The room was great and very spacious. The staff were also courteous and helpful. One thing however, was that I was billed twice. Although it was my mistake that I forgot that I paid online initially, but they still asked me for payment upon check in, which again, I totally forgot that I paid online. They said there was something wrong with their billing department. Anyway, had a good time. Will definitely visit again.

It's a very old hotel with just basic amenities. Gym equipment is a decade old totally outdated. Rooms are small with bad smell. Bathroom is really not up to the standards. Bus pick up drop from airport both ways was done in a very old mini bus which was really run down. No curtains to save us from extreme heat from outside. Air conditioning is pathetic. This hotel needs renovation for sure.

We booked here after our tour company booked us into another “4” star hotel that was terrible. Booked with 10 mins notice - room was ready when we got there. Extremely happy with our decision to book address - hotel is modern, decent size rooms , Dead Sea products in the bathroom - extra large comfy bed - large buffet with omelette and pancake station. Gym wasn’t open as it was being renovated but not essential. About 5 mins walk from cornice and walking distance to many restaurants. Highly recommend if needing to stay in Jeddah with an exceptional 4 star hotel.

Ich habe in diesem Hotel übernachtet, als ich nach Jeddah gereist bin. Die Lage ist sehr gut und die Restaurants in der Umgebung sind sehr praktisch. Die Fahrt zum Flughafen dauert normalerweise etwa 20 Minuten.

Das Schlafzimmer war nicht groß, aber komfortabel, großzügig mit einem Sitz (was in einem kleinen Zimmer ungewöhnlich ist) und hatte was wir für einen 2-Nacht-Übernachtung brauchten. Dusche Zimmer ziemlich klein. Abendessensbuffet ein wenig grundlegende, aber das Frühstück war gut. Wir wollten, dass das Hotel uns ein Taxi für unsere Flugreise zum ersten Mal morgens bestellt, aber sie konnten nur ihr eigenes Hotelwagen machen, das teuer war, aber komfortabler und früh angekommen war.

Came here with my son and had an excellent stay - I recommend staying here. Beautiful property right on the water, with an excellent buffet breakfast and really nice service. We stayed in the Prince's Suite which was a huge and had a beautiful outdoor terrace overlooking the water. The gym was excellent with very very heavy weights. One of the best gyms I've seen in a hotel. Only problem with gym I'd they never turned in sauna so had to wait 30 minutes even in middle of day (and they never offered) so couldn't use. Other problem with gym and pool was that it was unisex - that'll be a problem if you want a family, mixed gender vacation. Many of the newer hotels in Saudi are mixed gender, this one isn't which would be a problem if I brought the whole family. Staff even called me after I returned home to get feedback about the property. Although I loved my stay and would come back, to be fair - the property definitely needs a renovation. Not all the power plugs work, the doors don't close properly and need a heavy shove. Little things like that show age even though it is a well maintained property. Despite the age and need of renovation, I'll stay here again and recommend it because of service and location

Das Zimmer ist sehr groß, das Bett und die Schnecke sind wirklich sehr komfortabel, die linke Seite des Tores ist ein Badezimmer und ein Badezimmer, die rechten Seite des Kleidungssystems ist das Zimmer. Trockene Trennung ist sehr trocken. Das Café im ersten Stock ist auch sehr bequem zu reden, sehr kurze Entfernung vom Meeresboden, aber alle draußen sind umgeben, es ist sehr schlank und noch ein bisschen weit.

The hotel is really good but needs to be renown… good staff and food could be better

Das Hotel war für ein paar Nächte und insgesamt war es eine gute Erfahrung. Wir hatten das Zimmer mit Meerblick, das ziemlich schön war, aber wäre erstaunlich gewesen, wenn es nicht für die Bauarbeiten, die einige der Ansicht blockieren. Das Zimmer war jedoch sauber und geräumig wie das Bad. Die Lage des Hotels ist ziemlich gut und war etwa 10 Minuten Fahrt in das Stadtzentrum. Sie haben auch kostenfreie Parkplätze vor dem Haus, die nützlich war.
