with really nice facilities, at a very reasonable price and that is staffed by wonderful people, look no further than The Aluya.

We booked here after our tour company booked us into another “4” star hotel that was terrible. Booked with 10 mins notice - room was ready when we got there. Extremely happy with our decision to book address - hotel is modern, decent size rooms , Dead Sea products in the bathroom - extra large comfy bed - large buffet with omelette and pancake station. Gym wasn’t open as it was being renovated but not essential. About 5 mins walk from cornice and walking distance to many restaurants. Highly recommend if needing to stay in Jeddah with an exceptional 4 star hotel.

Das Hotel insgesamt ist sehr gut und die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, da alles in der Nähe ist wie bequeme Laden - Hypermarkt - Waschbecken und Banken sowie Aber sie müssen sich auf den Zimmerservice verbessern, da es ein wenig Sprachproblem gibt Gesamtaufenthalt -- 4/5 Danke.

Im Allgemeinen ist hier eine große Erfahrung mit Mitarbeitern von der Rezeption bis zum Restaurant bis zur Hauspflege wirklich hilfreich und freundlich. Der erste Flug in der Eisma war das Hotel, das eine zusätzliche 30 Riyals für die Zahlung des Hotel Gästen, um die Weltmeisterschaft zu beobachten. Echt? ! Nach meinem Dafürhalten ein eigenes Ziel. Hat ein fünf Stern ohne das gewesen, da Zimmer sehr gut und Hauspflege brillant war. Danke für eine fast perfekte Erfahrung.

This hotel has been recently (Dec. 2023) added to the 'Hilton Hotel-family', probably to have more Hilton hotels in Jeddah. It is an old(er) hotel that definitely needs an upgrade; the carpets in the hallways are dirty, the bathroom-furniture is outdated and old-fashioned. But the rooms are spacious and quiet. The location is not superb, allthough connected to the AlAndalus-mall and close to the more modern AlSalaam mall, located at the other side of the road. But if you want to be closer to the Corniche (coast), it's about 20-25min. away. The staff was very helpful and kind. Just accross the road is the Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib-hospital; since they are working on the exteriors of the hospital, (Uber/Bolt-)taxi-drivers may have difficulty finding the entrance of the hotel.

1. Ich hatte europäische Geräte. Keine Konverter verfügbar. Das war mein 3. Hotel in KSA und das Onlz, das kein Konverter hatte. Die Rezeption versuchte, das Problem herauszuarbeiten, schickte mir einen Techniker, der eine Zeitlösung für ein Gerät gemacht, aber ehrlich gesagt war das so schlecht . Nicht haben Converter 2. Während ich aus war, versuchte ich, die Rezeption viele Male, wie ich fragen musste über Atms um . Es war nach Mitternacht, 5 Mal rief ich und Nobodz antwortete 3. Das Hotel ist sehr weit von Jeddah Zentrum 4. Das Zimmer ist kalt, obwohl das Wetter heiß ist und ac ich ausgeschaltet. 5. Ich ging zu 3 Hotels, wie gesagt in 10 Tagen in ksa, das ist das wenige, das ich genossen hatte. 6. Ich würde ehrlich gesagt nicht überlegen, dieses Hotel wieder zu kommen, obwohl das Personal so freundlich ist, aber ich hatte den Eindruck, dass, wenn ich Unterstützung benötigt, nichts passiert ist . Aber die Einstellung der Menschen war freundlich, ehrlich zu sein, aber am Ende des Tages würde ich nicht wieder kommen
