On arrival, it took a long time till the room was ready, when we enter the room the floor was slippery (as they just finish cleaning with out drying the floor) & my wife unfortunately slipped on her back & suffered from low back pain. In addition the room size & facility was for a regular room not a junior suite as the size was not matching the measurement described by the website; (Actual size: 43,2 m including the bathroom) although in website it was 50m, I ended up paying full price of suite for 2 days while in reality it was just a regular room. Moreover on the website the capacity was 3 people while in reality it was queen bed .. (1) During our 2 days stay we face a lot of difficulties with the staff, the A/C was not working properly we contacted the staff but no solution, they only give promises to fix. I had to call several time if I want my room to be cleaned & there is always excuses which I have never face in any other 5 star hotel that I used to stay in some of these excuses are ( the staff on break, the staff are busy). I had a bad experience at this hotel & I wished if I had the chance to check out immediately, but unfortunately the occasion that I came to attend was in this hotel. I’m sending this complain hoping that my feed back will be taken in consideration & work on these points, in addition I’m looking for refund for the money that I paid for a suite with an official apology from the hotel. I am confident that you stand for your customers as hotels posted on the website should be help to a high standard

Our stay at the hotel was nothing short amazing, with excellent service luxurious accommodations, and a memorable experience overall

فندق رائع ولكن تأخرنا في الدخول ولم أستلم غرفتي الا الساعة ٤:٤٠ دقيقة، والغرفة الثانية ٥:١٥ للأسف انحاس جدول نوم بنتي مع الناب حقها وتنكدت ايضًا الثلاجة كانت خربانة وطلبتهم يصلحوها ومحد جاني سوا ذلك هو فندقي المفضل لاتصاله بردسي مول موقع ونظافة وراحة والحمدلله

موقع الفندق رائع وتميز الخدمات بالفندق تعامل جميع العاملين بلطف وحماس

السعر مرتفع جدا هذا عيبه الوحيد

Ich bin erstaunt von der hohe Qualität des Services. Der Manager kümmert sich sehr persönlich um die Gäste und JOEL war unglaublich professionell. Wir haben 4 Tage im Hotel verbracht und werden definitiv nochmal kommen. Zimmer war super ausgestattet und Location ist sehr zentral gelegen.

Hotel location is excellent and inside one of the biggest malls in Jeddah and very close to Jeddah Circuit and Cornish. Room size and amenities were excellent. Staff especially room service supervisor Aisha and her staff were also excellent

Locatio is undoubtedly one of the best places to stay. The ambiance is welcoming, and the staff is incredibly friendly, making you feel right at home. However, there are a couple of downsides that could use some improvement. One notable issue is the sound insulation; you can hear conversations from the other room quite clearly. This can be a tad distracting, especially if you’re trying to relax or get some work done. A little more soundproofing could go a long way in enhancing the overall experience. Additionally, the carpet in several areas requires more frequent cleaning. It’s not that it’s overly dirty, but a deeper clean would improve both the aesthetic appeal and hygiene of the space. Fresh carpets can significantly elevate the comfort level of any establishment, and Locatio has so much potential to shine even brighter. Despite these minor flaws, the positives definitely outweigh the negatives. The location is ideal, the amenities are top-notch, and the overall experience is enjoyable. With a few adjustments, Locatio could easily become an even more exceptional place for guests to unwind and enjoy their stay. Overall, it’s still a great choice for anyone looking to relax and recharge.

I had a great experience at the Joudyan Hotel Red Sea Mall. Their staff is very helpful and quick to respond. The best part which I found was the food. Everything tasted amazing. There was no smelly meat. Everything was made to perfection. Highly recommended.

The hotel was great. Decor feels very modern and unique. I was welcomed by Hotel Manager Mr Harun and Executive Secretary Mr Bandar. And during my stay, the breakfast was amazing alongside a great cleaning team. Overall great experience. And I recommend giving this hotel a try. And also the gym and spa area was relaxing.

We had a fantastic stay at Joudyan Jeddah Red Sea Mall! The hotel is conveniently located with direct access to the mall, making it an ideal choice for families. You can relax knowing everyone will have something to enjoy—shopping, dining, or just spending time together. The rooms are spacious, with incredible lighting that creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. I recommend choosing a sea view room, as the view from the other side is not as appealing. The seating area around the pool is also very relaxing, perfect for unwinding after a busy day. Breakfast was simple but delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to cater to our needs. They even managed to bring us our special milk request from a nearby supermarket within 10 minutes—exceptional service! I honestly can’t find anything to complain about. This hotel offers a combination of comfort, convenience, and great hospitality that makes it a perfect choice in Jeddah. I’ll definitely stay here again when I’m back in Jeddah!
