This is going to be a long review - stay with me if you’re planning a stay here. Didn’t manage to see many reviews on Tripadvisor on this hotel and booked it based on google reviews. Stayed here for a few nights and soon came to realise that, when a hotel room is cheaper situated in a good locations, there’s gotta be something wrong somewhere. Many wrongs in fact. Starting with the pros first, hotel is located opposite Thamrin Centre and about 10 mins walk to Grand Indonesia Mall. Jakarta’s traffic is notorious so getting to walk everywhere is a big plus. There’s food carts along the road as well. + + + points for that. Hotel is also pleasing to the eyes and can pass off as aesthetically pleasant. It kind of stops there. Feels like this hotel has everything but NOTHING at the same time. Checked in the room and the floor was dirty and dusty and sticky at some parts and there were so many strands of hair EVERYWHERE on the floor and on the bedsheet. Housekeeping team (relatively young men) was outside so i pointed it out to them and in came the broom to sweep it up. Slept and got rashes at night so i asked them to change sheets for me the next day. Compliments to an older gentleman from Housekeeping for changing it promptly Room was minimally stocked which was a surprise considering how pretty it can be. Booked Deluxe King Room and the King bed was 2 bed pushed together.🥴 Toilet was cramped but pretty okay. You get the normal basic set of toiletries which was dusty, and ONLY 2 bath towels (which doesnt soak up water - yea i dont know whats the point) and one safe box and 2 bedroom slippers. That’ it. There wasn’t even any basic tissue box or a hanging Do Not Disturb sign. (No electric ones fyi) When asked, FO say they were working on it. You only get two pillows and extra pillows are chargeable at 25k rupiah each. Wifi was stable but it requires you to constantly sign in after you “sleep” your phone so get ready to memorise the password.🥴 Breakfast was okay with bored looking staff only coming over when you call them. No smiles or whatsoever. Maybe they’re new, not sure. Only staff worth mentioning was another gentleman who went up to us to ask if everything was ok.. They had an in-house SPA and Gym (under maintenance when we were there). Do not, even think of going to the SPA. Book somewhere else. It was weirdly located near the smoking area so it smells very smoky in the SPA and staff was very nonchalant. Booked one of their 2 hours treatment in the morning for an evening slot and when i came, another different staff told me that i can only have one hour massage because she’s alone, but the SPA was empty?! I dont get it. Then what’s the point of booking? I could have booked another SPA if they have told me otherwise. I was pissed but i just agreed to the one hour massage because i wanted a massage but the staff didnt really care. Suspected she was just lazy to do the 2 hours massage and scrub. Schön hier bleiben. Starten Sie vom Hotel Concept. 50:50 zwischen Industrial oder Vintage? Hehehe. Das Zimmer war sauber, das Badezimmer ist immer noch OK. Erschwinglicher Preis und hervorragender Service bringen mich zurück zum Ana Hotel. Oh und 1 Sache .... 5 Minuten zu Fuß nach Grand Indonesia! Ein weiteres Pluswert für dieses Hotel. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft, Ana Hotel Team!

Personal ausgezeichnet. Frühstücksfütterung ausgezeichnet. Schlafqualität ausgezeichnet. Sauberkeit ausgezeichnet. Für Geschäftsbesuche bleibt es paradox. Ort ist näher an das Büroviertel, aber im Zimmer gibt es kaum Platz zu sitzen und zu arbeiten. Kein Platz für Ihre Taschen! Das Zimmer ist freundlich, aber zu klein für Freizügigkeit. Wenn nicht für diese würde ich gerne 5 Sterne Ratings für alle Aspekte dieser Anlage geben.

Grand Thamrin Hotel (Zimmer 907) +Sehr gute Lage, neben dem großen Grand Indonesien Mall mit allem. +Kühlschrank, Kettle, Safety Box, 2 Wasserflaschen. -Moschee in der Nähe, Sie aufwachen um 04:30 Uhr morgens von den Rednern, wenn sie beten. -Nur 1 Toiletteroll im Badezimmer. -Kein Haartrockner im Zimmer. -Kein Eisen, nicht einmal vom Rezeption zu nehmen. Alle Geschäftsleute, die Eisen ihre T-Shirt brauchen, können dieses Hotel überspringen. -Laut Klimaanlage. -40p für das Frühstück, das schlimmste Frühstück, das ich je gesehen habe, nicht viel zu wählen, sehen Sie meine Bilder. - schlechter Schampoon und Seife. - schlechter Sound-Isolierung, hören Sie Menschen und Lärm aus dem Halle und draußen. -Meine Freunde hatten ein Zimmer, das rauchte, Glücklich war unser Zimmer nicht stinkend. +/- 100p in Barzahlung während der Eincheckung. 30min Fahrt vom Flughafen zum Hotel, kostet ca. 180p mit Grab. Ich möchte nicht mehr hier bleiben.

Location very good and easy access to services, food & beverages. Breakfast has a huge range of options both local, Asian and Western but would be nice with a basic self service coffee and juice bar also. Staff overall nice and helpful. Rooms are a bit worn and rather small given the price though seems most other options in the area are also very expensive.

Zweite Zeit im Gelben Bienenbein 🐝 Es ist immer ein schrecklicher kostenloser Eincheck und bequemer Aufenthalt. Danke für Mas Ichsan für die Hilfe bei der Eincheckung, er war super hilfsbereit und informativ und definitiv freundlich. Das Zimmer war sauber und die Einrichtungen waren komplett. Der Ort befindet sich im Zentrum der Stadt, so dass es einfach umzukommen ist.

Ich war für 2 Nächte hier, es war wirklich komfortabel... das Hotel ist gut, sauber, die Einrichtungen sind in Ordnung, das Personal ist auch sehr freundlich... die Lage ist auch super, das Essen ist wirklich lecker, vor allem das Schwimmen mit einem direkter Blick auf die Gebäude von Jakarta... also das neueste Erlebnis... empfohlen für Alleinreisende oder Familien... kommen Sie beim nächsten Mal auf jeden Fall wieder hierher...

Der Service ist großartig, jeder hat ein Lächeln im Gesicht Es gibt auch eine große Auswahl an Desserts. Auch andere seltsame Gerichte sind für Chinesen nicht geeignet. Die Bettwäsche, Bettdecken und Handtücher fühlen sich gelblich an Das Bett ist recht bequem zum Schlafen Vom Fenster zur Straße aus höre ich das Geräusch von Motorrädern, die mitten in der Nacht auf die Straße donnern. Even after the pandemic, Le Meridien is still one of the best 5 stars hotel that I value with an excellent rating. It's been always a pleasure to organise meetings and events here. Some of the rooms haven't been renovated yet, but still well-maintained. The buffeett is GREAT. The new look of the lobby is nice, and appreciate the GM who always near around the customers. THANK YOU for the hospitality and utmost job of the sales team (Mrs. Okta and Ms. Inggar), event team (Mr. Oka and Mr. Dewa), banquet team (Mr. Septian), FO team (Mr. Dean) and F&B team. Can't wait to have another stays and events at the Le Meridien!
